Chapter 1: Her

Rue closed her door's condo then headed to the elevator.  While she's inside the elevator she feel someone's presence but she just ignore it and rolled her eyes.

The elevator's door open then she walks in the parking lot to find her car and the aura still follows her. 'I can't even stand with his presence' Rue utter on her mind

❝It's too early to spy me❞ Rue said annoyed.

❝I'm not spying you, Amra summon me for your own safety❞ The aura said then show his visibility. His sitting at the back of the car, on the left side. So that Rue can see his face clearly

❝I can handle myself and I don't need your fvcking protection, get out on my car.❞ Rue said calmy and trying to hold her tempter

❝I only follow what Amra told me. Are you my Amra? You're just his daughter ❞ He said looking at the side mirror then smirk that made Rue more annoyed

❝You idiot! For your information, I'm just his daughter that will kill you if you'll not get out on my car!❞ Rue shouted and glares at him on the side mirror

❝Hahahaha it's Jin, your Highness❞ Jin said then vanished. 'How many times he'll say his fvcking name!? I'm so annoyed with his name!' Rue said frustratedly on her mind

He's Jin, the gurdian of the underworld and demon caster. He is a Demon, the Demon that Rue's father summon to protect and watch her in the world of the mortals.

'Why father didn't send one of our servante instead of that freaking demon!? I can't even command him unless it's Amra's order'

❝So the autopsy says that it was clear a murder, he have a stab on his back. And his neck were choked❞ Rue said while reading the autopsy report about a murder that happened yesterday, and she's the inspector who handle it.

'Just what I've thought'

❝That murder case is weird, we already checked the cctv right? But there's no person who enters on his apartment❞ Althea said, the assistant chief constable. Rue's assistant.

❝Then the murderer came from inside❞ Rue response

❝Someone he knew?❞ Althea asked

❝That's what we're going to do next, you will check all the persons that's close to him or who he lives with❞ Rue said in a conclusion

❝Got it Inspector, I will leave now❞ Althea said, she grab her bag bag then leave.

'And me, I'm going to the crime scene to find any clue' Rue utter on her mind. She's about to leave the office when her phone rang

❝105 is the number that comes to my head when I think of all—❞

❝Hey Gino❞ Rue answered the call while wearing the smile on her face.

❝Good afternoon to my beautiful lady, have you eaten your lunch?❞ a man said on the phone.

❝Not yet, I'm now heading to a crime scene. You go eat, I'm not yet hungry❞ Rue said, heading to the parking lot

❝Send me the location of where you're going to, I'll fetch you after you finished your work there. Then we'll eat, I knew you didn't eat breakfast❞ Rue's heart melt because of Gino's act

❝Ok fine. But you don't have a work today?❞ Rue asked to her boyfriend

❝It's my day off today❞ Gino said

❝Why you didn't call me earlier?❞ Rue ask as she enters her car on the driver seat.

❝Hmm... I'm overslept, I'm still on my bed❞ Gino said as an excuse

❝Whatever Gino, I'm hanging now❞ Rue said as she rolled her eyes

❝Hahaha I'm sorry. Thank care my beautiful lady, I love you❞  Gino said with sweet voice that made Rue smile again

❝I love you too❞ Rue response. She truly love Gino and she can't afford to lose him.
