“I trained my cousin to play chess for years…FOR YEARSS” Leo really sounded so disappointed and I didn’t expect him to be here first, with that long legs his step is really bigger than mine.

He went to me and hugged me, maybe he misses me more than I do ahahahah. *assuming*

He leave me speechless, I know he’s going to say that, he didn’t changed after all. I just responded him with a smile. Then he hugged me one last time again today before going back.

“See you when I get back”. He warmly said.

“Yeah I know, takecare”. I replied then let go since I spotted auntie(his mother).

“Your suit looks good on you, I’m so Jealous, send my regards to Auntie Mai and Uncle Loo”.

He chuckled. “ I know hahahahhaii(yes) I’ll send it to them…and jealous well Mirinnnnn”.

He said out loud with a waving hands while laughing.

He never disappoint to made my day. While walking I spotted someone leaning in the room, seems familiar but I don’t mind I’m going to check the three idiots.

Tor’s POV

She’s really a great art, and if only we weren't so childish back then, maybe... maybe I would have been by her side all the time.

I noticed her leaving the room after they announced the points, and I found myself inexplicably following her. I know it's not a good idea, but what the heck is wrong with me? Seeing her with that guy who looks so girly just... argh, I don't know. suddenly realizes Am I jealous of him... again?

“I know hahahahhaii(yes) I’ll send it to them…and jealous well Mirinnnnn”.

I hope I can talk to you too Leo, but what is done is done. Mirin is not coming back.

Lucky for us, we all finished our portfolio. We all know teacher’s not coming today heheheh. I guess I’ll just asked them three for some ideas, this day is driving me crazy!!!

“What about you Akari, what did you buy on your brother’s birthday?”.

Alderzerg College

For weeks, I had been meticulously planning what to buy for Rin. She's such a quirky and clumsy girl, always stumbling and tripping over things. If only there was a potion that could cure her clumsiness, I would have brewed a whole pool of it just for her! Despite her occasional missteps, I find myself wanting to protect and love her even more.

But what gift would be perfect for her? Maybe a chessboard? I know she's a big fan of chess and has a collection of chess sets. I can already imagine the excitement on her face when she sees it, and perhaps she'll be too engrossed in playing chess to pay attention to me.

As much as I want to see her happy, I can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy at the thought of her being occupied with the chessboard and not needing my attention. So, I guess a chessboard is a no for now, sorry Rin, not today. Haha, I can just imagine her reaction!

After an hour the class ended.

“Tor may I have a word?”.

“D-dad? I did not punch anyone, I swear!.” Did my teacher call dad, but I didn’t do anything.

“I know ahahah, let’s talk on our way”.

“But I had something to do its-“

*smile* “I know Tor, I’m here to help you buy Rin a gift”.

And I ended up buying her a bracelet.

“1, 2, 3, ta-daaa”. Mirin excitedly count and showed our gifts together.

I am well aware that Mirin loves peaceful and serene places. My dad had mentioned to me that he had a conversation with Mirin, during which she had expressed her fondness for the spot where we currently are. With this in mind, I decided to bring Mirin here, hoping to see her genuine smile, even if just for a little longer.

As we stood there, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment. Mirin's actions during our time together had been frustrating, to say the least. Despite my efforts to create a special moment for us, she had done things that had made me furious. I knew I couldn't ignore it any longer, and as I hugged her for what might be the last time, I did so with a heavy heart.

Mirin’s POV

“I’m very disappointed in you Rin”.

His hug is warm but his voice are colder than the winter breeze. It is so sudden, why did he said that, I-I’m, I don’t know but it makes me wanna cry by the words he said.

“H-Huh?”.

It is my first time to hear such words from him and I want to look him in the face but he insisted to hug me tight.

“Mirin, you should’ve just told me earlier, dad told me he had a conversation with you and he said that you disagreed with his decision”.

I didn’t know voice can be teary too. The way he talked is just-I’m actually scared what will happen next but-

“That’s true, love can indeed lead to wrong decisions, I’m sorry”. I said to him calmly while patting his back.

“BUT IT’S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! It’s- it’s for you Mirin!”.

Crying and talking like a baby, that is so very Tor.

“I know, your father is very supportive and caring, he told me that he will do anything just to see you living your best life. He even wants me to study the same college with you but the college your taking in is exclusively for the one’s who want to be a doctor and a businessman”.

No responds just listening, anyways I’ll take this chance to explain.

“I don’t see myself being a doctor nor a business-minded woman, I love art, art intrigues me the most. Maybe it’s also the time that we take different paths but still connected, you don’t have to worry so much, you had your friends and I also had mine”.

Oh he actually let go of me, maybe he calmed a little.

Tor’s POV

She said those words to me in a calm way but after I heard her saying those things, I let go of her. It makes me wanna puke.

“HAHAHAHAH, ARE YOU NUTS?! MIRIN AREN’T YOU HAPPY? WE’LL BE SEEING EACH OTHER OFTEN, ISN’T THAT WHAT YOU LIKE?! IS IT BECAUSE YOU CAN’T LEAVE THOSE ASSHOLES, DAD ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE FOUR OF YOU DECIDED TO STUDY ARTS, ARE THEY THAT IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN ME?! ARE THEY THAT PRECIOUS TO YOU?!”

The hell is wrong with me, I’m done.

“WE JUST HAPPEN TO LOVE ARTS!!! YOU CAN’T JUST DECIDE WHERE I WANT TO STUDY AND WHAT I WANT TO BE EVEN IF I’M YOUR WOMAN!!!”.

“BUT YOU’RE MY WIFE!!!”.

Oh no she’s being teary, Rin is trembling, what the fvck man.

“Tor I-“

“GET OUT!”

I find it difficult to look at her with those pleading eyes and hear her voice trembling with emotion. It's a painful reminder that love can sometimes lead us to make bad decisions. Mirin’s POV

What the hell just happened? We were just okay a while ago even yesterday, we barely fight about stuffs but what just happen?

Hearing such sharp words, I ended up walking to Emi’s place. I’m glad it’s not raining, Mom knows I’m with Tor but I don’t want to recall what just happen. I’ll make mom know I’m here.

“Mirin!” I can hear Emi’s panicking voice and makes me cry more.

*sobs-sobs*

They’re all here, what a coincidence. They wait for me to calm down until someone is ringing the doorbell, I bet it’s Tor, he always knew I’ll be here at Emi’s place whenever I’m upset or have problems.

Tor didn’t come inside instead called them all out except for me.

Emi’s POV

Oh shoot I just came back to cook dinner for the dumbheads but is that my other dumbheaded friend……eh? Mirin? she looks depressed!

*sigh*

I didn’t know what happened but I’m sure it’s a couple quarrel. We’ll just wait for her to calm down a bit.

*doorbell rings*

It’s my first time seeing Tor worried face like crazy, I can see in his face that he feel sorry and he regret what happen today.

It feels awkward hand signing each other without Mirin noticing, but I guess it’s important.

“We’re all here, what do you want”. It’s my house btw I should be the spokesperson heheh.

“Please protect Mirin on behalf of me, I know I’m on fault being childish having a thought that Mirin chose you than being with me but I just realized it after I said sharp words, I may not be able to see her but I’ll be back I promise and I want you guys to please enlighten her in life…she love arts, she really love arts, so pleasee…pleaseee-“

“I know you’re older than us but it’s a surprise seeing you cry about Mirin”.

“Are you really into her? You’re just overprotecting, you only need to trust her and have faith”.-proudly said it in front of them.

Wow Akari stealing my spot, you asshole.

“I guess you’re right, I just need to trust Mirin, but it’s too late. She did not tell me something but after letting her get out of my sight, I know she want to end our relationship”.

“I promise to come back and steal her again from you guys, but as of now you guys are Mirin’s precious friend so don’t break it”.

“We know, we know”. But what’s with the precious ahahahah, something is off.

“Hug her for me guys, tell her I love her more like-I love her than anything else. She’s my everything”.

“Promises are meant to be showed not just for talks”. My mouth slipped but it is for him to remind that promises are valuable to Mirin.

*Closed the door*

(After they closed the door they rushed to Mirin and hugged her then eventually Mirin told them what happened with a teary eyes.)

All I can say is that Tor is foolish and childish. I can't believe he thinks that way. We are friends with Mirin before they met each other and we understand our limitations when it comes to their relationship. Initially, we had doubts about Tor's intentions with Mirin.

He’s got the money, looks and only Mirin knew what kind of guy he is that time, but he proved us wrong by waiting for her for four months without changing how he treated her and this made us a little complacent or not to worry about them, but we didn't realize that Tor was giving us a bad reputation by making it seem like we wanted to take Mirin away from him, I can’t believe he’ll be jealous of us, what a toxic behavior. This caused him to become obsessed with her.

We love Mirin, but we would never try to steal her away or brainwash her. We are not that type of friend. I hope Tor will soon end his childish thoughts. What an idiot.
