I've just landed in Italy, where I'm working on expanding the family's business; our firm is top in the field of engineering services. Since taking over as president, our company has operated in diverse sectors, incorporating knowledge from value engineering, engineering economics, general management, and marketing.
These business trips have allowed me to secure even more clients; I'm in Italy now, with the goal of presenting our company to the eminent Valentim Cavasin, owner of Italy's largest hotel chain, who is looking to extend his properties throughout Europe.
I dislike wasting time, so upon leaving the airport, I head straight to the hotel.
I take a relaxing shower, get dressed, and head down to dinner with my personal assistant, Andreza. She's a stunning and proficient woman, loyal to her fiance, which earns my respect.
We are greeted in the hotel restaurant by the owner himself.
Derek: It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Valentim!
Valentim: The feeling's mutual! I'm glad you've chosen one of my hotels for your stay!
Derek: This is my secretary Andreza Diaz!
The man greets Andreza with a kiss on the hand, admiring her. As she's someone who's very straightforward, she quickly withdraws her hand.
Derek: Please, join us!
Valentim: I wouldn't want to interrupt your evening with business talk! Save it for our meeting tomorrow!
Derek: It would be a pleasure to discuss matters in advance!
He sat with us, and as we dined, we discussed business.
Valentim: I'm looking to build a large hotel in Madrid, but need to find a site with a good location!
Andreza: We have an impeccable lot in central Madrid that might be an excellent choice!
Derek: Exactly! I bought that lot a while ago as an investment, and I'm certain it's the ideal spot for your new hotel... it's highly sought after!
Valentim: That sounds like a remarkable deal!
Derek: I assure you, you won't regret it!
As dinner progressed, one topic flowed into the next, and it became evident he was quite impressed with the projects we presented and the way our company operates.
Derek: I'll soon be returning to Madrid, where I can oversee the project's progression should you decide to go with our company! You won't have to worry about a thing!
Valentim: The last company I worked with caused me a significant loss, and I don't want to go through that kind of trouble again! You must understand, we business people have many other concerns and ventures that occupy our time; that's why I seek an established and dedicated company!
Derek: I understand and can assure you that you won't face any issues with our firm! I work with the best and I do not tolerate mistakes! I'm known to be quite the perfectionist!
Andreza: We took the liberty of having one of our engineers and architects draft up a hotel in the style we know you appreciate! Here they are... -she hands him the tablet.
Valentim: Let's leave it at that then! I'll review your designs, the proposal, and the contract... I'll have an answer for you at our meeting tomorrow as planned! Send me everything by email.
Derek: Perfect!
Valentim leaves, we finish our dinner, and I head out to a nightclub to unwind.
Upon arrival, there were various women each more beautiful than the last, all throwing glances my way as I passed. I proceed directly to the VIP area, I always request the most secluded spots to enjoy my stay, if you get my drift. Two dancers ask permission to enter. Allowed, they join me in the area. One settles on my lap, starting to kiss my neck as the other massages my shoulders, pressing her body against me. These places always have those most forward, drawn by the scent of money. As usual, it doesn't take long before I take them to a motel. As I've mentioned before, I'm very direct and not one for romance – I enjoy myself and then leave.
As soon as we enter, one attempts to take off my shirt, but I grab her hand and turn her around, caressing her breasts while the other woman unzips my pants. I take a condom from my pocket, and as I put it on, they shed their clothes, their kissing arousing me further. I enter one of them as she is on all fours, finding satisfaction with both. Reaching my limit, I retire to the bathroom. I dispose of the condom, making sure it's not torn, and leave the bathroom.
Woman: Leaving so soon, handsome? I thought we'd have a bit more fun!
Derek: Enjoy the motel's luxuries – it's all paid for!
I leave the room and return to my hotel to bathe and rest.
Before sleeping, I see numerous missed calls from Ariana. She's intolerable; I've made it clear our marriage is merely a contract, and we won't be the typical commercial couple. She seems not to get it. At the very most, the occasional encounter is all that occurs between us.
The next day...
I wake up, do my personal grooming, shower, and get ready for the meeting, which will be held here in the hotel. As with every day, before I start my day, I call my parents, then my siblings – my day doesn't go well unless I've spoken with the only people I love in this entire world. After a short chat, I say goodbye and proceed to the meeting. If all goes well, I'll soon be heading back home.
Arriving in the lobby, Andreza waits with the documents at the ready. I greet her and we move on to the restaurant. Valentim is there, accompanied by a very beautiful woman, who seems to be his girlfriend by their closeness. I present some more projects received from my architects and engineers, noticing his pleased reaction. After a thorough meeting with many questions answered, we finally seal the deal.
