she is a doctor....so she can't leave him behind.....so she ran for help....

she went to a floor below ask for help and also asked to call for ambulance.....

she told everything to a person.....there....

he followed her to the roof top and he was shocked by a man lying with severely injured......

ML ( male lead) suddenly mourn and he is having difficult to breath....

FL was a doctor.....So understand what he was suffering from .....

so she understand she must treat him quickly....or he will die....
