Young Master's Hot Bed Warmer
"You're fired!"
"What?"
Rea was shocked at what she had just heard. Her eyes widened and her mouth hung open. She hadn't even set foot in her workplace, yet she was already being scolded by the owner.
Just as she arrived at her workplace, the owner of the cafe where she worked suddenly fired her on the spot. It seemed that bad luck, for some reason, never left Rea's side.
"Why, ma'am? Did I do something wrong?" Rea asked, still in shock. She looked at the old woman, who still looked beautiful, with a sad expression as if she wanted to cry.
"Yes, you made many mistakes! So you don't need to come back anymore. Here's your severance pay!" The woman with her flashy makeup threw a white envelope with not much inside.
Rea could even guess how much was inside the envelope, just one month's salary because the pretty girl had only worked for a month in the cafeteria.
"Go away! You're no longer an employee here!" The woman ordered.
For some reason, Mrs. Lisa said she had made many mistakes, but as far as Rea could remember, she hadn't made any mistakes while working.
She thought this was completely unfair. Just yesterday, one of her friends broke a plate, but didn't receive any reprimand, only a deduction from her salary to pay for the plate. So why was Rea, who hadn't made any mistakes at all, being fired like this?
Rea wanted to shout once again to express her thoughts and ask why she was being fired. She just wanted to know what mistake she had made, that's all.
"Damn it!" Rea cursed, unsure at whom.
Rea walked out of the place, wondering what she had done wrong to be fired. That question still lingered in her mind. After all, Rea felt that she hadn't made any mistakes.
She had learned from her past experiences to avoid repeating them, but this was already the fourth time Rea had been fired from her job without knowing her mistake.
According to her friend, Rea always made other women jealous because of her beauty. However, Rea had always hidden her beautiful face with thick glasses every day.
Rea also wore natural makeup and looked a little pale, but it seemed that she always made the girlfriends or wives of the owners of her workplaces jealous.
"Rea, wait!" shouted a man who was none other than one of her friends who worked in the cafe. The man rushed towards Rea.
Rea, who was about to ride her motorbike, turned around. "Sin, what's up?"
"So, you really got fired?" the man asked.
Rea nodded, "Yes, I got fired again," said the girl with a heavy heart.
In that cafeteria, Rea had several friends, and most of them were male, because if there were women, many of them would be jealous of Rea, and the girl was aware of that.
Although Rea had always been kind and friendly, it still made the female workers dislike her. Maybe only a few of them could accept her the way she was, while others would always gossip about her.
"Oh, what a pity, because we all get along with you. Compared to others, I prefer you, Rea!" said Sin.
"Sin, don't say that, it makes me sad!"
"Come here, let me hug you!" Sin spread his arms to hug his cousin. Yes, Sin was Rea's cousin. They had been close since childhood.
"Actually, I have information about a job, but you probably don't want it," Sin said.
Rea furrowed her brows, "Why do you say that? What kind of job is it?"
"It's not an immoral job, right?"
"Oh, no, it's not. So, what kind of job is it? Is it in the city? But the salary is quite high because you'll be working for a wealthy person," Sin said.
Rea became even more curious about the job. The mention of a high salary definitely tempted the 20-year-old woman.
"Where did you get this information from?"
Sin looked around and whispered in Rea's ear.
"I got it from our cousin who has been working there for years and never comes home. When he comes home, he acts really strange," Sin said.
"How strange?" Rea replied.
"He becomes richer and wears luxurious clothes, hehehe!" Rea snorted in irritation.
"That's not strange, that's success! So, what is his job?" Rea asked. In the city, jobs were more promising with higher salaries.
Sin approached and whispered, "he works as a servant!"
"What? A servant?" Rea nodded in disbelief.
"Maybe the pay is high," Rea mused. She needed to find a job as soon as possible for her mother's medical expenses.
"If you want, I can contact our cousin to bring you to his workplace, how about that?" Sin offered.
Rea thought for a moment. She needed to get a job quickly to meet her mother's medical needs. "Okay, I'll go, but I need to ask for permission from my mother first, because I have to ask Mea if she's willing to take care of our mother while I'm away for work in the city," Rea replied.

A few days later, Rea finally got permission from her mother to go to the city to find a job. Mila, the eldest uncle's cousin who lived in Sin's village, accompanied Rea to the city where she worked. On the way to the city, Rea prayed silently from her heart, hoping she would be accepted for the job.
Since her father passed away and her mother fell ill, Rea was the only one they could rely on. Her younger sister, Mea, was still in high school, a diligent and exemplary student who had earned a scholarship until graduation.
"Rea, if you find the job too difficult and overwhelming, it's better if you decline Mr. Kenzo's request immediately," Mila advised.
"Yes, sis, but I want to give it a try first. Who knows, maybe I'll be suited for the job. By the way, what was your job before?" Rea asked.
For some reason, Mila seemed uncomfortable hearing Rea's question. "Hmm, I used to work as Mr. Kenzo's personal assistant. Every day, I had to prepare everything he needed, from his work clothes to choosing his ties and coordinating his outfits. And you have to finish your tasks on time, or else Mr. Kenzo will get angry," Mila answered honestly, although there were certain details she didn't mention.
For example, when she had to fulfill Mr. Kenzo's needs as he desired. Mila was generously rewarded after attending to Mr. Kenzo's desires because he had an insatiable appetite for beautiful and seductive women. However, it wasn't because Mr. Kenzo loved them; he was emotionally numb and incapable of feeling love. But that was why Mr. Kenzo always toyed with many women, even the servants he found interesting.
Mila glanced at her cousin's face from the corner of her eye. She hoped that Rea wouldn't get entangled in such a complicated relationship. If Rea was determined to be a servant, Mila just hoped that Mr. Kenzo wouldn't make her the next victim.
