The ninth dragon shifter

Jungkook lost sight of the girl in the crowd. As important as she was the bomb was much more important. He cast around one of the many cops who were wandering in the Square but there were none in sight. None.

"BOMB,BOMB",Jungkook screamed. He pointed towards the bag, which already showed a minute thirty left in time. But his voice was drowned out by the the cries and screams of the people.

None heard him, none paid attention to the bomb. No one is going tocome and take care of the bomb.

Then it seemed time slowed down and the roars and cries of the people became muted , and o his breathing and heart beats filled his ears. He knew in this moment the choice he made in the next second would decide who would live and who would die, including himself.

Even if he cry and shouted only a few people would be saved.

He looked at his phone and said to Jimin ," Jimin I love you. Tell Appa and Eomma that I love them too.

He dropped the phone along with the plushies he had. He dashed toward the bomb.He took the backpack along with the handle and ran towards the Drop.The only place where he could throw the bomb. The only place he could reach in time.

"This is insane . Someone else should be doing this .I'm not a hero" thought Jungkook while running towards the cliff. He dodged all the people and ran toward the drop. People were confused with the smoke bomb . They thought that it was a prank. But Jungkook knew it was a diversion. It was to draw the cop away from the area with the true bomb being set.

He almost reached near the raling of the cliff . "Almost there", he thought.

But then he saw the time.

Only twenty seconds.

Lot of people were standing near the railing. Even if he got there and throw the bomb, he won't get the time to get back or to save the people.

Again time seemed to slow down. He saw that there was a stone base by the nearest post. He could use that as a launching pad to throw himself and the bomb into space, as far away from the people as he could.

"I'm going to die ", he thought. The moment he had grabbed the bomb , there was no good outcome here.

" I'm dead already ",he thought." So I can have no fear of death. I'm already there. He pictured his parents and his sister. Their smiling faces , not the tears they would shed but the pride they would have knowing that he did what he could to save others was all he had to hold on to.

He shouted . People looked at him and started seaming when they saw the bomb. Jungkook hugged the backpack against his cheat. At the corner of his eye , he saw the black dragon, Dragon King Kim Taehyung soaring down from High Reach. May be he was simply flying for entertainment purposes or may be sensed something was wrong. But Jungkook had no time to admire the black dragons flight. He had a flight of his own to attend to.

He jumped.

He closed his eyes ans waited for his death.He heard the screeching sound of the timer hitting zero. He didn't expect to live long enough to hear the blast that would turn him into dust. And he didn't.

All he heard was silence.

As the sky went ,red ,white and gold all around him. They was no pain or pleasure either. It was like he had no form at all. Spirit just hanging in the void. And then a voice seemed to fill everything all around him.

" BRAVE " it said."NOBLE", it said, "SACRIFICE" ,it said, and finally it said one word that had a beautiful happy tone ,"WORTHY".

And a world that had been stripped away to blankness came back and rushed to Jungkook. There was a boom. And he felt something impact his chest. But it was more like a feather had hit him. He was hovering in midair.

" Is that it can't be, but it is "

"Its another dragon"

"What " , Jungkook thought "where , why I'm I not dead"

Then Jungkook looked at his own body. White scales covered the massive dragon form, his serpentine neck allowed him to see his tail. Yes he had a tail." Oh my God I have a tail" , he thought ,wings and claws "God I am a Dragon".

He heard the crowd screaming excitedly and shouting ," NEW WHITE DRAGON".

Before he could process everything he saw a black shadow fifty feet above him.

Smoke started to leak from the black dragon's nostrils.

Jungkook's head raised up in fright "why is he mad", Jungook thought." I haven't done anything bad". he didn't had to guess to long because a voice suddenly boomed into his mind, and he knew it was the black dragons." GET OUT OF MY TERRITORY".

The black dragon started to attack him. Jungkook soared upward and started flying away. But the black dragon was behind him. Then a sudden thought came into his mind. He could shift back into his human from and disguise so that know one would find him. But which place he can shift back? Yes the Below.

Jungkook almost reached there ,but then with a bam the black dragon caught the white dragon.

"I HAVE YOU NOW LITTLE DRAGON, YOU THINK TO INVADE MY TERRITORY, MAKE IT YOUR OWN , NEVER. I WILL RIP YOU APART",the black dragon hissed.

Jungkook's head turned to look up to his capturer and for one moment his gaze locked the black dragon's and he heard another voice, the dragon King's voice.

"Raziel stop this . What are you doing?I commad you to stop. This is a child", Taehyung cries." He is not a threat".

" He should not have come here. He must be destroyed", Raziel answered.

Raziel is the spirits name Jungkook realised . Taehyung is not in control. Taehyung don't want to kill me.

"Rage, will not listen ...must get free and hide" , a tiny voice spoke in Jungkook's mind." Ice, ice extinguishes fire , ice".

Jungkook's connection with Taehyung was broken by this voice.

The black dragon opened his mouth to spit fire ,but then Jungkook opened his mouth ans shoot a stream of ice into the black dragons mouth. The black dragon chocked. At that time Jungkook managed to escape from the black dragon.

He reached near the big wide hole which directly lead to the Below. With his spirits help he shifted back into human form. Because of the big commotions above the people in Below and the market places were rushing here and there. Jungkook went to an empty second hand store and clothed himself. Yes he was *****. So now he would be clothed. He was bleeding and was already starting to heal. He was now in the most hatred part of the city but he would find his way out of there.

The main obstacle that had stood in his way was gone. Namely he was alive and he intended to keep it that way.
