Chapter 1 : THE FADED LOVE

"How.... How can you do this to me.. "

"Have you ever loved me..? "

"Do you think I am just a toy to you"

"Don't even dare to show me your face again.. "

Kiara was broken but she still had her dignity.

She don't show her feelings on her face but yes, she is all alone inside. She went over the lane and over the bridge , sat under the tree in the long rain and cried out...

She cried everything out of her so that she won't let any other tear come out again.

Her life was not meant to be cried for someone who aren't worth for it.

Her boyfriend cheated her with none other than but her best friend...

She thought to herself. " Maybe, only I was her bestie.. She wasn't my friend from the start"

Her eyes we're loosing all control. Her heart was a mess.

The empty feeling in her, made it impossible for her to stop.

Her cries were silent, but her face was filled with tears, which made her glow.

It became difficult for her to breathe, that's when she clenched her eyes close tightly, and took a long breath.

It was not her.

She was not this.

She was someone who was capable of everything and capable of controlling every emotion in her.

But how come she ended up here.

Not only few hours ago, she was happily buying gifts for her best friend and Boyfriend, for the New year eve, but now, she is sitting alone here.

Alone in this dark dark sky.

Alone in this big world.

She sighed and then leaned her body on the tree.

That's when her hands landed on something beside her.

It was an umbrella.

She remember that when she sat here there was nothing.

Someone left her an umbrella.. ?

She picked it up and decided to go back .

When she opened the umbrella, a note was hanging from the button.

It read,

" Sometimes we break, sometimes we cry, but don't worry..this will make you more tough. You will be able to move on from this emotion soon....Smile, because that makes you look beautiful.."

These words really made her smile.

She too wrote on the tree, thank you with the umbrella drawn on it.. And went away.

Few days passed, she forgot about everything. She was in her own isolation, making herself strong and bold . She didn't knew how to step again but she had to step again.

And this time when she wanted to, it was rain again.

The rain was emotional like it never was, it was attracting her like she wanted to go out and feel it. She wanted to flow with that rain, with that air, with that mist.

And she did it.. She again went out after days in this rain, the raindrops were touching her like pearls and she was letting them pour in her heart.

She looked up in the sky , the sky which was crying, or maybe showering love. It all depends on how a person sees it. The raindrops touched her cheeks, her lips, her closed eyes. They drenched her haire, and clothes.

She started to walk in that heavy rain.

Walking slowly, she reached that tree where she cried last time. Her lips curled up into a sad smile, reminding her how hard it was to let everything out of her heart, and how hard it is to move on. How hard it is to trust.

This made her heart heavy again.

She leaned closer to that tree, and closed her eyes, resting her head on the tree, feeling the raindrops pouring down on her hands.

There was an utter silence. The silence of rain. The pitter patter on different things made the music more melodious.

That's when her eyes landed on the note which she wrote on the tree. It was blurred by rains and the days of these many hardships.

It had no reply.

"Maybe, that person have ignored me too" She said to herself, touching that note with her bare hands.

But she don't know how and why, she wanted to search for that note. Maybe she wanted someone to tell her that everything will be okay..Maybe she wanted someone who will provide her a shoulder on which she would cry, someone who would hug her tightly when she will cry and tell her that that someone is here. But, what was she expecting. It was only a good deed done by some stranger.

She roamed around the tree and saw a note hanging on one of the branch. It was written..

"Don't mention me, and don't mention your tears, they are just real you. "

Her heart felt a bit calm reading that message.

And she thought, maybe she shouldn't bother that person again and went away.

It was night by now and Kiara was in the open sky.

She didn't knew what was taking her but her legs walked on themselves.

She didn't even realised that she was walking on the road. She came in front of a car but someone pulled her aside.

"Are you mad or what..? Can't you see there's a car coming in front of you..? Do you want to die" The person shouted.

And the tears in her heart came out again.. She hugged that person and cried.
