Wolf monster stop near him and smelling him. He is just going to kill him by seperating Karthikeya's head from his body by using his razor sharp teeths and claws, that suddenly he became alert like he sensed danger. The wolf increased growling and got ready to fight. The wolf create a fire ball in mouth and shot it at that direction and blast happened, The wolf gave a arrogant smile and turn back but got shocked because his prey is not there. Karthikeya already run away from there. The wolf started tracking his scent.

“I am good in running, My master said to keep a low profile to avoide unwanted enemies but looks like I need to kill this wolf by my own if someone not come here to save me. I practiced combat technique for more than hundred years in soul realm that is equal to ten years in normal world. I can kill this wolf anytime” Karthikeya said.

The wolf is still tracking Karthikeya and soon he blocked Karthikeya from ahead and give a evil smile like he is going to kill Karthikeya.

“You pissed me off, get ready to die” Kartikeya said while readying his thunder fist, the wolf jumped towards him and Karthikeya also going to punch wolf but suddenly a golden sword came from somewhere and killed that wolf in one strike Karthikeya undo his thunder fist and fell over ground.

The golden sword came back to it's master, he is a Practitioner who level is more than ninty. The practitioner came near him with little cute girl.

“kid are you alright ” that practitioner asked with calm attitude.

“I am not fine, help me” Karthikeya said like he is suffering so much pain.

“you will be happy to know that you are lucky because I am also finding this beast for my grandson's first soul ring.” That practitioner said.

“Is she a boy” Karthikeya said with a broken heart.

“You misunderstood, I am talking about my grandson, she is girl not a boy.” That practitioner said. After hearing this Karthikeya feel relief.

“Are you done? how are you feeling now” that practitioner asked.

“I am feeling better sir, Why are you carrying that wolf alive?” Karthikeya asked.

“As I said it is for my grandson's first soul ring, if I kill him then he can absorb it, he will kill this wolf to acquire his ring. ” that practitioner said.

“ Thanks for helping me, I'll leave now, our way is going to be different ” Karthikeya said.

“This forest is full of spirit beasts like this wolf, you will be in danger if you encountered one of them” that practitioner said.

“I can't stay in this forest forever, I'll need to find my own way to out from here” Karthikeya said with so much confidence. But in actually he is thinking of hunting for some beast to check his strength.

“I like your confidence, I'll not bother you then, but you also made that wolf to come out from deep forest and because of your this help let me help you two” That practitioner said with such a mystery smile.

“I don't want to bother you” Karthikeya said with a smile on face.

“You are really a mystery boy, a normal person was already dead so long ago but you are still alive and made him chase you for so long, Who are you kid?” practitioner said with deep mysterious smile.

“I am just a normal person, I am lucky because that wolf is playing hunting game with me, that's why I am alive and I'll be dead if you didn't save me on time.” Karthikeya said with nervousness.
