Nolans POV

I was running to my car, I couldn't believe what I just heard. There’s no way that my love will leave me this early, as I was driving to the hospital my eyes became blurry with tears. As soon as I got there, I ran to the front desk and told them my girlfriend's name. She told me what room she was in. I ran there, I couldn’t stop my feet from moving…..I’m so scared of losing her. “WHERE IS SHE!!!!” I yelled at the doctor near her room. I saw her parents crying, I looked towards the doctor again. “I’m sorry for your loss,” the doctor told me…..it kept ringing inside my head. Why? Was I not good enough? Why is everyone leaving me? I looked at everyone shaking my head silently, “No…..No this can’t be happening” I mumbled under my breath. ……….You can’t leave me…..not yet, I promise you Averi….I will never replace you.

Narrative POV

Nolan was surrounded by security cars, not like he needed them. But a lot of people….no not people, Mafias. A lot of Mafias are trying to take him down, they couldn’t find another way so they chose blood. As he’s walking to the base, he meets with one of his friends…..David. David is Nolan’s right hand and best friend, he’s the only one out of all that is close to Nolan. “Did you get the information?” Nolan said as he walked into the base, “Yes, they’re already at your office” David replied trying to keep up westigate everything that went down, not a single detail to be left behind. I don’t know who I can trust in this organization so I have to watch my back.

Narrative POV

As Nolan called a meeting between his trusted men only, they all gathered up at the base's meeting room. All were nervous thinking they might have done something wrong. They all stood in silence until Nolan said something. Once he began talking they understood what they had to do and how they could do it. So after Nolan was done talking he told David to stand alongside him and so David went up to him and stood beside him, Nolan then told everyone there that he was putting David in charge. All understood that they had to respect David as their leader, not only is he Nolan’s right hand, he’s also his best friend. You go wrong with the Boss’s right hand, your life is pointless at that point. They followed David out to find more evidence of what happened to Averi, They split up into groups to find what really happened. David knew it was his chance to prove his leadership to the others and mostly to his boss Nolan. If anything happened to Nolan, David is the next one in line as a leader, David wants the others to trust him. Nolan knew he could trust David to find the details of the accident.
