The warden came to our room signaling Liam to come with her. Liam stood up and said that he will be back. I nodded and continued playing with our dolls.
*20 minutes later*
20 minutes passed and I was kinda worried about Liam, so I stood up and when I was to open the Door Liam went in and hugged me. I asked him what was going on and then he said the worst thing. "Im getting adopted, without you. Goodbye Thea" He said as he packed his stuff and left. I cried as I watched him leave, everyone at the orphanage bullied me more. Even at school the kids told me I had no friend anymore.
I went to the hospital to visit mom, just then the doctor came and said
"Your mother's hospital bills has been paid" I was so shocked and happy at the same time "Can you tell me who paid it? I wanna thank him for paying it" I said. "Unfortunately the person who paid it the money was an anonymous, so we don't know who did it". He said, I understand that he wanted it to be paid anonymously but its kinda sad that I won't be able to thank him.
*A few weeks later*
A few weeks has passed and when I visited moms room, I saw her hand moving. I rushed to the nurse and did sone check-ups and said that she was fine. "Mom, you've been in a come for a year" I said as tears poured in my eyes. She the. hugged me and said "what about the hospital bills? how were you able to pay for it" She asked. I told her everything, from the orphanage, selling some her jewelry and the anonymous payer. "Darling im so sorry for everything. I did not know you went on such hard times, just to try and save me... Thank you".
*A few hours later*
Mom was discharged from the hospital which was great because now I can spend time with her. Loads of times,
We started to clean the house since we haven't been here for a year. And it was like brand new. Mom said she was going to buy some errands and I got to clean the house. As I cleaned the walls, I found a button on the shelf and pressed it out of my curiousity. I was mind blown to find a secret room with loads of books. I looked around and found a diary. And it was about dad. I then heard a knock on the door and knew it was mom so I closed the secret door and pretended that I was "Cleaning" the house.
*At night time*
Mom called me to go downstairs to join me in dinner, and I reluctantly agreed. I asked mom if we could have a movie night. And she agreed, since it has been a long time...
