THE PAST

After the funeral of Jessie. James came to his old house where they lived first. While cleaning the house the screw nuts of the furniture are lying on the ground.

(James remembered an incident when saw those nuts)

...(BACK TO COLLEGE DAYS)...

The next day Jessie went to the class earlier than the others and went near to the chair on the stage where James will sit and tried to remove the nuts of the chair.

(Jessie's imagination: James came to the class and sat on the chair, he fell from the chair)

(Jessie evilly laughs)

While removing other groups of girls who came to class to hide from them Jessie hide under the desk on the stage.

Girl (1)(Shiny) : hey! James is hot, right? Do you think he has a girlfriend?

Girl (2): I think he had a girlfriend considering his beauty or even not having a girlfriend he may have so many girls pursuing him.

Shiny: It doesn't matter if he has a girlfriend or not, I don't back off and make him fall in love with me.

(Jessie listens to the conversation between them)

Jessie's inner voice: what's so good about him he just looks good but he has a mean character. Wait and see James I will show your face character to others.

when shiny and the other girls are involved in chatting she wanted to take the chance to escape from there, unfortunately, while she is trying to escape another student came in and she went under the desk again to hide. As time goes she was unable to come out and remained under the desk. Class started James came and kept the book on the desk and started teaching. Meanwhile, Emma searched for Jessie as she didn't come to class and was not in the room. So, she called her.

In the middle of the class, the phone rang and all are searching, whose phone is ringing?

Jessie: damn... I forgot to put the phone on silent (Jessie hurried to off the phone)

(James listened that ringtone is coming from under the desk, so he bent down to see. There he found Jessie under the desk)

Jessie:(In a low voice) James, please!! Please !! Don't tell anyone. I will explain after the class, please...

(James laughed inside at her expression)

James: call me sir, not James okay?

As this is going all the students are eager to know what is under the bench, as a professor has bent for a while. Then James stood up and said it's my phone fell and I was trying to pick it up. Then James continued his class.

(meanwhile)

Jessie :(murmuring) Idiot! today my time is bad next time I will show you hell!!.

After the class, Jessie came out and James was waiting outside for Jessie to come out.

James: Jessie "What are doing under my desk?".

Jessie: Sir I drop my money down so, I went to pick it up.

James slowly moves towards Jessie as she moves back to the wall. As he slowly came towards her body she can feel his breath, her heartbeat rising quickly, and can't able to talk any word she has frozen. James came near to her face as his lips are just slightly away from her lips. She was sweating so much. Then he reached for her hand

James: if you are picking up your money why does your hand is full of oil?

(James moves back from her.)

Jessie :(in anger) Nice James! You again play with me right?

Jessie raised her hand to beat him. James hold that hand pushed her towards the wall and said that Jessie was not from the physics department.

James : (In her ear) Why are not attending your class instead coming to my class? Are you in love with me?

(Jessie breaks free from his grip)

Jessie: pervert!! You wait I will take revenge on you

Jessie ran away from there. James laughed at her frustrated face and cute words. Jessie went to the room. Emma asked where are you, Jessie?. Jessie explained she is under the desk.

Emma: what ?? you are under the desk?. now it's understandable I thought the professor's and your ringtones are the same. Now, tell me what happened after you were caught what did James do?

(Jessie explained everything)

Emma : (In excitement) OMG!! He is so manly. How does his breath feel, did his abs?

Jessie: Emma that's not the point. Are you my friend or not why are you tempting just by talking about him?

Emma: OK my lips are sealed and locked my heart for you. I'm your friend. I love you, Jessie

(Emma and Jessie hugged each other)

Jessie: from now onwards James is our enemy.

...(AT PRESENT) ...

As James remembers the days he spent with Jessie tears roll down his eyes
