HERO OR VILLAIN

STOP!STOP! You will bring gash down on people's heads", Taehyung ordered to Raziel .His spirit was in a blind rage. It was so white hot and unreasoned that Taehyung  almost felt like he could he burned away by it , and the cause of the rage was something more than simply another dragon shifter entering their territory without permission ,but it stemmed from a feeling of connection?

Yes! connection to the very young dragon spirit. Raziel raged against it, try to shake it off the sense that they were not alone. They were INVADED.

But Taehyung could not even comprehend the fact that another dragon shifter existed. A potential foe he had not known was out there, as he was still to stunned that his own spirit had betrayed him on the deepest level.

Raziel stopped its frantic scraping at the stone walls of the hole to Below. Both of them could hear the thin screams of the people below ,who were fleeing from the stones that Raziel had pulled loose and that fell thunderous results onto the ground far below. 

'' How many are dead crushed beneath the stones, how many are injured and these deaths and injuries would be on him ,Taehyung not the white dragon it had done nothing but flee , unless it was responsible for the chaos in the square" , Taehyund thought with a rage of his own. 

" It invaded us , it still invades us, it will not win this territory it is ours, the world is our", Raziel snarled. 

"STOP! Enough! ", Taehyung . He shifted back into his human form and landed below. 

He saw legs sticking out from underneath one of the rocks. Inured children. " Oh Raziel what have you done", Taehyung's hands were shaking. 

"Come let's go find the white dragon", Raziel shouted.

" I said ENOUGH!".

Taehyung never thought that he would loose his control of the spirit. After the bonding the human counter part finds peace with the spirit and the co-exist. He and Raziel were millennia old.If people found out that he had lost his control of his spirit  they  would consider him as a threat. 

 As he looked around and saw a phalanx of the claw coming towards him. In he lead was Captain Kim Jong-in, a snake shifter ,who had against all odds defied tradition and had not become a criminal but instead had joined the claw. He had risen in the ranks until he led his own legion. Claw captains were moved from layer to layer of Reach to lessen the risk that they would become beholden to the people that resided there. 

Kai was in charge of the below this quarter. Many claimed that he would betray the claw and Taehyung due to his snake nature ,but that had up in the case at all . Kai was one of his most trusted officers.

Taehyung's shoulders relaxed ,relieved to see him. Kai bowed in front of Taehyung and one of the claw member handed him shirt, pants and shoes. While Taehyung pulled on his cloths he asked," The white dragon , did  you see his or her human form?" 

"No they disappeared into the crowd my king. I have a claw phalanx where they landed right now but nothing so far",said Kai.

"What about the cameras", Taehyung asked.

The Below and the market especially was heavily watched due to criminal elements that clustered there.  

There was another uncomfortable silence. Then Kai quickly said,"the cameras in this area have been vandalised , they were being fixed .." but the work is not completed", Taehyung finished for him.

"The white dragon is new is it not", Taehyung asked Raziel , no answer just s sullen burst of smoke. 

"Cameras where working in the Dragon's strike square  however',Kai quickly ammended. "I know that Captain Hwasa is already having the footage reviewed.  Catain Ahn Hye-jin  also known as Hwasa is a lion shifter. She ran the claw under her command like would it's pride. She was highly efficient and absolutely beloved by those beneath her. He was sure that they would have an image of the white dragon's human form. 

"That is quick thinking Captain", Taehyung complimented Kai. Taehyung saw the Medical Corps streaming the market Below. "I see the people assisting with the injured ", "the people you injured Raziel" , he raged at the spirit. Guilt flooded him ,to be out of control like that to harm those under his care . He may not have loved his but they were his responsibility. 

"Yes my king we have our medics mobilized and the mid is down many of theirs as well", Kai replied.

"Please keep me informed on the status of every injury and ....death", Taehyung requested his voice catching slightly but he immediately firmed it. " Now I will see where the Dragon shifter touched down".

Kai gave a nod and immediately spun on his heel as the rest of the claw with him.When Taehyung reached there he began to circle the area to find any clue out the new dragon.

"Sir nothing yet found about the enemy dragon shifter", one of the claw member reported to Kai.

"An  enemy dragon shifter", Taehyung thought " is that what you are?". His nostrils drew in deep draughts of the markets air trying to find the dragon shifter's  scent. But none of the dragons icy scent flowed into his nose.

"Were you just born", Taehyung wondered." Didn't it realise how bad idea it was to join this world ,to come to my city, to disturb this uneasy peace''.

There was nothing thre that lead him to the white dragon.

"King Taehyung ", Hoseok's voice rang out. Taehyung turned out to see his normally elegant unhurried counselor running towards him. When he reached his side he grasped Taehyung's left forearm .

"Are you alright", Hoseok asked. Taehyung raised an eyebrow," do you think that little dragon could have hurt me".

Hoseok's elegant eyebrows rose into his hairline in response," I do not know , I have never had ice spit into my mouth before. Did it hurt?". Taehyung's arrogance had fallen short," I am fine".

Hoseok knew it was a lie the moment Taehyung said it. He alone could be the only one Taehyung could tell about Raziel's betrayal.

"Captain Hwasa said that the cameras in the square were disabled", Hoseok informed Taehyung.

"More cameras disabled", Taehyung hissed.

"Yes , whoever planted the smoke grenades and then try to set the bomb"

" A BOMB" , his voice rose up so loud that it had every claw in the area freezing and tilting their heads to listen.

"What does this mean ,explain did this white dragon try to plant a bomb"

"NO", Hoseok held up a hand. "Captain Hwasa and I spoke to witnesses  , for what we can tell a young man must have discovered a bomb in a backpack. People said he was screaming for them to run he took it to the drop" .

"And he try to throw it off that's insane". 

" No , he jumped off the drop with it" Hoseok interrupted him softly . Taehyung blinked."He jumped , sacrifice '', Taehyung thought," a  noble sacrifice and we attacked him and killed people to get to him ".

"Yes ,that the witnesses are saying . He was going to give his life to save others", Hoseok said.

Taehyung remembered the bewildered look on the white dragon's face.He remembered the white dragon had seemed surprised that he had wings it wasn't sure how to use them.He remembered  that the white dragon had regarded the people at the edge of the drop with concern.

" If he is a hero Raziel ...", Taehyung let the sentence hang.

"He is a new dragon shifter my king. Just imagine how confused they must be. He expected to die instead became one of us ...one of you "

"And then I attacked him", Taehyung thought.

"He must be frightened ", Hoseok continued "and alone. We must find him as soon as possible".

"Yes , we must find him",Taehyung murmured.

"Yes ,find that intruder and kill him", Raziel growled. "SILENCE", Taehyung ordered.

"Yes King we must find him quickly as possible..",Hoseok pressed his lips and said," because he landed on Marban's territory.

"Marban is scum", Kai hissed his green eyes glowed with poisonous contempt.

Marban was a swarm shifter and the leader of the criminal underworld and Reach. Intelligent and far he had avoided prosecution but everyone knew that he was behind  every criminal at not only in Reach all of Taehyung's  kingdom. He made his seat of power in the below as a mockery of Taehyung's rule.

"Marban will know who the white dragon shifter is ",Hoseok said with certainty." We must get to that young shifter before Marban does, if it's not too late already".
