From the rendezvous between the two, Alessandra becomes pregnant and gives birth to a beautiful daughter, who inherits her father's disease. In their search for a cure for their daughter, they cross paths once more, nearly three years later.

She is acquainted with her husband's affairs but turns a blind eye to avoid losing the comfortable life she shares with him.

At 29, son of Deise and Arthur, he has always been envious of Guilherme's brilliance. He tries to snatch away all that belongs to Guilherme, including his brother's girlfriend, who is now his wife. The two of them are constantly at odds.

At 27, she was Guilherme's girlfriend, but once she learned that Gustavo would be the heir to the family businesses, she succumbed to his advances and became his wife. However, she regrets her decision as Gustavo treats her poorly, often humiliating her in public.

Also 27, with a degree in Finance, has known Guilherme since childhood, as they both attended special classes for highly gifted individuals. Like Guilherme, Davi is exceptionally intelligent, and they have remained friends ever since. Together they founded a company that became highly profitable, thanks to Guilherme's research and Davi's financial acumen.

At 26, daughter of Helena and Alessandra's cousin. She holds a degree in finance and works as Davi's assistant.

A hematologist, he has been treating Guilherme since his genetic disease was diagnosed, becoming a friend and advisor. He was the first investor in Davi and Guilherme's company.

At 48, mother of Flavia and Alessandra's godmother, she became a widow a few years ago and lives on her late husband's pension. She is like a mother to Alessandra.

Nicole is 28, secretary and lover of Renato, feigning friendship with Alessandra.

Renato, 30, an entrepreneur, covets land owned by Alessandra's father and has gone to great lengths to acquire it.
