Chapter 4

Zaver is disgusted now because he sees the girl he hates again. The only woman who dared to forget his name. He and his friends are here at Aiden's restaurant, eating together.

He sees that annoying girl again inside the restaurant. When fate really tripped him up, he really met them. `With so many restaurants to eat at, why is it still here? Is she stalking him?

His eyes narrowed, looking at the girl while with the man who the other day almost drowned himself in alcohol because he was brokenhearted but now he has a big smile on his freaking face.

Move on quickly, ha? He was shocked when that girl smiled. Smiling, you thought it was beautiful. His eyes rolled secretly. They hurt his eyes too much.

"Hey! You look like in a bad mood there, eh.” He looked at Dylan. He didn't notice that his friends were looking at him right now.

"What is your problem? Ever since we came in here, your face suddenly changed," Wyatt asked.

They were okay earlier, they were even laughing while entering the restaurant, but when they entered here, he immediately saw the girl with that man, so he suddenly got annoyed.

"Is there a problem at home?" Aiden asked.

"Are your parents pressuring you again to give them a grandchild?" Dylan asked.

He avoided looking at that girl then looked at them. Maybe his friends will notice that he is looking at her, what else will they think. Their brains are all dirty.

"As usual. Every time I got home, that's what always comes to me."

"Why don't you just give them a grandchild?"

He hits Wyatt. “You fool! If I do that, then I will say goodbye to my freedom and chicks? "

He laughed. "Well, you're right. "

“Wait, Dude. Do you have any news from the girl you were the first?" Dylan asked.

"Tsk! Nothing," he denied. "And I don't care about her either," he snorted at the three of them.

"**** you, Dude! We are just asking. Why are you mad suddenly? ” The three of them laughed, which he didn't pay attention to because his attention was only on that girl.

He didn't know why, but his eyes seemed to be magnetized towards the girl. Shit! This woman is a witch and she is being bewitched that's why she is acting like this.

"MOM," Zaver grumbled while talking to his mommy on the other line.

"You can't do anything about it, Zaver, because you're already there. Don't disappoint me, son. Bye.”

"Wait, Mom—Aish!" He was annoyed when she suddenly cut the call.

He looked at the woman in front of him now and tried to smile. His mother just called him earlier to take him to an Italian restaurant because they were going to eat there. If only he knew that this was just another blind date, he wouldn't have gone.

He really hates all the girls his mommy dictates to him. They are beautiful, but they look like runners, chasers. Those girls who are in clubs should be okay because they know how far they can go. No strings attached.

"Ahem, it's like this, Madeline—"

"It's Melanie," she interrupted what he was saying.

He scratched the back of his neck because he forgot his name. "Ah, yes, it's Maxine."

"I said, it's Melanie. I have just told you my name, but you are keeping calling someone else names.” She stood up angrily. "You're such a jerk!" she said while slapping him.

He was expecting that slap because it usually happens to his dates. It didn't hurt that much because he really meant it to make them lose their interest for him.

He looked at the seat in front of him when someone sat there and he was surprised that the woman he hated was sitting there. His eyes suddenly narrowed as he looked at the woman.

The woman shakes her head. "Does it hurt to be slapped?" she asked with a smile on her face.

He couldn't help but roll his eyes. "Tsk! You can try it if you want to find out," he said with annoyance.

“Wow!” She raised her two hands as if she was surrendering. "Why do you seem to be angry with me? Did I slap you?” He was even more annoyed by her grin.

He felt that she was laughing at him because of what happened earlier. When bad luck hits him. Why is it this woman out of so many people who can see that event?

"What are you doing here?"

"I'm hungry. Waiter," she called the waiter and ordered goods. "Hey!"

He suddenly blinked because of her weak shot at the same time as she clapped in front of his face. "Ha?"

"There you go again. You're not listening."

He looked away from her. He didn't notice that he was staring at the woman in a stupor. What is happening to him?

"What's your order?"

"It's up to you," he said listlessly because he had no intention of eating because he lost his appetite when he saw her.

"It's up to you too. Besides, you're gonna pay for it." He suddenly looked at her because of what she said. "That's all, please. Thank you."

The waiter left after ordering. The looks he gave her were evil.

"Why should I pay for what you ordered?" He raised an eyebrow at her.

They are not that close for him to pay for the food she ordered and then he has no intention of freeing her especially since he is annoyed by her teasing him

"Ahm..." she held her chin, as if she was thinking. "because you're the man?" He laughed softly at what she said. "Your date has also left so I'm going with you, you might look pity." He was stunned by what she said. "I don't have anyone with me either, so you have my time." He shook his head looking at the woman. This woman is unbelievable. "I'm sorry if I didn't remember you last time."

"So, you remember me now?"

"Sort of." She laughed.

His eyebrows met. He sat up as seemed that they are having a good conversation now. "What do you mean sort of?"

"Hmm..." she thought again. "Zayn?" He gaped. "Saber? No. I think it started with the letter Z. Zack?"

He gasped because she was saying someone else names right in front of his face. He's taking back what he said earlier that he's looking like a sensible conversationalist. It's just look like, but it's not.

"Stop." He was even more annoyed because the other man's name came out of her mouth. "It's Zaver. Zaver Balley," he said with emphasis so that she would really remember his beautiful name.

He looks at her with annoyance. "Sorry, I'm not good at memorizing people's names."

"Tsk! You should remember my name. It's Zaver Balley. I was the one that take your V and made you happy that night and then you'll just forget me?" He took out a calling card and gave it to her. "Here. In case you might forget my name again."

She took the calling card. "Nice name." He looked at her again. Nice name but forgotten. "So, you are a CEO?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because it's not obvious." She laughed as she looked at him.

If he only the looks can make someone *****, maybe this woman is already ***** and he is punishing her on the bed. She might be shut up and her teasing words disappear.

He felt that she was really insulting him. Damn this woman! She has the courage to laugh at him. "Are you here to insult me, woman?”

She shook her head while shrugging her shoulders. "Nah, I'm here to sympathize with you because your date left you."

"Like I care." He rolled his eyes at her.

It's the first time he's been rude to a girl. He couldn't help it because every time she spoke to him, there was a hint of sarcasm along with her smiling lips.

"SKY," Zaver called the woman.

"Oh, you actually remember my name?"

He was surprised by what she said. He actually did? He shook his head. He remembered her name when he looked at the sky. He and Sky are now in the park, walking.

After they ate earlier, they went straight here, it's right next to the restaurant where they ate.

"From what I've heard, you don't remember the names of the woman that you had a one night stand."

He raised an eyebrow. "So, you're my stalker now?" She just shrugged. "I have a question for you."

"Oyy, he's getting interested in me," she teased him again

He glared at her. "As if!"

She laughed. "Just kidding." His eyes rolled. To him it wasn't a good joke. "What was that?"

"Why don't you seem like you're chasing me? Like, something happened to us one night. If there were other virgins out there, their faces might be red or embarrassed when they're in front of the person you already know, the person who first got theirs."

"Is that how it's supposed to be? Damn! I didn't know that's how it's supposed to be," she said, then laughed.

"You're really fun to talk to," he said sarcastically. His question was well-ordered and then she just laughed at him.

"Not all women are like that. Not all women will pursue the man who came before them and even more so not all women will cheat on you, and hurt you. Always remember that people are different. We are not born in the same parents so our attitude is different."

He stopped walking when she suddenly smiled sweetly at him. He know at that time…
