Episode 9

Upon arriving at school, Grizelda headed towards her classroom but was suddenly yanked behind the building by a group of students.

Grizelda realized that her captors were upperclassmen she had encountered the previous night at the karaoke bar.

"Hey! Because of you last night, I broke up with my boyfriend! Are you a homewrecker, huh? You're so annoying!" the upperclassman hissed angrily.

"Homewrecker?" questioned Grizelda, a frown creasing her brow.

"Yes! You're a homewrecker!" the upperclassman accused, eyes widening.

"But doesn't homewrecker mean someone who breaks up a married man's home? You two aren't even married, are you?" Grizelda queried.

"Uh..." The upperclassman paused, reflecting on the fact that they weren't married, not even dating. It was just infatuation—intense infatuation, considering the man from last night was not only handsome but wealthy, a high schooler and heir to the renowned PT RFS company, everyone's dream guy.

"Anyway, you've ruined things between him and me! You need to take responsibility!" insisted the upperclassman.

"Hey! Before I even walked into that room, you two were already arguing! Why blame me when you're the one being selfish!" Grizelda countered.

"How am I selfish? I really care for him, you know! I truly love him, and because you showed up last night, my relationship with him is ruined! You have to fix things between us!" the upperclassman declared, eyes bulging once more.

"Hey! Think I didn't hear everything last night? You're head over heels for him, but he doesn't like you back. Don't act like I destroyed your relationship when there wasn't even one to begin with. You're the one chasing after him, making him uncomfortable like a cat with smelly fish. How can it be ruining a relationship if there was none? You're just obsessed with having a relationship with him, while he sees you as a nuisance," Grizelda retorted, hiking up her bag strap on her shoulder.

The upperclassman fell silent for a moment, eyes welling up. "I don't care, you need to mend things between him and me! You've made him hate me!" she reprimanded, yet her expression was sad.

"Hey! Get real! Wake up! You're the one living in a fantasy world, believing you have something with him when he sees you as an irritant. You're lost in your daydreams and blaming me? Think you're just dreaming of a relationship with him and it’s real? What a fool! Go and splash some water on your face, clear your head. Stop living in dreams, it's irritating!" Grizelda snapped, exasperated, and then left the upperclassman behind.

"Hey wait! You're responsible for this!" the upperclassman called out.

"Why ask me? Go ask your parents!" Grizelda replied, sprinting off towards her class.

Unfortunately, as soon as she resolved that issue, Hendra appeared.

"Hey! Ugly girl, how dare you mess with Sindi!" Hendra bellowed, stopping Grizelda in her tracks.

"What now?" Grizelda asked.

"You're the one who threw a frog at me!" added Sindi.

"So? You're tattling to him?" Grizelda raised an eyebrow.

"What if I am? You're scared, right?" Sindi sneered, crossing her arms.

"Scared? Who's the coward? You're the one bringing backup. Can't you handle your own problems? And that frog came from nowhere if not from you. Such an overreaction!" Grizelda rolled her eyes.

"Ugh! You're getting more annoying by the minute!" Sindi pushed against Grizelda's shoulder.

"If I'm becoming more annoying as time goes by, then you've been annoying since birth," Grizelda snapped back.
