Chapter Five: Awakening

Placing her gently on the bed. Removing the little shoes she wore on her feet carefully and placing them neatly on the floor.

Anito wondered why this man was taking care of her like a man taking care of his beloved daughter.

"Anito forget it"she murmured within herself. Feeling the embrace of sleep. She had to sleep, after all the stress and the food she ate, really needed rest as a little baby.

Not long before she sat on the bed already in a deep sleep. Hanyun taking a deep look at the little kid on the huge bed already sleeping.

Without much thought, he made sure she was secured on the bed, gently covering her with a fur clothed blanket, before leaving the room with lights gently shining brightly within it. There was no day or night within this space. Anytime could be day or night.

Hanyun looking towards the brightly colored sky as he stepped outside the tripant house.

It has been millennium after the betrayal. Here he was, back from a journey he thought he would never recover.

Once the most respected and well known expert. The great emperor of the whole realm. Trapped in one of his creations.

Hanyun noticed a change in him, he never noticed that his spiritual world has not only grown more larger, so many regions appeared within it.

"What happened"

Hanyun could not believe it, was he seeing clearly. This before him was impossible.

His huge spiritual sea, was now limitless having several regions in it. Hanyun had no knowledge that his contract with Anito whom he thought was a good for nothing has given him a blessing that was limitless.

The origin of Anito was a separate story to be told. He had advanced.

"How is that possible"

Still thinking deeply. Hanyun was in the stage far above the Sovereign God realm. He was at the highest stage of cultivation before his fall.

He had fully recovered.

A major question pumps up within him

"Is this because of the awakening of that artifact"

He had no full comprehension on this. Millennials ago he found an artifact which had a part of it broken. It was one of his hobbies to demystify things like that.

Information about the origin of the artifact was close to zero this awakened his curiosity after spending a lot of time seeking out the origin of the artifact. He advanced the artifact after taking thousands of years refining it and within the artifact laid many secrets that led him to a part of greatness and destruction.

The artifact was never fully activated no matter his approach towards it only five out of a hundred of it could he activate fully. A Lot of strange things and regions were within this artifact most having limited access to it due to it not being fully activated by him.

Though it was possible for him to see, touch these regions and strange items, he could not enter them. The artifact was one major reason he was still alive after that great onslaught on him millennials ago.

His full recovery had been achieved.

Something witnessed in him that the little baby he found who was his master he is forever bond to was not ordinary. He threw away this thought immediately, a normal person was far better than her.

How wrong was Hanyun?Very wrong.

The little baby he looked down on from the deepest part of his heart will be whom he will give everything for.

After two days

" Come with me little kid" Anito looks at the man walking before her having an annoyed expression.

She had him stop calling her a good for nothing after a lot of pressing.

Hanyun agreed because he noticed that he may be high and might. He could not bear the piercing voice of this four year old.

Her voice though little was terror, an advanced terror when she wanted it to become one. Hanyun called her "little kid", which she really despised much more

Never wanting to be called by that name. She noted to him to call her "YiiYi". Even her big brothers do not have such privilege.This cold faced man has not gotten used to the word.

Hanyun recalled something in an instance. He took a gentle pause, turning around, not knowing what seemed like a smile was on his face.

The Almighty cold emperor had a faint smile on his face"Yiiyi let's go, come here"

Anito full of annoyance suddenly felt a burst of joy as she ran towards him. Forgetting she was called "Little kid" by the same man she was running to. Spreading out her little arms when she reached him

"Carry me"

Hanyun had no choice but to pick her up, held her in his arms once again. Walking towards the giant gate

The only thing capable of helping her can only be found in that endless spiritual gate. The dangerous cold princess behaving as a harmless little baby. If words got out, we wonder how people would react to this information.

Gently putting her down before the gate

"Follow me"

Both walked into the giant gate, approaching the endless spiritual stairs.

Now looking down at the child beside him

"Go on, climb it, I will be waiting for you"
