Episode 6

As the remaining opponents retreated in fear, Riko too stepped back, having had his fill of exercise for the day! Only dessert remained, which in this instance was breaking Rudi Sanggoro's legs.

Marco, witnessing everything, also quivered. He stepped back, saying, "Don't mess around, we are the Red Axe Group, you may be tough but you can't contend with our whole group!" Marco mopped the cold sweat from his forehead without realizing.

Even though Marco was the leader of this small Red Axe gang faction, he had never before seen a single person take on dozens and come out on top—unscathed, even weaponless—while his adversaries, numerous as they were, held weapons in their hands.

"Ah, would you like to call for backup? Please do, I'll wait. Riko Setiadi won't run. Summon as many as you can!" Riko proclaimed, with his arms folded behind his back.

The commanding presence exuded by Riko's aura caught everyone by surprise.

"Marko, call for lots of backup, I'm behind you all the way!" shouted Rudi in support.

Hearing the young master's words, Marco was invigorated! Quickly he pulled out his phone.

He dialed rapidly; it took an agonizingly long pause before he finally got through.

"Boss, I need help! Someone dares to oppress the Red Axe gang, he's telling us to call everyone we can!" Marco said, deliberately provocative.

At the other end of the line, someone lounging in a night club was jolted awake by the call.

"Who are they, daring to provoke the Red Axe gang?" the voice demanded.

"Boss, he says his name is Riko Setiadi!" Marco replied.

"The audacity...!" the person at the other end exclaimed after a brief pause before hesitantly asking, "Who did you say again?"

He was clearly troubled upon hearing the surname—a somewhat taboo word among those who caused trouble.

"He said his name is Riko Setiadi!" Marco repeated, a bit louder this time.

Thud! The heartbeat of the person at the other end seemed to stop instantly, so surprised he was.

'Damn, Marco, do you want to get me killed?' he thought, raging inside.

He was terrified of the Setiadi family. Even he, a minor boss in Emerald city's western district, cowered before them. The big bosses themselves had to kowtow to the Setiadis—how could he dare cause trouble with them? He might very well end up hanged alive by the big bosses.

"Is that person really from the Setiadi family?" the voice on the other end said.

"Indeed, boss!" Marco responded brightly.

"Damn you, why have you tangled with a member of the Setiadi family! Kneel immediately if he doesn't forgive you and the Red Axe gang! I myself will kill you," the person on the other end snapped.

With that, the call was abruptly ended. Confused by his boss's rage, Marco didn't know what to do, but when he glanced at Riko, his boss's words echoed in his ears.

"Marco, how is it? How many are coming to help us?" Rudi approached Marco.

Slap! Marco struck Rudi forcefully then bolted towards Riko and immediately fell to his knees.

Crash! Marco knelt in terror, and as he did, the remaining but frightened standers also knelt before Riko with pathetic deference.

Rudi, who had been hit by Riko, now got slapped by Marco, turning his swelling cheek a bruised blackish-blue.

In agonizing pain, Rudi was rolling on the ground due to Marco's slap.

Alda and the others lost interest at this point, "Riko, we'll wait for you in the room! Finish this swiftly!" Alda said and strolled off, leading Tama and Dion.

The three quickly asked the Mercure Hotel staff to show them to their reserved room.

"Yes, go ahead! I'll conclude quickly," Riko called after Alda and the others, who started walking with a hotel staff member.

"Why are you kneeling? Where is your arrogance now?" Riko asked.

"Lord Riko, forgive us, we were blind and saw not the mountain before us!" Marco stated, head bowed low.

"Then, drag him over here!" ordered Riko, pointing at Rudi.

"Yes, Lord!" Marco swiftly moved to Rudi with three of his men.

"Marco, what are you doing?" Rudi shrieked hysterically.

Rudi had just recovered from his pain when Lina, witnessing the chaos, already sought refuge in a corner.

Without a care for Rudi's words, how would Marco care when even the Red Axe gang knelt before this young man?

So, he sought only to gain this lord's pardon, for without it, he'd be in peril.

Marco and his men dragged the screaming and struggling Rudi.

The surrounding people could only watch from afar, not daring to intervene but whispering among themselves instead.

Swiftly, Marco tossed Rudi before Riko and pressed him to the floor.

"Release him!" Riko commanded Marco.

Marco nodded and stepped back a pace.

Upon being freed, Rudi attempted to rise and flee, but Riko quickly stamped on Rudi's leg.

Crack! "Aaaah!" Rudi screamed excruciatingly.

Bam! Riko immediately kicked Rudi in the face, breaking his nose, and then Rudi passed out from the severe pain.

"Those of you with unbroken legs, slap your faces 50 times each! And don't even think of cheating!" Riko ordered indifferently.

"Then handle these two properly!" he continued, gesturing toward Rudi.

"Understood!" they chorused.

"Slap your faces now!" Riko commanded.

Slap! Those from the Red Axe group with intact legs began slapping their own faces.

Riko no longer concerned himself and simply asked the hotel staff to lead him to his room.

Following Riko's departure, the crowd stirred, their discussions growing audibly as they pondered who Riko Setiadi truly was.

Regular corporate folks wouldn't recognize the Setiadi name, unlike the underground fighters and the mob, who were well aware of the Setiadi family's identity.

The Setiadis were known as Emerald city's foremost fighting family, prompting even the Red Axe group to bow down to them.

Lina lay drained in a corner near the hotel's exit, bewildered by the fact that her rich boyfriend had proved so disgraceful in this event.
