What's happening?!

The 2 girls hiding under the desk closest to the chair have a closer look at what’s gonna happen next. I got closer up to trying to see how the restraints were on the little girl. They were tight, making escape impossible and seeming like they were cutting off circulation. After a few seconds, one of the scientists pulled a tray of surgical tools and needles. The other scientist pulled over another tray, but this one had bottles and vials with different colored substances. “We’re ready.” one of the scientists said. Mother gave a warm smile and nodded, seeming completely aware but at the same time, completely oblivious. Mother stepped back as well as I to watch what horrors would happen next. One of the scientists picked up a syringe while the other was giving them a vial with a purple substance in it. I watched carefully as the scientist injected the substance into the blonde girl’s neck. A few seconds went by as everyone sat in silence as we waited for something to happen. After a few moments of silence, the girl’s veins turned purple and blue, and it seemed like she was getting a seizure. The girl was shaking violently, her eyes white but slowly turning black, and her skin was turning purple as if she couldn’t breathe as the veins throughout her body turned blue. She stopped moving. My blood ran cold as I stood there, not knowing what to do or what I could do. I stared at the girl’s body in horror and guilt. I should’ve done something but I couldn’t. The girl regained consciousness and stared at me with tears streaming down her face. “Help me…” She said in a whisper. As soon as she spoke those words, her hands and legs seemed like they were being replaced by something or someone else’s. The replacing limbs were dark and demon-like. Her back, slowly getting longer as she started looking malnourished and her skin being stretched out. She no longer looked human. As her body was changing, her face became distorted. The restraints seemed so small and easily broke against the girl’s strong resistant force. I watched in horror as the poor innocent girl turned into a demonish figure. I took a step back and turned around, realizing that mother was transforming as well except that Mother looked as she was waiting for this moment. I will never forget the smile on her face. Her face was stretched out into an eerie grin, eyes pale as a ghost, and a smile was spread across her face, making it seem like it was intentionally cut with some sort of blade. Mothers body was also stretched out like the blonde Mothers body was also stretched out like the blonde girls, but it was clear that there was something more off about both of their bodies. Is this happening?! How is this happening?! How do I help..?!
