"Were you alone all the time here..? " Nihar asked..

"Uh yes.. Why would there be someone else with me..? " Mia said in a direct tone.

"What were you doing..? "

"Watching the sunset.. Why are you interrogating me ? " Mia asked Nihar.

"No.. It's nothing I just want to.. What's this in your hands..? " Nihar said and snatched the book from Mia's hands.."The PLENTY LOVE..? What are you doing with these love stories... "

"Planning to kill someone.. " Mia said and avoided eye contact.

"Someone or that guy who was sitting with you here..? " Nihar said and hit her with his elbow.

"What... You saw..? " Mia said surprisingly ,  " I mean there's nothing to see but when you knew then why were you asking me.. "

"Just wanted to see what will you say.. And Miss lawyer I think you forgot that we are in open area and people can see from far distances.. Unless they are blind.. And I am not blind so I saw you two sitting here romanticizing the sun.." Nihar said.

"Romanticizing..? Well we don't even know each other.. "

"So why did he dropped this book for you..? "

"I didn't saw him leave.. And this is the book he and I got our hands on.. Maybe he might have felt guilty..." Mia said.

"Oh really... I think he shouldn't have.. Because you don't read these kind of books. Let me take this and free you with this burden.. " Nihar said and picked up the book.

"Wait... Actually.." Mia said and snatched the book back from Nihar's hands.

"What..? Do you want to read.. " Nihar said.

"Why are you being so pathetic.. I.. I was saying that why are you leaving with this book right now.. You and I were planning to eat dinner here so don't leave me hanging or people will see me as lonely person.. " Mia said .

"Okay don't explain... Let's just eat it.. " Nihar smirked..

They had a long dinner there and then went in the tent they made up..

"It would have been so much fun if Kiara would be here too.. " Mia sighed.

"She's your best friend.. It was your duty to call her to hang out.. It was her limitations that she denied. So it's okay.. " Nihar said.

"Aaha... Don't be so sad.. I have fixed another meeting with her for tomorrow.. Remember.. We will go to her after we meet the client at noon and then go for movie , lunch, shopping and finally to my Dad's.. " Mia said and patted Nihar's head.

"Done for tomorrow's schedule ma'am.. " Nihar said and noted everything down in his Phone.

The night was already up and they went to sleep. But Mia was thinking about the sunset..

"Life can really give you some pleasant moments even without you asking for it, because it knows that how much tiring work you had been up to and how monotonous your life is.. That's why those peaceful moments glows you up like you were in the start. Just the same the sunset worked as a therapy for Me, " She slept thinking the same.

The next morning, the first thing Mia went for was to meet the client as decided.

The office was already in chaos , with a number of clients already there..

"Why is it such a mess in here...? " Mia asked..

"Well, recently there are number of cases of bankruptcy in the city.. " Nihar said.

"I see.. Let's go to the cabin , I think Mr. Parma is already there.. " Mia said.

They headed their way and found what they were expecting..

"Sorry we have been late.. I hope you weren't waiting for long.. " Mia said and shook hands with Mr. Parma.

"No Ma'am.. I was just a bit early "Mr. Parma said.

"Okay.. So what's that you want my help for... We were meant to meet two days before and even the week before.. But you never came up.. Is everything okay..? " Mia said and opened Mr. Parma's case file.

"It was just.. I was holding my courage to show up.. " He said..

"Okay.. You don't have to worry about it.. We are all here to keep you safe.. Tell me everything from the beginning.. That's how we will be able to help you.. " Mia said and gave a smile to Mr. Parma.

"So, I ..I was working in the RAINDROPS COMPANY for almost three years, it was all going well, when the CEO of the company let his son took over the post of Managing director.. It was also going well until he started to recruit new people and fire the old people. And one night when I was working overtime for completing the project assigned to me which has to be completed or else I would loose my job. While I was working I saw there was mess in the storage room. I was about to call the security when I heard voices over the boss's cabin. I peeked through  the window and saw the Managing director and the recent client having a chat in that hour. Later I saw them exchanging money for something.. At first I thought it was for the advance , then I saw them walking over the storage room and they took out the file of our companies secrets and past records was being handed over to the client.. I found it doubtful and that's why I followed him. I found him handing it over to the companies opponent.. And then he called someone and told him.. That the work was done in here.. " Mr. Parma said and took a sip of water .

"So whom are you really blaming in here..?" Nihar Asked..

"I don't know.. I talked to one of the guards the other day and was called by the managing director... He then fired me without even telling me the reason.. And that's why I am here, to claim for my rights and turn down the MD of RAINDROPS to the law.. " Mr. Parma said.

"We understand your whole story.. " Mia said.

"I hope you told us everything so that we would be able to defend you in the court.. " Nihar said

"I hope it doesn't go to the court... We will try to take this matter out of the court... " Mia said..

"Thank you Ma'am and Sir.. I am really grateful to you.. I have my family to take care of.. I hope you will bring me justice.. " Mr. Parma said and joined his hands in front of them as respect.

"Yes sir.. I will tell you over the call about our next meeting and the other procedures.. " Nihar said..

As Mr. Parma left the office, Mia called Nihar..

"You wanted to speak to me..? " He asked..

"Find more about this RAINDROP and their Managing Director.. And if anything messy appears to the company again, reach out for me as soon as it is possible.. " Mia said..

"Very well.. Give me a day and night.. "Nihar said and was going away when Mia stopped him.

" Wait.... It's already noon.. We will be late for meeting with Kiara.. "

"I won't be able to.. You just gave me a lot of work." Nihar said..

"Then let me change the plan.. Kiara and I will have lunch first, and then we will go to shopping... You can meet us after that for the movie and then we can go to My Dad for dinner... Is it okay with you..? " Mia said and scrolled through her Phone.

"Well.. It's good.. "

"Okay.. If you need anything, you can call me right away.. "

"Then we will meet there.. "

Mia headed to the restaurant where they all decided to meet up.

"You are alone..? " Kiara asked..

"Well.. We meet after these long hours and you ask me this..? I am really, really disappointed.." Mia pouted.

"I.. I didn't meant it ... You told me you and Nihar were coming so I was just... Just being curious.. " Kiara said stammering.

"It's okay.. If you say so.. Well  now I even believe that quote.. Misters before sisters.. " Mia said.

"What do you mean..? " Kiara said and frowned her eyebrows.

"Nothing.. I will tell you later when I will want to.. " Mia said and smirked.

"You make me curious everytime.. " Kiara pouted.

"I know I know.. So let's eat up and go for our day out... "

After some hours,

"It is almost the time of the movie, where is that stupid..? " Mia frowned.

"He will come.. " Kiara said..

"You sound much confident in my assistant.. "

"No it's just.. He don't come late as it.. " Kiara was saying but Mia interrupted.

"You really are confident.. "

"Well here he is as I said.. " Kiara said..

"I think I am not late... " Nihar said panting.

"Of course not.. You really predicted . " Mia said.. "Well let me talk to you first before we go in.. Did you get the information for RAINDROPS..? "

"Yes, I did... Why ? Do you want them right now..? " Nihad asked.

"Yes I do want them.. " Mia said in an obvious way.

"Then what about the movie..? " Kiara asked..

"Well, I only booked two tickets for you guys as I knew I would need to work.. " Mia said..

"You really are something.. We were meant to have the whole day... " Kiara said..

"I am sorry.. But you two have the chance today.. And I will meet you after the movie... I promise.. " Mia said and went away hurriedly..

"Wha..... What did she meant..? " Kiara asked..

"She... She probably meant that we didn't had the time to hang out so maybe... " Nihar stammered..

"Yeah maybe she was wanting to say this.. " Kiara said .

"Well let's go in then.. It is about to start.. " Nihar said awkwardly.

"Okay.. Okay.. "

Nihar and Kiara went in. They found that they were booked for the corner seats.. Nihar was remembering Mia with mixed feelings of shyness , nervousness and happiness..

They sat over there, and to their surprise... The tickets were booked for a horror movie..

In every moment Kiara feared, she held Nihar's hands and sometimes even hugged him in fear..

Out there, Mia went to the library and sat there to open up the file.. She read..

"So The Managing Director of the Company is Aarav Jha..? "
