*Screeeech*

The Phoenix performed dangerous maneuvers as it tried to escape the hot pursuit of the Dragon.

"Dad, it's better if I change into my spirit form..it could help" Deko suggested while riding the white phoenix.

"No.."

*Bang!!*

*Swoosh*

"It's too dangerous, moreover your spirit form is too inferior to the dragon..I can't let...." David spoke while flat-hatting.

"You've got to let me try" Deko interrupted.

"Don't worry I got a plan"

With that, he dismounted the Phoenix and dive downwards.

"Tired of living?" Jade snickered

*Boom!!*

Jade was hit with a white fire ball from the Phoenix.

*Rooaaar*

"You're courting death" he threatened

He continued his pursuit on the Phoenix.

"What do you think Deko is doing?" Brad asked with a perplexed look.

"Maybe he's pretending to commit suicide, so we can come and help...or is he?" James replied sarcastically.

"Idiot..." Jasmine slapped her forehead.

"He trying to change to his spirit form."

"Ohh, his baby griffin" James added with a serious but sarcastic look.

"But his spirit form is very inferior to Jade's.." Brad uttered ignoring James remark.

"Not if he combines it with power of that sword" Jasmine replied cutting him up.

"I think that's his plan"

"What a wise kid" Mike added, finally breaking his silence.

"Let's see what the Blade Of Revival Wind can do" Deko spoke while plummetting downwards

He the unsheathed the sword and gripped it, the sword emitted a very bright golden light and he then closed his eyes.

He opened eyes after the span of some and his pupils slitted as he transformed into his spirit form, the Blazing Griffin.

But to his surprise, instead of the Blazing Griffin he transformed into a legendary creature, the Horned Imperial Sun Griffin.

The Horned Imperial Griffin has twin yellow horns on its head which yellow in colour, the beak is hooked and has tooth-like serrated edges and golden yellow in colour, it has a mane of feathers which is pure white in colour. The body is golden in colour at the upper part but the underside is white in colour which extends to the neck, the lower parts of the limbs are tawny brown but the upper part is golden. It has the deadliest claws of all creatures which is pitch black in colour, the upper part of the tail is golden with the lower part tawny brown which ends with a little transparent diamond bush. The front part of the head is golden in colour with the remaining part white so as to blend with the mane. The eyes are semi-transparent crimson in colour and the wings are white in colour with faint shades of grey at the dagger-sharp edges and tips of the wings. A streak of deep brown runs back of the head to the tail and stops at the edge of the tail bush.

The Griffin has a keen sense of sight, smell and sound, it's known for to be the head of all spirit beasts after the Imperial White Cosmos Phoenix. It is said in legends that it's eyesight are so great that it can see into the future, it can also ear the gods speaking from the heavens, it's known to understand all languages including the language of the gods, it can smell danger million of miles away, it can perceive destruction, it can perceive life, it can perceive war, it can perceive peace, it can perceive death, it can perceive life, it can perceive evil also, it perceive good. It's power is unmeasurable but only a bit inferior to the Imperial White Cosmos Phoenix. The bush on its tail is also used as a club.

*Gwaahh!!*

"Woah, that's what they call royalty"

"Hey he's no more baby griffin anymore" James said humorously.

"Now that's..a killer machine" Brad added while nodding.

Jasmine and Mike just stood like a bunch of stupefied idiots with their mouths gaped in shocked.

"You may shock everyone but am not surprised.. cause, it's within my expectation"

"Did you actually think this is my final form" he asked grinning

*Rooaaar*

Jade started to transform from the Dark Blood Wind-Winged War Serpent Dragon to the Royal Lich Necro-Dragon, the embodiment of darkness. His former serpentine body transformed into a standard dragon body, before it thinned and emaciated into a bony structure. Bony spikes elongated from his wings (which have become ragged), spines shut up from his back all the way to his tail. His rib-cage became visible, a visible glowing core of the mixture of purple, blue and green flame appeared in his chest. Four horns grew on his now bony face, his pupil-less eyes were of the same colour as the core. His claws on his four limbs grew sharper and longer. His thin body was coated in black exoskeleton, the tip of his bony tail extended into a long spike. Black mist loomed around his ragged wings.

He was no longer the emissary of death,....but death himself. He was like a phantom, a shadow, a devil...

*Rooaaar*

"Hahaha...let all watch as I destroy you" he spurted out.

"Good shall overcome evil,... just as light overcomes darkness" Deko replied him as he prepared to fight.

"Why don't you prove your theory...brat..?" Jade taunted as he charged coldly at Deko.

.......

"Woah...this is going to be an epic battle just like in the operas" James cheered.

"Aren't you afraid the kid would get hurt?" Jasmine probed.

"Nah, he's going to be okay,... weren't you listening to what he said.." James replied still cheering.

"Such a confident kid."

*Smack*

Jasmine smacks her forehead

"Of course, he's going to be alright."

"David!!!.. wait.. aren't you meant to be up there" Jasmine inquired David

"Right now, I'm just an insignificant part of their battle" he answered.

"Hmph" Mike snorted

"I'm so proud of you" James said, sniffing and wiping invisible tears from his eyes while patting David's back.

"You know, you're such an irresponsible father" Brad mocked.

David just shook his head helplessly in reply.

"What of Jade's subordinates and allies" David asked.

"Ohh,.. they've all been taken care of by we and the knights.. nothing to worry about, they're in our custody" Brad replied.

"Now let's enjoy the fight,..shall we?.."

.......

Jade and Deko exchange blows. Jade spat his odd coloured fire (purple, blue and green mixture) at Deko, Deko swerved and spat fire back in return.

"You can't defeat me..Deko.." Jade roared

"I'm without weakness.. unlike you who is going to get scalded by me."

"Hmmm, his weakness must be that odd-looking core" Deko said thoughtfully to himself.

"I must find a way to destroy it and finish this abomination"

"No one is without weakness, or are you taunting me in fear of getting your weakness exposed?" He spat back at Jade.

"I told you, I'm without weakness..." Jade roared furiously.

"Now, your journey ends here."

He then prepared to make his ultimate move,.....Abominable Clouds.

He swoop into the clouds, dying it black and upsetting it. The clouds release black lightening and thunder. The battlefield turned pitch black like the end of the world.

The battlefield shook with violent winds. From the dark clouds, a black vortex fire poured down and enshrouded Deko.

"Deko!!!"

"No!!!..."

The Pryterrians elites cried out.

When the flame dispersed, there was no sign of Deko left.

"I won't forgive you Jade" David roared.

"Ohh,..I'm sorry I was too hard on him..hahahaha...I'm sorry I vaporized him...hahahaha...not even a feather was left...hahahaha..." Jade roared in laughter.

"Now talking of forgiveness, who needs your forgiveness,..but you know, you really need mine... hahaha.

"What could you possibly do to me now,...kill me in that chicken form you call a spirit form.. hahaha.." Chicken spirit.. hahaha.."

"You won't get away with this I'll..." David said gritting his teeth in anger.

"Enough... I've already gotten away with it.." Jade interrupted. "Now kneel and bow before me while I think of sparing your lives" He said smiling.

"We won't" David protested

"Your choice was already obvious,..looks like my mercy is already rejected" Jade sighed with a murderous look.

"Can you ever become more foolish than you already are?.."

"What!!!" Jade exclaimed surprisingly.

"Deko!!" Jasmine exclaimed softly.

"Hehehe...here for last words...anyway I can honour that.." Jade chuckled.

"Fool,..ever heard of flame immunity?.." Deko inquired.

"No......that's not possible.." Jade said softly with a confused look.

"Well, it is"

"No.. you're lying"

"No..I'm not, and since you've attacked I think it's my turn now" Deko grinned.

"And let me advice you, when next you have chance to kill me, use your claws, teeth or horns...but sorry, there won't be a next time.

With that he spread his wings as he summoned his ultimate move,..the Rainbow Flames.

Continuous pillars of Rainbow Flames poured down from the heavens and engulfed Jade.

*Frizzz!!!*

James was smothered by flames as plummeted from the sky with charred wings.

*Crash*

He crashed into the ground, forming a crater known as the Abomination's Fall.

Deko landed beside him.

"As for your weakness.." he spoke. "What's that odd-looking core in your chest,..I'll like my horns to find out.."

"No!..no!!...nooo!!!!..." Jade roared in protest as his core was impaled by the twin horns of Deko.......

*Black Out*
