"You shouldn't move around Akito," Axel said walking over. "I need to sit up," Akito stated. "Let me get Tokoyami," Axel said. "No I can't deal with him right now," Akito replied. "You sure," Axel asked. "Yea," Akito sat up and Axel placed a couple of pillows behind him. "I haven't said anything to the others," Axel said. "What's bothering you, Axel," Akito asked suddenly. "Huh what you mean," Axel asked. "You seem out of it today," Akito replied. "Um well, Kane received a call earlier. He seemed nervous and anxious about it but he wouldn't talk about it. He ended up leaving in a hurry," Axel stated. "I see. Where's my phone," Akito asked. "Um here it is," Axel said grabbing the phone and handing it to him. Akito looked over at Axel who was walking out the door on a call. Akito called Kane who picked up instantly. "Are you alright? Axel told me you were with your brothers but he wouldn't say anything else and just kept leaving," Kane said panic sounding in his voice. "I'm alright Kane. Axel mentioned that you got a call then soon after you left," Akito said. "Yea don't worry about it was nothing," Kane replied. "Come over here and we can talk. Do you remember how to get here," Akito asked coughing. "Yea, I do. Are you sure you're alright? You don't sound like your alright," Kane asked. "I'll be alright," Akito replied. "I'll head your way now," Kane said. "Alright then see you in a bit," Akito said coughing once again. He hung up the phone just as Axel and Arlo walked in. "Are you alright brother," Arlo asked. "I...Akito started coughing badly. Once he stopped he looked down at his hand then back up at his brother and Axel. Arlo saw it and froze for a few seconds. "Im gonna go get Tokoyami," Arlo said before running out of the room. Akito leaned back against the pillows. "Here," Axel said handing him a towel. Akito took and wiped the blood from his hands. Veronica entered the room. "Your friend Kane is here. Says he needs to speak with you," Veronica said. "Let him in," Akito said. Veronica left the room and Kane entered. "Axel this is where you keep running off to," Kane said. "Yea," Axel said. "Why didn't you just say that," Kane asked. "Axel can you give us a minute," Akito asked. "Yea I'll go see if Arlo found Tokoyami yet," Axel said then left. Kane walked over to Akito and sat down on the side of the bed. "You're injured again aren't you," Kane asked. "Yea is it that obvious," Akito said. "Yea there's a towel with blood on it beside you," Kane said. "The call earlier who was it," Akito asked. "No one important," Kane replied. "Was it Bones," Akito asked suddenly. Kane froze and started to tremble. "I take it I was right," Akito said. "How.....how did you know," Kane asked. "What was the call about," Akito asked. "I'm not supposed to say," Kane replied. "Why can't you talk about it," Axel asked suddenly. Kane looked over at him. "I told them I wouldn't talk about it," Kane said. "Are you afraid he'll harm you," Axel asked. Kane looked down shaking. "He won't harm you, Kane. What did Bones tell you," Akito asked. Kane hesitated then looked over at Akito. "He was looking for Snake. He wanted to know if I'd seen him. I told him that I haven't so he insisted that I help find him as he might be injured somewhere," Kane said. Axel looked over at Akito. "Don't help him, Kane. Try to avoid him," Akito said then started coughing. Kane stood up and Axel walked over to them. "Tokoyami left and Arlo can't get ahold of him," Axel said. "Axel helps me lay him down a little," Kane said. "Alright," Axel replied. They moved a couple of the pillows out from behind Akito.

Akito started to cough up blood again and Kane began to worry. Axel came back into the room with Arlo, Veronica, and Kimberly. Kimberly quickly went over to Akito and threw the blanket off him. "I don't see any blood around his wound," Kimberly said. "He could be bleeding internally then right? He is coughing up blood," Veronica added. "He should go to a hospital," Kane said. "Can't," Axel stated. "Why not if he doesn't get the help he'll die," Kane stated. "Axel right Kane we cant take him to the hospital. Your right as well though but don't worry I'm gonna make a couple of calls real quick so we can get him some help. Arlo if you and Axel don't mind taking him to the other room before he passes out. Kane, you can help or follow them if you want. Veronica calls the doctor im gonna call Tokoyami to come back home," Kimberly said then left the room. They went to the other room while the girls went to make phone calls. Kimberly entered the room but only long enough to pull Arlo aside. "Is Tokoyami on his way," Arlo asked. "Yea, he should be here soon. Veronica is on the phone with the doctor still. Hows he doin'," Kimberly said. "He's still awake but he's not talking like he was before," Arlo replied. Veronica ran upstairs in a hurry. "Tokoyami is here but his on the phone with the doctor. It's not looking good," Veronica said. "What do you. What's going on," Arlo asked.

Tokoyami went upstairs and into the room as Veronica Arlo and Kimberly followed behind him. "The doctor refuses to come help us. Says he's no longer gonna assist him," Tokoyami said walking over to Akito, "you really should quit before you get killed Akito." "I...didn't...ask...to...be...shot," Akito said struggling to breathe. "Tokoyami we gotta do something. He's gonna die," Arlo stated. "Im working on it. Kimberly dear go fetch the bag from my room," Tokoyami said. Kimberly ran from the room and Veronica followed her. "Arlo come over here and help me," Tokoyami said. Kane stood there worriedly. "Kane," Axel said. Kane looked over at him. "Yea," Kane answered. "Are you alright? Your trembling," Axel asked. "Yea don't worry," Kane replied. "Akito you gotta stay awake brother," Arlo said. "Try...in," Akito replied struggling. "Don't speak Akito save your breath and stay awake," Tokoyami said. "I got the bag," Kimberly said running over to them. She sat it down near Tokoyami and opened it. "Here," Kimberly said handing him a small oxygen tank and mask. "This should help you breathe while this keeps you hydrated. You're bleeding internally Akito. We are tryin' to find a doctor that is willing to help," Tokoyami said. "Please hang in there brother," Arlo said. "I know someone who might be able to help. He's in medical school but he interns at the hospital. He's good at what does," Kane stated. "Who," Kimberly asked. "Ezra I can call him to come here," Kane said. "Do it," Tokoyami said. Kane pulled out his phone and called Ezra. "Hey man where you at," Ezra answered. "Im at Akito's brother's place. Can you come here," Kane replied. "Is everything alright man you sound like your gonna cry," Ezra asked standing up. Atlas looked over at him. "No Akito's injured badly and the doctors are refusing to help," Kane replied. "Why not take him to the hospital," Ezra asked. "Can't do that. Don't ask me why I have no idea. They won't tell me," Kane said. "Only Akito can tell you why. It's not up to us," Tokoyami stated. "I'll be there in a bit but Atlas will be with me. Mila can watch Zena and Zenith while we're gone," Ezra said. "Thank you," Kane said. "Anytime man. Akito is our friend as well so of course we'll help," Ezra said then hung up. Kane put his phone away and sighed. "Is he gonna come help," Kimberly asked. "Yes he's on his way here but he'll have Atlas with him," Kane replied.

"Ezra what's going on," Atlas asked. "Kane asked if I could help Akito. He was injured badly," Ezra replied. "Why don't they take him to the hospital or call an ambulance," Atlas asked. "Kane said they can't but he doesn't know why since they won't tell him," Ezra said. "Why won't they tell you guys," Mila asked suddenly. Ezra and Atlas turn back to see her standing in the doorway. "How long have you been there," Ezra asked. "Long enough to know that Akito might die without your help," Mila said. "You are staying here and looking after Zena and Zenith," Ezra said. "Ezra ingot your stuff here," Atlas stated. "Alright, we have to leave now. Mila lock the door behind us and don't open for anyway," Ezra said. "Yes, brother. Please be careful. Both of you," Mila stated. After they left they headed straight to Akito and his brother's house.
