His Drunken Confession

His Drunken Confession

"Why are we always late?"

The schoolgirls gathered in a lively group, their voices carrying through the hallways. Amidst their chatter, a girl's excited voice rose above the rest as she shared her newfound discovery.

"Hey, have you all heard of this amazing book called 'His Drunken Confession'?" she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "It's seriously addictive! You should definitely give it a read."

...Intrigued, the other girls leaned in, their curiosity piqued. "What's it about?" one of them asked....

With a mischievous smile, the girl began to describe the book. "Well, it's set at the start of a new high school semester. There's this shy boy who's brilliant in his studies, and he develops a secret crush on a senior student. But here's the twist—the senior is not only incredibly smart, but he also has a mischievous side and a total Sadist

The girls gasped, their imaginations already envisioning the romantic and tumultuous journey of the characters. They couldn't wait to dive into the pages of "His Drunken Confession" and experience the rollercoaster of emotions alongside the protagonists.

"The Story begins;

As the sun rose on the first day of the new semester, painting the sky with hues of hope and possibility, the campus buzzed with anticipation. The air was filled with the aroma of fresh beginnings and the sound of laughter and eager chatter. Students walked briskly, their backpacks filled with new textbooks and dreams, ready to embark on another educational adventure.

Amidst this vibrant scene, a comical twist emerged as Haru and Kerashi, their hair disheveled and their expressions filled with panic, sprinted across the campus grounds like two characters straight out of a slapstick comedy.

Haru: (panting) "Kerashi Sempai, why are we always running late? It's like we have a secret talent for tardiness!"

Kerashi: (gasping for breath) "I swear, Haru-kun time has a vendetta against us! We must have offended the Clock Gods in a previous life."

Their legs propelled them forward with exaggerated strides, their arms flailing in an attempt to maintain balance.

Haru: "You know, Kerashi Sempai, we should consider joining the school's track team. We'd win gold medals in the 100-meter sprint for sure!"

Kerashi: (laughing between breaths) "Oh, absolutely! Our legendary late arrivals will be the stuff of campus folklore."

As they raced towards the school entrance, their spectacle caught the attention of their fellow students. Wide grins appeared on the faces of some, while others giggled and pointed.

Haru: (looking around) "Hey, Kerashi Sempai, look at that! We're making quite the impression. We might even start a trend of fashionable lateness."

Kerashi: (rolling eyes) "Oh yes, Haru-kun tardiness is the new cool. All the fashion magazines will be featuring us in their 'Fashionably Late' spreads."

Finally reaching the entrance, they skidded to a halt, breathless and flushed, in front of their exasperated teacher.

Teacher: (raising an eyebrow) "Ah, Haru and Kerashi, the dynamic duo of punctuality strikes again. What's the rush this time?"

Haru: (grinning sheepishly) "You know, Teacher, we were just demonstrating our commitment to physical education by engaging in a spontaneous sprinting exercise."

Kerashi: (nodding in agreement) "Yes, and we were just about to break our own personal record for the 'Late for the Opening Ceremony' marathon. We were aiming for Olympic-level performance!"

The teacher couldn't help but chuckle at their absurd explanation.

Teacher: "Alright, alright. Consider this your warning, but please try to channel that energy into being on time in the future. Now, scurry along and join the ceremony before it's over."

Haru and Kerashi exchanged relieved glances before dashing towards the auditorium, their laughter mingling with the sound of their hurried footsteps.

And with renewed determination, they raced towards the auditorium;

As they hurried to the auditorium for the opening ceremony, Kerashi couldn't help but tease Haru about his slightly tousled bed hair. With a playful smirk, he nudged Haru's side and said, "Haru-kun, did you forget to comb your hair this morning? It looks adorable like that!"

A blush instantly crept onto Haru's cheeks as he fumbled for a response. "I-I'm sorry, Kerashi sempai," he stammered, feeling his heart race. "I overslept a little."

Kerashi chuckled, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "No need to apologize, Haru-kun," he reassured him. "I think it suits you. You always manage to look cute, no matter what."

Haru's face turned an even deeper shade of red, a mix of embarrassment and delight flooding his being. The warmth of Kerashi's compliment lingered, filling him with a sense of joy he couldn't quite explain.

Their banter continued as they made their way through the crowded hallways. Finally, they reached the auditorium, where students were already lining up according to their respective classes.

The opening ceremony began, with the principal's voice resonating through the air, welcoming the students to the new academic year. Haru couldn't help but steal glances at Kerashi, who stood tall and confident among their peers.

Whispers of anticipation swept through the auditorium as the principal's speech concluded. Haru and Kerashi stood side by side, their eyes meeting briefly, sending a jolt of nervousness and excitement coursing through Haru's veins.

The day progressed, filled with introductions, class assignments, and the hum of new beginnings. Haru found himself caught up in the whirlwind of emotions, his heart yearning for moments of connection with Kerashi.
