Episode 8

After leaving Lorena's room, I enter my own room with my head about to explode. I can't believe that Lorena has already been with several men and had the audacity to tell me that I didn't meet her expectations. I'm furious to think about how many men she has been with. I need to go to the bathroom and handle it myself, on her behalf. This woman is driving me crazy. But I have no intention of being with her; I'll just keep using models to satisfy my desires.

Lorena is in what used to be my room. When I bought the bachelor apartment, I decided to move into a smaller room and leave that one for one of my brothers, but none of them took it. Thanks to that, I still have the keys. My friend Henry from the bar calls to find out why I stormed out in a fit of anger; I explain everything to him. I return and grab the contract to see how I can retaliate against Lorena.

Rule one, you can't have lovers while you're with me.

Rule two, you can't use the bachelor apartment.

Rule three, by breaching these rules, you resign from the presidency and your shares will be passed to Miss Lorena Menz.

Next morning, I wake up early and see my wife exercising in the garden, with all the employees staring at her backside. It truly annoys me, and I head downstairs to tell her to wear something more decent for training.

As I descend the stairs, my father stops me and hands me a hotel reservation in Santo Domingo. He tells me it's our honeymoon gift, and Lorena doesn't know about it yet. I tell him not to even dream about it, and he says he's not asking but giving me an order.

I step out onto the patio and see Lorena undressing to put on her bikini and go swimming. My friend reacts immediately, and I head back to my room to pack for the trip.

Lorena: I wake up early to do my exercise routine, and I put on my swimsuit to swim when I'm done. Martina and Alonzo left for a trip related to the university, and the house feels empty. The De Santis family treats me like a daughter, and I feel very comfortable here. After swimming, I head to my room, and as I go up the stairs, I see Ricardo holding his suitcase. I don't know why, but I felt so nervous. I thought he would throw everything away for the sake of Vanessa, and that made me feel sad. When he approached me and said:

Ricardo: You have ten minutes to get ready; we're going to the Dominican Republic.

Lorena: You can't give me orders.

Ricardo: What makes you think this is my idea? Do you think I want to go anywhere with you?

Lorena: Well, you can go alone then.

Ricardo: Whether you come or not, I'll wait for you in the car.

Laura, who had been listening to everything, took Lorena's hand and said: Calm down, my dear. Don't pay too much attention to what Ricardo says. I see how he yearns for you.
