Nia spent the next couple of days with Kris. She still didn’t figure out whether Kris likes her or not. She decided not to get stressed about it because it doesn’t matter. They're both happy.

In The Afternoon :

Nia was spending time on her own in the terrace. It's her 'Me' time. As she was feeling the breeze she looked down to see Kris " Where is he going ? "

Nia wasn’t spying. She was just observing. The next time happened that blowed her mind when a girl came running excitedly towards Kris and hugged her tightly.

" Who's this girl ? Kris isn’t too touchy with people. That means this girl is special. "

Nia had so many questions but she can't find the answer. She was waiting for the time of her tutoring lesson so that she can ask Kris.

Nia knocked on the door nervously. A beautiful girl with shiny brown hair and slim plus curvy body opened.

" She's so beautiful. Even girls will have crush on her. "

As Nia was staring at her a melodious voice asked her " Who are you, dear ? "

" I'm.. Nia. I take tutoring lessons from Kris. "

Kris saw Nia " You came. "

" Yea... I can go if you have guests here. "

" I'm not a guest. " said that girl by putting her hand on Kris's shoulder flirtatiously.

Nia felt kinda uncomfortable. Kris introduced the girl " This is my friend, Marie. "

" I should go. You have fun with your friend. "

" Oh no, sweetheart. You shouldn’t leave. "

Nia was getting irritated " Why is she calling me sweetie and dear ? Is she treating me like a kid. "

" My name is Nia and I should leave as you guys should catch up. "

" Nia, stay for sometime. I baked cookies. Have some. " Kris offered her so nicely. Nia couldn’t deny it.

Nia and Marie sat in the dinning table while Kris got them cookies.

" So, you're in which class ? "

" I'll graduate highschool this year. "

" Ah, Highschool. Brings back old memories. Kris, do you remember our time in highschool ? "

" Of course, You used to practice with pom pom in the middle of the classroom for your cheer leading training. "

Nia on her inner mind " They seem so close. "

" I was an entertainer. Nobody was disturbed except you. You were the only one who used to read books even in recess. "

" You both are so different. How did you became friends ? "

" I don’t know why many girls used to give me gifts and snacks. I was tired of it. Marie was hungry one day and she ate my gifted snacks That's how we became friends. "

" You're so naive. Those girls used to gift you because you were handsome. "

Nia on her inner mind " Kris was always in demand. "

Nia went home. She felt sad " I thought I was special. He's an introvert guy who shares his feelings with me and is comfortable with me. But he was like that with Marie too. I'm not special. "

Next Day At School :

Lyla noticed Nia sulking " Why are you sad ? "

" Do you think anyone can like me romantically ? "

Lyla started laughing " What are you saying ? Most of the guys in our class have a crush on you. "

Myungsoo got angry " What ? Who are they ? "

" That's a simple crush. Moreover they're highschool boys. " said Nia

" What's wrong with highschool boys ? " asked Myungsoo

" They're horny due to raging hormones of puberty. That's why they have crush. That's not special. I'm talking about genuine liking. You flirt with every girl. "

" Not all boys are perverts. And I don’t flirt with you. " Myungsoo got up and left

" What's wrong with him ? " asked Nia

" Maybe puberty. Anyways Nia I know you’re talking about Kris. What happened ? "

" Yaa, don't call him by his name. Call him brother. "

" I'm sorry. What happened with brother Kris now ? "

" I thought I'm the only one close to him. But seeing him smile with his old friend made me sad. "

" You're jealous because he was happy spending time with him old friend. Are you crazy ? "

" Maybe. Why did he had to do that ? That girl kinda insulted me. She was treating me like a kid. "

" Stop overreacting and ask him. "

" He's not obligated to answer me. We're not dating. "

" Start telling your feelings to him Then he'll treat you like you’re special. "

Myungsoo's POV :

What does Nia see in that Kris ? Why can't she like me ? She doesn’t see me as a boy. What can I do to make her see me as a boy ?

I don’t want to give excuses but who'll stop me. I'm the author. I'm very sleep deprived. I got dark circles under my dark circle. That's why I didn’t had the energy to write.
