5 <the fake girlfriend>

"oh I see I guess I got the wrong person then”

“hey believe it or not! Liam’s real name is Skye too! Liam is just a stage name!”

“yea I know” oh shoot what did I do? No one knows his real name! Liam was looking at me shocked, Mia as well

“really? Liam told you so soon? Well… did he tell you that he preferred Liam more than Skye?”

I was a bit surprised when she said that, I really did not know that he preferred Liam, I thought he would prefer Skye more, after all that he had done in school, that was one of the main reasons he bullied me… anyway, I wanted to change the topic but then thankfully Mia changed the topic herself…

“oh yea enough of this… I wanted to tell you about the agreement, since you agreed to stay here”

what was she talking about?

“what agreement?” I asked looking at Liam…

Liam had the same look I had just a second ago, when I wanted to change the topic.

“yea, didn’t Liam tell you? Since the news about you being his girlfriend is trending, he is forced to say that you are his actual girlfriend, cause there was a rumor that he is gay, and the producers don't want that..." so all along I'm gonna be used by them?? nice, what else can I expect?

Mia then continued

"I know you might have a lotta trouble, since you might also have a boyfriend and all”

boyfriend? me? last time having a boyfriend was the second biggest mistake of my life!

I did not want more drama, “I refuse to be his girlfriend!"

I never wanted to get involved with him in the first place.

“don’t worry we don’t want anything from you and your image will be clean, they don’t need to see your face only your voice, only once you are ready to reveal your face, we will… till then please agree be his FAKE GIRLFRIEND!”

“no I can’t, I’m sorry, I never wanted to get involved in the first place!” I would’ve agreed but... I know! no one is satisfied with what I am, or how I am

“Just take it as you repaying him for saving you from the mob of reporters just now!” why was she so persistent didn’t I just refuse, I thought we would get along but I guess I was wrong... and I was in that situation just because if him!

“if he didn’t meet me in the bakery and irritate me, this wouldn’t have happened in the first place!”

“you don’t understand!” she pleaded, when Liam suddenly said

“leave it Mia, I knew it wouldn’t work in the first place, you should be happy she agreed to stay here, at least we know she is safe!”

under those words his feelings looked hurt and at the same time happy?? why does my mouth speak too much, last time I said I hate him, and Mrs. Clinton also told me to give him a chance…

they both were talking about something when I suddenly said

“if I agree to be his fake girlfriend I want something in return…"

Liam looked shocked but not happy, why? didn't I agree now??

Mia his manager looked quite pleased…

“anything I promise” she said

“what do you want money? a new house? An island?”

what was she saying “what an island? No!! I can’t tell you here can we talk privately?”

Liam looked at me, was he disappointed? But really I did not care, I’m helping him out right? Mia came to know, she looked at Liam, and Liam went on top.

After we were sure that he was not here Mia asked “so what’s your condition?

“I have two, one I want my dog here if I’m going to stay with him, and second….” I stopped in between, should I ask? or not?

"Yea? Is it money” she asked again

“what NO! why are you after money??”

I finally asked, what’s her deal with money? but anyway I got the guts and asked her...

“you know Liam’s songwriter the anonymous one?”

“Who?"

“the one who wrote 'Darkness within me?' Ah... his song 'Demons' which hit the charts?!”

“yea...the anonymous one?”

“I want to meet him!”

Mia looked at me and smiled and said

“that’s all? But why him?”

“well even though Liam sings his songs, the lyrics are written by someone else, and he never shows himself, I love the lyrics and I would like to know him, and write about him and his life, because his lyrics are really beautiful basically I'm a big fan!"

if I would ever feel something is not right, or not going according to how I want it to go… I would listen to his lyrics, though I don’t like the person singing it, I can’t hate a good song for it's good lyrics right?

“if that’s all then... done! I’m sure he will be thrilled to meet you. You can meet him, only after the agreement, deal?”

umm so long? But anyway the older the wine the stronger and better it's taste!

“okay, deal!” I said

Mia looked very satisfied… she said that she would bring Mixer to the house tomorrow, and when I’m ready to show my face only then will they show my face to the media, if they agree to my terms, and If I held most power in this contract then... I guess it's okay??

they said that if the rumor settles they won’t need to drag it further. My clothes will be sent by today five o’clock in the evening.

She said that she was in a hurry and that she had to go, she handed me a book, and said

“even though you are acting as fake girlfriend and boyfriend, please take care of him! Bye! oh and he is not as easy going as he seems.. ” that I knew..

"but don't worry he is really kind and caring!" she said so and went

I was there alone Liam never came down, I thought he would… since no one came down I thought that I would take a look! The ground floor was amazingly spacious, there was the kitchen which was BIG!

But the kitchen was thankfully somewhat similar to the kitchen, that that I had in my apartment, that means I can cook easily.

The guest room was opposite to the living room, and there was a bathroom opposite to another room, it was closed I guessed it was his work room or something, as you step out of the kitchen behind his house there was a lawn and a fire pit, impressive… oh and a cloth line...

After looking at the ground floor, I thought of going on the first floor, the stairs were opposite to the kitchen door, as I stepped foot on top.

I saw 4 doors, I entered the first door it was a bedroom, one thing I liked about the bedroom was it's big wooden balcony, because my apartment had the somewhat same wooden balcony in the living room. seems so that our tastes in things are a bit similar...

I went out and that door lead to the attic I thought because it was closed so I could not enter... many suspicious rooms I see...

I entered the room next to the bedroom that I had previously inspected and was I surprised!!

Liam was in his bathrobe! “I’m sorry, sorry!” I tried going out of the room but he caught my hand and pinned me on the wall (I think it's called kabedon!×~<)

“ohh… are you tempted now that you are my girlfriend” he leaned in closer and I was terrified, memories that I did not want to remember came gushing in... but ironically, none were related to him

Liam’s POV...

She started trembling as soon as I leaned in, if she was terrified why would she just keep quite? Why won’t she say anything??

She never gets teased, I have never done it to any girl, except one, and obviously not in my bathrobe, but all I assumed was that, the others who leaned in to get a kiss from me... were all selfish.

I thought since she was the same as those people and wanted something in return to be my fake girlfriend, she would be greedy, and would give in…

but she was an open book God damit! her expressions were so clear!

her eyes,

God her eyes! the gold in her eyes were so bringht that it would stand out! on her whole face... it looked Fake...

somehow even though she is giving in, it’s like, she doesn’t have the strength do it, as if something is forcing her to do so!!

“why don’t you resist? If you don’t want it! say something?!” I shouted, she looked at me with those eyes, those eyes, since the first time I saw them, it felt like they were telling me something everytime... they were the only thing that were sincere about her! but still fake...
