After a stressful day I went home to rest

Secretary ! I called yes president Zane he answered, get me the information and look into the background of ha Eun , yes sir he said as he left

The secretary came in and told me "sir ji ha Eun is from the ji family which is said to be toxic and chaotic and ji ha Eun was a tool to be use, and they forced her on blind dates they beat her and accuse her it is said that the only person that shows genuine care for her is the head maid her family is scattered and messed up her, own father doesn't really care about her she has two half sisters and a stepmother and her mother is unknown the father's is almost near the edge of bankruptcy"

HM ok you may leave now he said

Her next stop is probably the family house he said as he stood up and fix his latest edition Rolex on

He got into the car and drove off

Later in the family house

before you enter the house you could already hear screams and shouts and curses coming from the living room Zane burst in and entered and saw a shocking scene, a father about to beat his daughter with a cane and a maid begging him to stop, and he hits the maid and the maid fell to the floor

Immediately he entered he eun's father switched faces, and asked Zane what are you doing here Zane ignored him and the stepmother stood up to raise her hand to slap the girl Across the face, but before she could a hand stopped her

president Zane!? don't lay a hand on her he said

Everyone was shocked including ha Eun and before you could say the word violence she had already slapped the stepmother across the face hard

Then the stepsister intervened and raised her hand too before she knew it she has been slapped hard by ha eun

President Zane was shocked what a bold girl he said in his mind

then the father intervened and asked president Zane to sit down

Of course, he knew president Zane's position in the business industry and compared to him, he was just a pest and Zane was a lion

ha eun's father then shouted at the stepmother and step sister as ha Eun smirked and sat and crossed her legs in mist of all the chaos

The father then turned to president Zane what did you come here for sir if it's my daughter do not worry we will take Care of her don't mind what you just saw there I can give you my daughter ha Eun why didn't you tell me before that you knew president Zane what do you want my dear ha Eun he asked right then ha Eun stood up and said I want her bedroom she pointed at the step-sister

The stepsister tried to retaliate, but it was no use the father was considered the head of the house, and he had already agreed to ha Eun request of course my daughter what else I want all the jewelry and Prada bags that belongs to my dear stepmother after all , all that is hers was bought by you wasn't it ? Yes her father said and ordered for all the jewelry in the jewelry box I also want food I'm talking a full plate of fried chicken and french fries I want it served to me by stepmother and step-sister ha Eun said she knew she had immediately become daddy's favorite but not by heart because of Zane's money, but she didn't care she also knew everyone respects Zane, so she is going to use this opportunity to the fullest as payback because she was a maid in her own house time for them to get a taste of their own medicine

HA EUN'S POV

When the food was brought I spilled some ketchup oh my mistake I said fifi why don't you clean it up for me, I said dad rushed fifi to clean it all up and then Zane stood up and said he had to go he had an urgent meeting I went with him too and thanked him

But why did you save me, I asked

are you taking a fancy for me already I said as I went closer and closer and closer to him and I stared into his eyes

then he got a phone call

don't get ahead of yourself he said as he pushed me away with one finger again as he walked away to pick up the call
