"I've saved you again beautiful"

"We're here Mona" Mrs Chen said to the redhead girl looking at her phone "oh really *yawn* I'm so tired" Mona complained. Mr Jerry the driver had selected a good parking space and stopped the car he then got out quickly and opened the door for Mrs Chen and her sleepy daughter. He went to the boot of the car and got out their luggage, well Mona's luggage. The ride to noble prep was peaceful, Mona had a lot of time to think while she was in the car but the only thing she did think about was the handsome boy that had helped her the previous night, if only she knew his name. When Mrs Chen had gotten out of the Black Porsche she looked around and let out a sigh "Mona" she said sharply "coming" Mona said as she got out of the car, she had a lavender coloured leather bag around her neck. Mr Jerry had now taken out all of her luggage and was awaiting further instruction from Mrs Chen. " vit vit let's go" Mrs Chen said snapping her fingers. They were a lot of people currently at the school both in and out, parents saying goodbye to their kids, children saying hi to each other and teachers hurrying to meet the more important parents arriving. As usual the entry of Mrs Chen into the school hall was not expected, a lot of people turned their heads to look at her "isn't that an Analisa Chen" said one of the parents to another "the British superstar" another added "what's she doing here" said one more "why she's even prettier in person" said another, those were the kind of things Mona could hear them say "I really hate this place" she said rolling her eyes. one of the dorm masters recognised Mrs Chen immediately and walked up to her "hello you must be Mrs Chen" the nice looking man said "well yes I am and you are" Mrs Chen replied nonchalantly "Leo Chang the first-year seniors dorm master" he said taking a glance at Mona who was now taking pictures of the flower garden behind her. "oh what a surprise Mona come say hello to this nice man" Mrs Chen said with a realistically fake smile on her face "nope" Mona said casually "hahaha please don't mind this um slight attitude she's just excited" Mrs Chen said with an even faker smile "no I'm not" Mona said haughtily "no worries we get kids like her all the time" the man said cheerfully "no you don't wanna know why cause kids like me burn down schools for a living" Mona chuckled "ha ha ha ha ha ha don't listen to her please" Mrs Chen said smiling really hard. The man was indeed shocked at what this little girl had told him but he appeared calm, clearing his throat he said nicely "very funny, now why don't you go to the welcoming hall that where the rest of the school will be at the moment, I'll take this man to your room so that he can drop your luggage and Mrs Chen you can be on your way home immediately", Mrs Chen and Mona wore the same expression a really disgusted one. Mr Jerry followed the man quietly while Mona looked at her mum angrily "Annoying dorm masters, beautiful flowers, massive buildings, this is exactly like hell......you know that right" she said fuming "urgh I'm annoyed too but just stay the term okay, your dad wanted you to come here, do it for him please" Mrs Chen begged "fine whatever" Mona sighed. She gave her mum a quick hug and joined the group of people who were now heading to the welcoming hall. Mrs Chen smiled after her and walked to the car. Mr Jerry who had now dropped Mona's stuff got into the car and started the engine "where to madam" he said "home Jerry home" said Mrs Chen as she took out a book from her black Prada handbag and started reading.

"hi my name is Angela are you new" said the big eyed girl sitting beside Mona in the hall. She was good-looking to an extent and had light brown hair which wasn't long enough to touch her shoulders, she had seen Mona and and decided to take the seat beside her, Mona who didn't seem to be interested in anything the principal was saying, decided to make conversation with the plain jane sitting by her left "yeah I am you" Mona said "oh no I've been going here since junior school I've always wanted to be a senior...... by the way what's your name?" the girl said to her "Mona, Mona Chen, 15, casual, and sleepy" Mona said cockily "oh Mona well nice to meet you like I said before Angela, Angela Zhang, 15, boring and curious" Angela chirped "curious? what on earth do you want to know about" Mona said surprised "well for one my roommate and which class I'm in, when I was a junior they would always tell us everything we wanted to know the day we resumed but as a senior you can only know your room number, lockee number and time table, everything else is in the guide book" she told Mona "the guide book aren't all of us supposed to have one" Mona asked "well yes but the guide books are in our rooms, it's the hype of being a senior, you just have to wait before you can find out" Angela said sadly "really that's not bad I think it's rather you mysterious" Mona said striking her chin "well I guess it is...... hey wanna be friends" Angela said blushing "well if there's no ulterior motive then yes I'd love to" Mona said seriously "ulterior motive?" Angela thought to herself a bit frightened at the sight of the now not so nice looking girl sitting beside her.When the students had been dismissed, a few hurried to their rooms, others stayed back to question the teachers, some socialized and chatted among themselves, while Mona her newfound friend Angela argued about their thoughts on the famous American crime drama series Blue Bloods, Mona who was focused on trying to prove Angela wrong, took no notice of the sharp rock in front of her and tripped over it unsuspectingly. Closing her eyes, Mona was prepared to slam into the grass below her feet but luckily, she was caught in time and a very familiar voice said to her "I've saved you again beautiful" looking up at the owner of this unforgettable voice, Mona's heart skipped a beat, she was struggling to find the right words but she finally summoned up the courage to say "no way" and with that she ran "just like last time.... just like last time" she thought to herself as she sped off.
