Episode 2

AVERY POV

While I was in the emergency room treating one of the patients here, someone suddenly called me "Nurse Ace, Dra. Veronica called you and told you to go to her office." said one of the nurses here at the hospital.

I turned to her "Alright Sandy, I'll just finish what I'm doing" I said then I continued to treat the patient. The patient's condition was not that bad so I finished it easily. I entrusted the patient to another nurse and I went to the office of Dra. Veronica.

"Dra. Veronica" I called her while knocking, then I opened the door. he looked at me as if she was telling me to sit down. I sat in front of her, waiting for what she would say to me.

I sigh "**Why did you call me Dr. Veronica?"

"Hey**, stop being too formal infront of me it's like we're not friends" she said pouting. I just rolled my eyes at her then laughed.

"Why? It's not even break time, and then you suddenly called me other people might think that you have a favoritism" I said teasingly.

"Who cares?" she rolled her eyes then laugh. We're really indeed bestfriends haha.

By the way, I'm Avery Celeste some people call me Ace as my nickname, I graduated as a nurse, I took BS Nursing because it is my passion to cure other people. I graduated four years ago so I'm on my own now. I supported my parent needs although they don't really need that because they are rich, I just want to share with them the money I earned because of my hard work.

And she is Veronica Lee she graduated as a Doctor, we were friends since first year highschool. She's a cheerful person, she's nice to be with and she's not plastic, she is so true, when she has a problem with someone, Veronica says it right away. and we both have a secret.

I like her brother Saimon Lee, but her brother didn't know it, and I don't even know if he knows me. I like his personality and I think he's cute hehe. I just saw him when I visit Veronica in there house.

"Hey" Veronica shouted at me.

"What?!" I asked shouting while frowning, because she suddenly yelled at me right in the ear. My ear hurts.

"You're daydreaming again, I called you many times but you're just smiling like a crazy woman hahaha" she said laughing.

"What the hell is that?, say what you have to say before I go back to the emergency room" I said looking at my watch.

"This hospital was chosen for an important program so I will need a representative, and I chose you as a representative and of course I am with you, so are you agree?" she said very long, hoping that I would agree.

"Of course, I'm in" I said smiling to her. "Thank you bestie" Veronica said genuinely.

"Can I go back to the emergency room now Dra. Veronica? teasing her.

"Yes, you may go back Nurse Ace" she said seriously, haha.

I got up from sitting and said goodbye to her. When I came out, I met a man with a familiar face. I just nodded. I passed to him and I look at his back then he also look back. I gasps, that's why it's familiar it was Saimon Lee. Then he continue to walk going to Veronica's office. I stared at his back, blushing.

Suddenly my heart start to beat faster.
