Episode 6

With a steady stride, Ferzo set off for school, a smile gracing his lips. He greeted everyone he passed, his spirits exceptionally high today.

Upon reaching school, Ferzo entered the classroom, indifferent to those who looked down on him.

But they, too, were puzzled; Ferzo seemed different today. Of course, it was because he was dressed in all-new attire: a new uniform, shoes, and backpack.

Ferzo then opened his book, which was odd because he usually seemed listless, devoid of enthusiasm for school, but not today. Today, he was like a whole new person, not showing his usual timidity.

Ferzo read his book, unconcerned with how others around him might be viewing him.

"Look, didn't we give him a beating last night? Why is he fine this morning?" Iyan asked incredulously.

"Hey! What if we beat him so bad he can't come to school again?" Yun suggested.

"That's a solid plan," agreed Iyan.

Yun suddenly approached Ferzo's desk with his friends in tow.

"Come with us now," Yun ordered.

"I won't!" Ferzo refused, shaking his head.

Enraged by Ferzo's defiance, Yun grabbed his arm and dragged him to the restroom.

Ferzo was shoved into the restroom, encircled by Yun's friends.

"Hand over your lunch money!" demanded Yun.

"I don't have any," Ferzo replied, shaking his head.

"Don't lie! Check him!" Yun commanded his friends. And so, they searched him.

Ferzo forcefully brushed off Iyan and Mul, making them release their grip.

"Oh, so you've learned to fight back, huh?" Iyan said, annoyed.

They gripped Ferzo's arms tightly, and Yun aimed to punch Ferzo, but as Ferzo tilted his head, Yun's fist hit the wall instead, causing him excruciating pain, his fingers close to breaking.

Ferzo yanked his arms free when Yun and Mul were distracted, looking at Yun's injury.

Ferzo kicked Iyan and Mul down to the floor, then ran away, dashing back to his desk.

"Just need to get away safely for the reward," Ferzo thought to himself.

[Ding Ding]

Yun entered the classroom and approached Ferzo, just as he grabbed Ferzo's shirt, the teacher walked in, preventing further conflict.

"I'll get you later!" Yun hissed, glaring at Ferzo, who just smirked in response.

"Alright, everyone, today we're going to learn about algebraic function derivatives," the teacher announced, opening the mathematics book.
