Roseanne's jaw dropped hearing this. What was she to do. How was she to agree?

But it HAD to stay between them. She sneaked a look at Ryan, and he was emotionless. He looked back at her.

"Okay" These words came out quickly. And now it was too late to stop and think about it. She covered her mouth and looked at Ryan. He smiled. "It's fine. Calm down."

He then turned his head to Mark and made eye contact. His eyes were conveying the thought 'What are waiting for?'

Mark immediately zoned in and passed a sheet of paper to Roseanne. She blinked twice at Mark who found it cute. He cleared his throat and answered her looks, "Miss this is the sheet of the Terms and Conditions for continuing."

After reading there were many questions that in her head like a hurricane, but she couldn't bring any question to the men's knowledge.

She wanted to read it and also wanted to take her own sweet time doing it. She looked at Ryan. He, who was able to read her thoughts said, "Take your time. I will wait for you no matter what."

Roseanne felt confident and nodded. She finished reading and was about to sign when Ryan asked "Do your parents know where you..."

The ringtone interrupted his question.

"Sorry, just a minute."

"Sure, take your time."

With that both the men went outside. While Roseanne picked up the phone Ryan and Mark walked in another room and looked through the CCTV camera.

"Hello? Yeah, mom I'm at the library. Mhm... yes, yeah yeah I'll be there before sunset. Yes, love you. Byeee!"

Ryan heard the entire conversation. Roseanne put her phone down and Ryan walked pass Mark towards the room in which Roseanne was, telling him "I want her whereabouts ASAP."

"Yes sir."

Roseanne waited patiently for the men to come. Then, there was a knock on the door. "Are you done, Rose?"

"Yes, all done."

"Okay, so what do you think?"

"It's fine."

"Great. I'll give you my number. Here" Ryan said give her his personal number. Mark on the other hand was internally screaming. 'Why would boss give his personal number?'

Roseanne asked impatiently "May I go now?"

"Yes, you may."

Just as Roseanne was about to walk out he said, "Let me see you off"

"N- no it's fine. Honestly"

"I don't think I gave you an option." Ryan replied smirking.

"Let me accompany you, sir." Mark requested.

"No, it's alright."

"Yes sir."

As Roseanne and Ryan walked out he began talking.

"Remember everything stays between us. You need to be loyal, no matter what. Stay active for all what you are required in. And finally and most of all, I am the boss. You can't change that, okay?"

"Yes. I got it."

Roseanne looked at him. "This is the car right?"

"Yes.

This car will drop you 1 km away from your house. *Sigh* Take care, hmm?"

"Yup."

"Herald come here for a minute."

Herald, the driver got out of the car and walked towards his boss.

"Yes sir."

"Now I want you to stay away from her. Observe her well. She has got lots in her head that she will not tell. Also, try to strike a convo. Alright?"

"Yes sir"

"Good. Dismissed."
