CHAPTER 3

Min-Jun thinks she’s being kind of weird

lately. She asks him if he’s having a hard time or anything, but he jumps back

the question back at her. Then she gets a flashback where Min-Jun explains that

he’s not as of an optimistic as the others might perceive him. Bora wonders

what he could have as difficulties while at the basketball court. The guys are

playing and wonder how  she changed ever

since the day she fell down and hurt herself. Then Eun-Song comes and starts

talking to her. She asks him why he’s not playing and he says that if he knew

she was coming, he would have played. She was confused and asked what he meant

by that, he denied saying nothing, then she asks him if Min-Jun is struggling

with anything. He says that he probably doesn’t have any problems. Except that

he doesn’t get along with everyone, there’s this guy named Kim Sin Wu who

dislikes him, but he doesn’t feel depressed about it. Then he suggests she

looks into what book he’s been reading, since he reads a lot lately.

All the friends are discussing how strange

she has been lately and she really makes Su Jin upset, as she says to meet at

cafeteria but suddenly disappears. Then she asks Min-Jun if Bora did something

weird to him. He denied it and went out.

Bora went to the library to ask for the

loan books list and ends up lying saying that he didn’t come to school but it

doesn’t work because the person knows her lies aren’t true and she says that

she say him earlier. This person happens to be Min-Jun’s older sister, Kim Mi

Nyeo and Bora happily recognized her, but then she realizes they didn’t meet

before Min-Jun’s funeral. She changes her lies a little and says that he left

school early and gets the list. While she looks in the books, she almost gets hit

by a falling book, but Min-Jun protects her. We see the list of books, they are

all about suicide… Then he’s called to the teacher’s office for a meeting with

his parents about future counseling. The teacher asks him to call his parents

this time as it is important, but he says that they’re busy. The teacher

suggests him that he would call them and ask them to come if they’re busy, but

Min-Jun denies and says that he will surely say them to come. Bora secretly

hears the conversation of the teacher and Min-Jun.

Then Bora goes inside the photography club

and Su Jin is still mad at her for skipping class. She turn back to go but Su

Jin calls her back and asks where she went all afternoon. She said her that she

was wrong and that she wouldn’t do it again. She gets away with it this time

and they discuss about using facebook for the club activities and files. Then

she asks why they are doing it without Min-Jun as he is the president of the

club. Then they mention that he gave them his FB account for the club because

he doesn’t really use it and doesn’t need it and is more active on like… mini

homepages. When they are done, they think about eating tteokbeokki together.

Bora says she forgot her pouch in the club room and that she will catch up with

them later.

Then she goes back home and starts hacking

Min-Jun’s diary account, she tries so many times but fails and at last she

looks at the list of book and types a password from that and succeeds. She read

the things that he wrote, he wrote there that he was adopted and everything

seems fake, and questions what would have happened if he wouldn’t have been

adopted. Then at Min-Jun home ,he asks something to his mother but she slaps

him.

Just then [at Bora’s house], she hears a

ringing sound, and then again when she opens her eyes she sees that she’s back

in her present.
