first glimpse of him

It's the first day of my school. The school is so lively. I entered class, it is so big but there are only a few kids. The walls are painted with different colors, and i found a few cartoon  characters on it. there are a lot of windows, and kids are wandering around the class and making a lot of noise...

I was standing at the door and scanning the class. in that whole zoo of kids, I found a calm and handsome boy standing at the window. I took a glimpse of him, and ... I forgot to breathe even. I don't know what that feeling is called but...at that moment I just wanted him to be my friend.

So I walked straight towards him and extended my right hand toward him. " Hello, 11. I'm Ivy Rev. You can call me 8" I said with a cute smile and waiting for him to give a shake hand.

"11?" He said in confusion and gave a shake hand.

Then I saw the time and gave a bright smile.

" I saw you exactly at 8:11am. So I called you 11. Hope you don't mind." I gave an awkward smile.

He nodded his head and gave an Aloof smile.

Then suddenly another guy came and stood in the middle of 11 and me.

"HI 8. This is Lucas Miller. Nice to meet you, " extended his hand, and gave a bright smile.

"What did you call me?" I asked seriously.

" 8 " he said...in scared tone.

" Who told you to call me that?" I said in grave voice.

" Ah... you told him, right?" He said in a frightened tone.

" Are you both the same?" I questioned him with a scowl.

I observed that he was scared of me.

I sighed and said, " You can call me Ivy."

He nodded his head with a smile on his lips and left silently.

" 11, what is your name?" I asked.

" You already gave a nickname to me. So it's a waste to tell my name." He said in an irritated tone and started walking away from me.

Following back of him, i said, " ajeossi, wait."

He stopped and turned back.

"What did you call me ?" He questioned in confusion.

"It means mister in Korean," I said.

" You are annoying," he said and started running away from me, and I started running back of him.

" Do you like the class?" Ma'am asked.

" yes ma'am" everyone said at a time.

" ma'am, can I sit next to ajeossi?" I asked by pointing my index finger towards 11.

" Young Master Brando can miss Rev seat next to you?" She asked politely in a requesting way.

"Not interested," he said without a second thought.

" Ma'am I can share my seat with her," Lucas said and gave a smile.

Then I sat in my seat silently and turned an blind eye towards their words.

"No need, I guess," ma'am said with a nervous smile.

The whole time, 11 was just concerned on his book and teachers' words, and where as me I just concerned on him.

"How was your day, babe?" My mom asked.

"Not bad," I replied while eating my dinner.

"Did you make any friends?" She asked.

"Not many. But I made a handsome boyfriend, " I replied.

My mom started Rolling In The Aisles.

" What are you guys laughing about?" My dad said while pulling the chair to sit.

" Know something....your lovely daughter made a handsome boyfriend, it seems." My mom said while laughing so loudly.

"What?" My dad said loudly in horror.

"What's wrong with it?" I said in confusion.

"What she mean is that she made a friend and he is a boy" my mom said while trying to controlling her laugh.

"Thank god " my dad said in relief.

I don't know what's going on. So I just enjoyed my meal.

The next day, I sat in ajeossi's place.

A hand under my chin and waiting for him. Then he came and I gave a bright smile.

"Morning 11" I said.

Then he scoffed and went back and sat on the last bench.

I was pissed off. So I turned and folded my hands around my chest.

The whole day ,he did not talk to me or stared at me .

This continued for a week nearly. I'll be trying to talk to him, and he will run away from me, and I'll run back of him....
