"Akito please pick up the phone," Kane said worriedly. "Are you sure he's even with Akito," Atlas asked. "I'm not sure about anything at this point," Kane said looking down. "We'll find him Kane Don't worry," Ezra said patting Kane's shoulder. "Let's keep looking guys," Atlas said. As they walked around town they stopped and asked people if they had seen Axel. "Kane," Ezra said. Kane didn't say anything but instead just stood there staring at the ground. "Ezra isn't that Snake and his gang," Atlas asked suddenly. "Huh, it is. That's weird they're usually not out during the day," Ezra replied. Just then Kane's phone rang. He took his phone out and saw that it was Akito. "Akito," Kane said answering the phone. "I saw that you called me 6 times is everything alright," Akito replied. "Axel's missing," Kane replied. "When did you see him last," Akito asked. "Sir I hate to interrupt but we need to go," Bones said. "You guys go on I'll meet you there. I gotta take care of something first. "Master we need your help with this. The SlitThroats are unpredictable but you always seem to be a step ahead of them," Hymir said. "It should take long. Fuyuki you're with me," Akito said. "Akito," Kane said over the phone. "Kane where you guys at right now," Akito asked. "Um well we are right outside of Yong Chang restaurant," Kane replied. "What a coincidence I'm near there. Just wait there. I'll be the...(Akito was interrupted by Bones) "Snake you can't just leave us in the middle of something," Bones shouted. "Watch yourself Bones," Snake (Akito) shouts angrily hanging up the phone. Kane froze at what he just heard. "Kane man you alright," Ezra asked. "You look like you saw a ghost," Atlas added. "Huh yeah I'm fine. Akito said he'll meet us here," Kane replied.

"Kane, is everything alright? You've been avoiding Akito since he got here," Atlas asked. "Yea man it's not like you," Ezra added. "I'm just worried about my brother," Kane replied. "Hey guys Akito disappeared," Atlas said. "He was just here," Ezra said. "Maybe we should split up and search. It's gonna get dark soon," Kane said. "Agreed we'll meet back here," Ezra said. They headed off in different directions. As Kane walked down the street he heard someone shouting for Akito to stop. He started in that direction once he got close enough he could make out the voices. "Akito watch out," Axel shouted. "Shut the hell up kid," a guy said hitting Axel with his gun. Axel fell to the ground unconscious. Kane froze in place once he heard a gunshot. "What the hell where did he come from," another man shouted. "Master you've let your guard down I see. Are you sure you wanna keep fighting," Fuyuki asked. "I'm fine just take care of those guys," Akito replied standing up. "Yes master," Fuyuki said then started to fight alongside Akito. "I would stop if you want this kid to live," a man said as he held a knife to Axel's throat. "Master," Fuyuki said. "Retreat Fuyuki," Akito said. "But Master I cant leave you here," Fuyuki said surprised. "Now," Akito shouted. Fuyuki disappeared into the nearby forest to watch as he knew not to leave Akito alone during a fight. "You should've stayed out of this mister. It has nothing to do with you," the man said. "Akito," Axel said afraid. "Shut it, kid," the man shouted. Akito looked around then when the man was distracted motioned for Fuyuki to make a move. Fuyuki saw this and then slithered up behind the man wrapping himself around him. Akito pulled Axel away and had him stand behind him. "Take this," a voice from behind. Akito pulled Axel out of the way of the man and ended up getting stabbed. He kneed the man in the gut then removed the knife and stabbed him in the gut. "Akito are you alright," Axel said running over to him. "Master," Fuyuki said worriedly. "I'm fine but we should go," Akito replied. Akito messaged Kane to meet him at their house.

Kane didn't reply but stood there frozen cause of what he had just heard. After a moment he quickly went home not even bothering to message Atlas and Ezra. Once he arrived at the house he saw Axel and Akito talking on the porch. "Axel, Akito," Kane said. Axel ran over to Kane and hugged him tightly. Kane was surprised but hugged him back. After a few minutes, Kane broke the hug. "How badly are you hurt," Kane asked worriedly. "Not that bad just a few minor cuts and bruises," Axel replied. Kane walked over to Akito and slapped him. "Kane, why'd you do that? He's the reason I'm here," Axel said grabbing his brother. "It's alright Axel. I deserved that," Akito said. "What do you mean," Axel asked. Kane looked up at Akito who saw tears in his eyes. "Axel go ahead inside and clean up. We'll treat your wounds afterward," Akito said. "Ok," Axel said then quickly went inside. "You know now don't you," Akito asked. Kane didn't say anything and just stood there. Akito went to comfort him but Kane slapped his hand away. "Don't touch me," Kane said wiping his eyes. "Alright, I won't," Akito said. "Why," Kane asked. "Why what," Akito asked. "Why did you evolve my brother in this," Kane asked angrily. "He was evolved long before I found him. The people who took him were linked to the Slitthroats that's how I was able to find him. Just now they were trying to take him back. I hate to tell you but he's gonna be in danger for the rest of his life. He knows too much," Akito replied. "Are you Snake," Kane asked. Akito stiffened when Kane asked him this. "Why do you ask," Akito answered. "Just answer the question," Kane shouted. "Yes I'm Snake," Akito sighed. "I knew it. I didn't want to believe it. Why didn't you tell me," Kane asked. "I wanted to but I didn't want you to be afraid of me. I also didn't want to put your life in danger," Akito said. "But my brother what do they have to gang from him," Kane asked as he started to cry. Just then Ezra and Atlas showed up. But they didn't approach the porch. "He's safe now Kane. That's all that matters. I will leave and you won't have to see me anymore. Just be careful," Akito said then started to walk off. Ezra and Atlas ran over to Kane and hugged him. "Akito wait," Kane shouted. Akito stopped and turned back. "Thank you for saving Axel," Kane said. "No problem," Akito said as he placed his hand on his gut. After Akito disappeared they entered the house to see Axel standing there. "Did Akito leave," Axel asks. "Yea he just left," Atlas said. "What happened to you dude," Ezra asked. "I got beat up. Akito saved me but you should've let him leave," Axel said. "Why not," Kane asked wiping his tears once more. "He got injured protecting me," Axel replied. "What happened," Ezra asked. "A man was coming at me with a knife. Akito pulled me out of the way and was stabbed," Axel replied.

Meanwhile, Akito made it to his brother's house. "Akito what the hell happened to you," Arlo asked as he flung the door open wider. "Got into a fight as usual nothing new. Nothing serious don't worry," Akito laughed. "You idiot go take a shower so we can get your wounds treated," Arlo said. Akito made his way upstairs and into the bathroom. Once he removed his shirt he checked his stab wound over. Akito placed a small towel over the wound to stop the bleeding. Afterwards, he found Tokoyami's medical bag and placed it on the counter. He then turned the shower on and walked back over to the sink. Once the bleeding stopped he started to stitch the wound closed. "Akito is everything alright," Arlo asked from outside the bathroom. "Yes no need to worry," Akito replied. "You sure cause it sounded like you were in pain," Arlo said. "I'm alright Arlo no need to worry," Akito said cleaning up the mess. "Oh ok well Tokoyami is on his way home. Kimberly and Veronica made dinner. Come down and eat when you're done," Arlo said then left. After a few hours, Tokoyami came home and walked over to Akito. He punched him the face knocking to the floor. "Tokoyami stop," Arlo said stepping between them. Kimberly pulled Tokoyami back as Veronica helped Akito up. Akito laughed and wiped the blood from his mouth. "I deserved that," Akito said. "Damn right you do you dumdass," Tokoyami shouted. "Tokoyami he didn't deserve that. He's your little brother why'd you hit him," Kimberly asked. "Tokoyami," Arlo said. Tokoyami didn't say anything and just headed upstairs. "I'll go talk to him," Kimberly said then ran after him. "Are you alright Akito," Arlo asked. "Yea no worries," Akito replied ruffling Arlo's hair. "Hey stop doing that," Arlo pouted. Veronica laughed then went into the kitchen to get Akito some ice. Later that night Akito awoke to his ringing. "Hello," Akito said answering the phone yawning. "Hey Akito I'm sorry I woke you," Kane said. "That's alright Kane what you need," Akiro said sitting up. "I..can we talk about what happened earlier today," Kane asked. "Yea sure meet me tomorrow night. I'll pick you up," Akito said then winced in pain as he got up from the bed. "Are you alright," Kane asked. "I'm fine don't worry. I'll see you tomorrow," Akito said. "Ok see you then," Kane said and then hung up. Akito went to the bathroom then headed back to his bed.
