"Aaaaaaaa ... What is this!" exclaimed Ferzo in shock, and he jumped back a few paces. He was still not used to the system he had acquired just moments before.

"Oh, just say so, you nearly gave me a heart attack," said Ferzo, holding his chest.
Indeed, the mission given by the system was timely; Ferzo desperately needed a place to live because the rain had stopped, and it would soon be dark. He started to look for somewhere to stay.
"Ah, I have one million from the System as a reward, that's enough to find a place to stay and to eat," said Ferzo as he walked down the street, his stomach growling loudly, having not eaten for two days.
Before long, Ferzo came upon a place, a small and quaint boarding house with a "For Rent" sign in front. It was sufficient for him to live alone.
Ferzo started looking for the owner of the boarding house, and luckily, there was an older gentleman stepping out of his house. Ferzo quickly approached the man.
"Excuse me, sir, who owns that boarding house?" asked Ferzo, pointing towards the one that faced directly onto the highway.
"Oh, that's mine, young man, are you looking to rent?" the gentleman asked with a sweet smile.
"Yes, sir, how much is it?"
"Three hundred thousand a month," the owner replied.
"Alright, sir, I want to rent it," Ferzo nodded.
"Just a second, I'll get you the keys," said the man as he took the money from Ferzo and went back inside his house to get the keys.
Ferzo walked up to the boarding house and sat on the small chair on the porch, looking around.
The man returned and opened the door for him. "What do you think? Do you like the place?" asked the man after showing the inside of the house.
"Yes, I like it, sir," Ferzo nodded, it was simple but felt quite comfortable compared to the shack he used to live in. It was understandable because he was paying, whereas the shack was free, but still, his former employer had provided no amenities.
Ferzo entered and went straight to the bathroom.

"How do I take out the money? It's just a picture, how can this become real?" Ferzo wondered, still puzzled.
[The System replied: You only need to click on the word [Yes] or [No], if [Yes], then your money will become real]
"Oh, I see," Ferzo said enthusiastically.

After powering it on, the phone came to life, displaying features unlike any other phone in the market, worth a price unlike any ordinary phone on sale. Ferzo jumped up and down in excitement.
"Thank God, I never imagined I could hold such an expensive phone," said Ferzo gratefully.
Ferzo sat back down on his bed, playing with the new phone and smiling. The system he received earlier seemed to be connected to this phone.
"Wow... this is really cool," Ferzo nodded in approval.
Gurgle! Gurgle!
Ferzo paused upon hearing the rumbling noise of his stomach, a reminder that it was time to eat.
"I better order something online," Ferzo remarked, tapping on the food delivery service. Having never indulged in fine dining before, and having only endured his cravings while watching others enjoy their meals, it was now his chance to order some.
He chose an appealing image of spaghetti bolognese from the menu and sent his current location to ensure the delivery person would find him easily.

As he awaited his food, Ferzo was occupied with his phone and system, as they were automatically synced, he found he could play games endlessly. Moreover, with a national online gaming competition coming up, victory could lead to an international contest broadcast worldwide.
Soon, the sound of a motorcycle horn came.
Beep! Beep!
"Ah, this has to be my food," Ferzo said, standing up and opening the door, and sure enough, a food delivery driver arrived with a box in hand.
"Is this for Ferzo Ananda?" asked the deliveryman.

"Just a moment," Ferzo said, returning inside.

Once he finished eating, Ferzo went back to fiddling with his system.
"Hmm… I've got some money left; what if I invest it? That way, I could make a profit and earn returns," he mused.
He searched for trustable small-scale investments already licensed for operation. After some discussion and coming to an agreement, Ferzo was satisfied and transferred his money.
