Ricardo: If you receive the men in this house like that, you'll easily become both my sister-in-law and stepmother.

Lorena: Mr. Ricardo, it seems like the only one lacking respect in this house is you. I leave the company early and head home for the dinner my mother insisted on. My father tells me that he has something to discuss, so we retreat to the study. By his expression, I know it's something delicate.

Without any anesthesia, he informs me that for the sake of the family, I need to marry Lorena. Filled with anger, I tell him not to even dream about it. If that girl arrived here with those plans, she can go back. I storm out of the study and make my way to the dining room. The first thing I see is that girl sitting next to my brother Alonzo, wearing a tight white dress that accentuates her figure. I don't know why it bothers me. I approach her and say, "I can see you're not as ordinary as before. You may have convinced my family to marry you with your innocent face, but please, respect me and stop seducing my brother."

That little innocent face slapped me and went up to her room, leaving me standing there like a fool. My parents scold me and threaten to take away the company if I don't resolve the situation with Lorena.

Furious, I leave and get into my vehicle, deciding to confront Lorena and make things clear. I see that she's in my old room, locked with a key. Since I have the keys in hand, I open the door and what I see leaves me dumbfounded. I tell her that if she keeps it up, she'll end up being my stepmother too, and I offer her money to stay away from my family. But I receive another slap from her. I couldn't resist the urge to kiss her, but she didn't reciprocate. I told her, since she wants a war, we'll get married in two days.
