Prologue

"Baji...San?.."

Chifuyu speaks in a horrified yet shocked voice to the body of his best friend baji keisuke after he died from blood loss because of kazutora's stab , his last words kept ringing in his ears when he said that he'd be killing for a peyong yakisoba while light was leaving his teary brown eyes and an innocent beautiful fangs smile that shows how pure his desire for protecting his friend was...

Chifuyu's heart and soul were breaking to pieces as he screamed with all his might from how painful the feeling is for losing his best friend...and what hurts more is that he died infront of him..and in his arms..

"BAJI SAAAAAAAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

As the scream echoed around the whole area that is filled with both of the gangs members watching the scene infront of them , One of them was feeling that his world got dark...or should i say...she.

Rei's pov:

I felt dizzy after hearing that scream, but that wasn't able to make me move my eyes from what I'm seeing infront of me...the shaking i felt made me fall on my knees as i support my body with both of my hands on the dirty ground that is mixed with both of my blood and the one of who i beat up a moment ago.

"K-keisuke...n-no...no!-..." as i tried to speak my voice went out so weak and shaky , as if it was held up by the heavy feeling in my chest, i felt that the air isn't going in or out my lungs as i had the urge to scream in pain but at the same time i couldn't..

My best friend...the one i loved...is g-gone...

The moment mikey told us to leave the area once we heard the police sirens from afar was out of my hearing as i stared deeply at the person who's running to the other side of the place and going out the other small door to a mysterious  dark alleyway

I decided to follow them after telling draken that i need to get something important done , i kept walking behind that person who is walking infront of me as i notice that he has the toman uniform on which was a sign that there is a sense of betrayal that caused baji's death , even if kazutora tried to kill him i still know that it's behind someone else that everything happened...

kisaki....h-he's the real enemy..

I remember keisuke's words so well...that i felt it was right to follow this guy, and i was right.

It was kisaki that I'm following

End of rei's pov..

As kisaki enters a small way to the side of the alleyway rei stayed at the other side of the wall and eavesdropped him.

Hanma stops smoking as he held a bandage towards his temple , exactly the place that mikey kicked him in-

"Damn...that hit wasn't to my expectations at all..that mikey is really something isn't he?♡"

He speaks as he smiles and holds his temple with his hand and looks at kisaki coming to him while rei is hiding behind the wall of the entrance

"Heyyyy kisaki~ did you see the drama that happened there? Honestly i expected deaths like you mentioned but i didn't know it would be like that"

Hanma says while holding his arms wide open as a reaction to what happened

Kisaki spoke while leaning his back against the wall beside him and wiping the blood he had in his head  after the hit baji gave him with the pole : "tch...neither did i , but honestly that guy deserved it , and besides it originally was a part of my plan to get rid of him anyway , that means that no one will stand in the way from now on.."

An evil yet nasty smile appeared on his face after putting on and adjusting his glasses after saying that

"Ooooooh such an evil person you are~-OW OW OW IT HURTS!-"

Hanma hold his head cutting his own words after touching the wound harshly by mistake with a cloth

"You really are so stupid , come on let's go back to the hideout , we don't want mikey to feel suspicious of our sudden disappearance"

Kisaki laughs so hard at hanma's stupidity and starts walking out the other way while hanma followed behind like a dog.

Little did they know that a cold aura was standing behind the wall that they leaned against it . Rei heard everything they said which made her feel that the world stopped for a while , suddenly the light in Rei's eyes disappeared and was replaced with a cold look as she stares into the void infront of her , her fist shaking beside her as she speaks to herself with the most cold voice she ever had

"i hate his laugh...i need to hear him scream instead...scream in fear and pain under my feet!"

12 years later...

As mikey sits in his hideout alone lost in his thoughts his assistant sanzu continued shooting all the people he captured while laughing like a lunatic, a psychopath.

A new criminal organisation took over tokyo as the most dangerous organisation ever noticed , so many drug deals and crimes got reported as doings of this particular organisation, Bonten . By the lead of manjiro sano and his right hand man kisaki tetta. Those two were unstoppable and always together in these crimes , as kisaki plans and mikey orders the members to do the mission, and they always got it done successfully.

Kisaki was missing 2 weeks after he went out to get something done for the next mission and no one found him , mikey thought that he travelled for a drug deal meeting to shibuya and that he'll come back soon

But...sometimes even the best criminals can get weaker by one person that is stronger than them...especially when *she can get to her goal...*

A panicked Rindou comes running to mikey as he speaks in a loud scared voice

"M-MIKEY! SOMETHING HAPPENED! TAKE A LOOK!!"

He says as he hands a small usb hard drive to mikey

"What is this now?..." mikey says in a tired emotionless voice as he takes the hard drive from rindou and asks sanzu to give him his laptop, after plugging the drive in and going through it mikey sees one single video in that file

[  ] "M A N J I R O"

his real name was written on the video file and it made him wonder who can it be the person that knows him or especially...knows his real name , he already killed everyone , and even *her* died too...

So who could it be?

The only way to find out is to open the video and see what this person got for him

....

At first the video showed a black screen with the camera number on top , the date and the time was there as well

At first mikey thought it was a prank until he heard kisaki's voice there , from the sounds of it , he sounds so horrified and at the verge of going insane

"N-NO! P-PLEASE!! I-I SWEAR I'LL DO WHATEVER YOU WANT FROM ME!! I'M SORRY FOR WHAT I DID BEFORE AND I SWEAR I'LL FIX IT JUST DON'T DO IT AGAIN PLEASE!!!!"

"Aww poor thing..you really thought that what happened can be fixed huh?...Cute♡"

Mikey's eyes widened open when he heard kisaki's pleading and screams but got even wider when he heard the second voice.

"That voice...it can't be.."

Mikey got cut off by the second voice speaking again

"Aye don't cry yet coward! We still didn't do the fun part yet! ^^"

"F-fun...part?.."

"Mhm! Now lemme take the cover off this camera lens real quick aaaaaand VOILA!! ♡"

As the dark screen stops showing and two figures appear on the screen Mikey's hands turn into tight fists as his breath stops when he sees the person who took off the cover

A Beautiful grown up Rei with a long dark blue dress and black gloves and a dark grey hijab on her head but in a different style from what he used to see her in, and a chained up kisaki is laying on the floor with blood rolling down his head and all over his body and clothes , even the walls of the dark room they're in are covered with blood...kisaki's blood.

"Manjiro!~ surprise! It's me Rei! Remember me??"

An excited Rei stands infront of the camera while waving like a child with both of her hands

"I'm sure you still do , i mean you were my best friend's boyfriend and also my best friend as well , Rina ! Sigh... i miss her soooo much , she's been gone for a while"

Rei says while doing a fake sad expression as she holds and moves her gloved finger along with the blade she's holding

"But oh well! I guess past is the past is it? Oh ! How rude of me, i didn't let your right man greet you , say hi tetta!!♡"

Rei speaks as she holds his chin up and straight to the camera while she waves with the other hand and giving a closed eyed smile

"S-STOP!! D-DONT TOUCH ME YOU MONSTER!! MIKEY!! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!! I'M BEGGING YO-AHHH!!!"

Kisaki starts screaming out of pain as he feels a sharp blade going through his arm..for the 4th time ever since he got there

Rei shakes her head in a dissapointed way and fakes a sad voice and look while she speaks and her hand still holding the blade inside his arm

"Why did you say that?...do you really think...that I'm a monster...me??"

She continues

"Did you forget who is the real monster here...Tetta?"

Her voice gets harsher as she digs the blade more into his arms as it scratches between his bones , that got him to scream more and more until tears started flowing down his eyes

"enough acting...let's get to the serious part of this recording.."

Rei turns cold after she stopped faking her voice and feelings and stands up and turns to the camera

"I made this video special for you manjiro , let's say that you're gonna have your birthday's present early this year . And by me personally. Let me get it ready for you"

She turns around and walks slowly to the heavy breathing injured kisaki with the coldest look that she ever had . Kisaki looks back as more tears of fear rolls down his face and tries to get away from her

"N-no...p-please..r-rei please...I'm begging you...D-don't kill me..i-i don't want to d-die!.."

"Say hi to shuji for me in hell"

She says as she swiftly takes the blade out his arm and stick it straight to his neck

Kisaki stops moving as choking sounds and blood started coming out his mouth until he fell on the ground motionless

Ran and Rindou kept looking at the scene in the video horrified for the first time in a long time , while sanzu has a cold look and a serious face while watching . But deep inside of him he felt a sudden chill down his spine from the sounds kisaki made , as for mikey..

Mikey stayed with the same cold gaze , but deep inside of him he felt something. Something that he never felt ever since the day she died , the day that Rina died...

He felt creeped out and shocked, and he felt a sudden dizzy feeling in his stomach from the sounds kisaki made just like sanzu felt, he knew that rei was strong..and she got stronger, especially after taking down kisaki on her own. He knows that kisaki isn't strong enough like everyone in the gang is . But he can't get caught down if he had his gun, and if rei caught him then that means she's a danger...a monster

"Well...that definitely caused a mess , but it was worth it, sigh...so relaxing♡"

Rei speaks in a normal voice while looking at the blood that is splattered around her and on her clothes and blade

She turns around to the camera and stands close to it that it made her the only one that is showing on the screen right now and looks at the camera lens deeply as if she knows that she's looking deeply into mikey's empty tired eyes

"The body will reach your doorstep after 48 hours of the day that this video reaches you . What you saw is a message to you manjiro..."

She keeps silent for 5 seconds and then spoke again with the most cold demonic voice

"you'll be next manjiro, there'll be a day where you'll get to see all your loved ones above you....while sinking down to hell"

The video stops and turns black again , but a new file appears on the laptop, when mikey reached to open it they found a picture of kisaki's dead body from afar but not that shown enough because of the darkness

At the bottom left of his foot was written in blood

"Happy early birthday mikey♡"

"She's ******* insane!" Sanzu finally speaks but mikey kept silent in his thoughts

'Rei...i should've killed you that day...I'll not ruin this chance again...you'll get killed first'
