Vision Of Past Life

Jingxi found herself in a complete desolation..all she could see was darkness and emptiness. But still she could see or rather sense a large entrance in front of her. It was of without any shape, colour or material, something so abstract that she couldn't pinpoint it.

She opened it without any hesitation as if she has known it for eternity. But after opening it what she saw made her dumbfounded.

She saw herself standing in the middle of a room. all the spotlights were falling on that another Jingxi, a bit taller and mature than the current viwer Jingxi, making her look stunning like a phoenix in her gergergeous fiery red gown with jewels glittered on the slender waistline.

A Crystal necklace glowed pleaseantly in her long, fair swan neck. Small siverish earrings shaped of a rose within a heart did proper justice to those soft lobes as well as highlighting her high cheekbones.

Silky, black hair updone in a messy bun with a few strands falling over her small forehead. But her stance seemed helpless, full of hesitance and also kinda... Submissive.

The room resembled a royal hall with signs of advanced technology, pretty much befuddling.

It was almost empty apart from a customised bed with a 3d printed cover, a see through top with screen in the front and an airconditioner attached from the backside, a few picture frames and a big vase.

The woman just smirked cruelly and said in a cold tone, "Do I have another option, Your highness?" before opening her waist length silky straight hair which was beautifully ponytailed. With a quick swoosh she grabbed the hidden crystal made sharp knife and by it she stabbed the man in his neck.

Completely shocked at her behaviour as well as due to his selfremourse for his past cruel love towards her the man did nothing but, smiled bitterly and said in a aloof sorrowful tone," I don't regret my love for you even a bit.. I will make you mine if there is another chance... " Slowly he fell towards his love, even at the very last moment.

The woman cried silently and stabbed herself to death in the same process with the same weapon.

While her death, she muttered all her grievences to herself silently. Surprisingly enough, Jingxi could hear those silent thoughts.

"I wished to selflessly love you and never show my true feelings for you, however you decide to spend your life. But I was too naive to think I wouldn't feel a stab in my heart, seeing you in another woman's arms, I was too naive to believe that, I wouldn't feel the burning agony when I see you whispering sweet nothings in another woman's ears. Everything has come to such a point that I have to let go of you, my love, maybe it's fact that true love never gets a happy ending, everything will be fine after a while, you will live a happily everafter with Queen Maria, I guess I didn't deserve you."

And then with a silence more powerful than loud screams two sorrowful soul left the world.

Two bodies enterwinded with each other, laid down on the warmthless floor, never knowing the deepest cravings of them were already fulfilled unbeknowst to thesmselves.

Jingxi witnessed the whole bloody incident being a statue. She felt her head hurt and could make out a few vague jumbling scenerios as the the main scene started to slowly disappear.
