NARRATOR

In the apartment where Victor was, a little desperate for not knowing anything about Celeste and Sol, Dmitry and Irina didn't know what to do to help him, because they had no idea about the feelings Victor was starting to develop for her in such a short time.

"Brother, calm down. What's wrong with you?" Dmitry asked.

"I fell in love. I know it sounds crazy, but since I saw her, I knew I had to take care of her, always be by her side, and Sol's. But now they're not here, and I had to go look for them," Victor confessed, surprising both Dmitry and Irina with his response.

"Believe me, I understand, brother. But she's not ready for a relationship yet. You know perfectly well what she went through, maybe she got scared and that's why she left," Dmitry commented.

"I know, but I am willing to wait for her. You know I'm patient, and I'll be even more so with her. Help me find her," Victor expressed.

"I will help you, brother. I'll send my men to look for her, don't worry," Dmitry said.

"Thank you, brother," Victor replied.

"I think they should look into her past, perhaps where she lived or worked before her kidnapping, where her parents lived before they died, and so on. She has no one, and after what happened, I don't think she trusts anyone," Irina reasoned.

"Sister-in-law, you're the best. I'm sure the detective has all that information. I'm going right away," Victor said.

"No, wait. It's better if we all go, and I'll talk to her first, then you. We shouldn't scare her," Irina proposed.

"Yes, sister-in-law, you're right. Let's go," Victor replied.

The three left the building and met with the detective who, after much insistence, gave them the address of Celeste's former workplace, her parents' house, and her old apartment. They investigated and found out that someone else currently lives in her old apartment, so she couldn't be there. She hasn't called her former workplace, so the only place left was her parents' house. They set off to get there as soon as possible. Upon arrival, it was Irina who got out, asking the two men to stay in the van so she could talk to Celeste alone. Irina knocked on the door, and Celeste got scared because she wasn't expecting anyone. And even though she knew the man who had harmed her was in prison, she felt fear. Celeste approached the door and as soon as she saw Irina on the other side, she felt relieved and opened the door right away.

"What are you doing here?" Celeste asked.

"Can I come in? I want to talk to you," Irina said.

"Yes, come in. I'm glad everything turned out well, and now we can talk," Celeste said, stepping aside to let her in.

"Yes, me too, but I want to talk about Victor, my brother-in-law," Irina said.

"What happened to him?" Celeste nervously asked.

"Why did you leave without saying anything to him?" Irina asked.

"Well, he's too attentive and always wants to be close, taking care of us. I appreciate it, but I'm not in a position to have a man so close to me," Celeste nervously replied.

"He knows that and is willing to be patient. He will never pressure you. He simply wants to be close to you and your daughter," Irina said.

"I don't know, what if he eventually becomes impatient and no longer wants to wait? I'm afraid he'll change," Celeste said.

"He won't, but if you're afraid of being alone with him in the same space, come live with us in the mansion. There are many of us because Victor has three other brothers apart from Dmitry, and their mom and grandma live there, as well as their grandpa and dad. But everyone is very nice and friendly. We will all support you, and no one will cross any boundaries with you," Irina suggested.

"I don't want to bother. You already have your problems, and I don't want to bring more," Celeste said, feeling embarrassed.

"Don't say that, on the contrary, you would be solving a problem for us. Without you nearby, Victor would be worried, and consequently, we would all worry about him. What do you say, will you move in with us?" Irina asked.

"Well, I think so," Celeste said, still unsure.

"Well, I'll let Victor come in so you can talk, and I'll be outside. He won't overstep with you. Don't worry, he's a gentleman," Irina said.

"Okay," Celeste nervously replied.

Irina left the house and went to the truck. She told Victor he could come in, but he had to be careful and arrange for Celeste's move while she prepared a room in the mansion. This gave Victor hope, so he entered to follow his sister-in-law's advice to avoid messing things up with Celeste and to have a chance with her. As soon as he entered, Celeste felt nervous and he noticed, so he kept his distance from her.

"Hello," Victor said shyly.

"Hi," Celeste nervously replied.

"Irina told me you agreed to move to the mansion," Victor said.

"Yes," Celeste responded.

"And Sol, if you want, I'll take care of her while you pack your things and hers. Someone will come for us to take us to the mansion," Victor added.

"She's sleeping, but there's not much to pack. You only gave me two hours here," Celeste said.

"I was afraid I wouldn't see you and Sol again," Victor admitted.

"Thank you for showing us affection in such a short time, but I ask for your patience, okay?" Celeste requested.

"And I'll have it, you'll see. Don't get upset, but can I take care of Sol, right?" Victor asked.

"Yes, Sol loves being in your arms, and it's clear that you care deeply for her, so you can be with her," Celeste agreed.

"Every time I hug her, I'll dream of hugging you," Celeste got nervous with that comment.

"But I'll wait for you no matter how much time passes," Victor continued, and luckily for Celeste, Sol cried, and Victor seemed to go get her. As soon as Sol saw him, she stopped crying and smiled widely.

"I think she likes you more than me," Celeste commented.

"Of course, she knows who she can manipulate with that smile. She knows that once she grows up, anything she asks of me she'll have because I won't be able to resist her," Victor said.

"I hope you don't spoil her and she doesn't have problems when she's older," Celeste expressed her concern.

"Never. She'll be an obedient and spoiled princess. Now let's go to the mansion. You'll love it, and my mom will adore you," Victor said.

Celeste kept her distance from Victor after she finished feeding the baby. The person who would take them to the mansion arrived. In the truck, Victor held Sol, and Celeste sat by the window to avoid contact. She also found Victor attractive, but given what had happened, it was normal for her to feel scared.
