Chapter 3

Mr. Houphingpuff stumbled back as if he already knew the consequences. Billy looks at Belle as if he was amazed but afraid at the same time. "Stop Belle!" Billy whispered. Belle looked at him in concern then looked at Mr. Houphingpuff. She gets out of her desk and walks to the front of the class toward the bucket full of phones. Belle grabs hers out and starts to type something on her phone.

    "Stop! Miss Belle. I won't do it again I-I promise." Mr. Houphingpuff begged as he fell to the floor bowing his head on the floor. Belle looks over to Mr. Houphingpuff and sets the phone down. she walks back to her seat and started to put her hair up. As Mr. Houphingpuff sits down Belle turns around and gives Billy a paper. Of course Billy didn't know what it was for but then I looked at the note and it showed:

    "To the one who wrote the note,"

    Billy passes the note to the boy behind him as Belle was staring at him. He starts a cold sweat. The boy behind him starts to open the letter than out of nowhere jumps up and grabs Billy.

    "Did you write this?" he says as a fist is starts to come to Billy's fist. Billy pulls away and looks at what the rest of the note said.

     "Please don't ever contact me again. As you are not my type if you think that way right when you see me."

    "No I didn't! I swear I didn't right it!" Billy starts to squirm. Belle gets up and grabs the boys arm.

    "What do you want pretty?!" the boy says while he starts to put Billy back on the ground. Belle then slaps the boy and he lets go of Billy.

    "I want you to leave this boy alone." Belle says as she wipes her hand on her handkerchief. She then looks at Billy as he is staring at the boy on the ground balling his eyes out. "Your good for now tell me if he is bothering you again." Belle sits down.

    The bell rings and the boy that got hit left the classroom defeated. Billy gets up to go home, then out of nowhere Belle stops right in front of him. "Can I drive you home?" she says as she grabs her bag.

    " uhhh... I'm good I like walking." Billy replies as he walks around. Belle then grabs his arm and pulls him down the stairs to the parking lot.

   "Just one ride ok." she says as she pushes him into the car. "We are friends right?!" she says as she sits down next to Billy.

   " Do you want to be friends with me?" Billy asks as he tries to figure out what the belt was next to him was supposed to do. Belle grabs Billy's hand and kissed it.

    "That will be the meaning of our friendship!" she says as she looks at Billy. "Now where do you live?"
