Episode 9

Bernard took a deep breath, as if he had been considering his father's words for a moment before making a decision.

"Alright!" Bernard's baritone voice sounded.

All eyes were on Bernard, his family couldn't believe what they heard.

Bernard agreed to leave their home, is he mistaken? Did he take the wrong medicine?

They smirked at Bernard's agreement to leave their Mansion, they would ridicule Bernard, who was nothing but trash.

"It's Father who wants me to leave..from now on, don't try to find me again, we have no relationship anymore!" Bernard said calmly.

All eyes were on Bernard, this was the longest sentence he had ever spoken. They didn't expect Bernard to be able to speak, as he rarely said much.

"Yes..I don't want to see your face again, take your audacious wife with you..fortunately, your father owed mine a debt of gratitude, otherwise..you would never have gotten married!" William said coldly.

"I will remove your name from the family register, from now on we have no relationship whatsoever!" William continued, without any care for Bernard.

"Alright!" Bernard tightly held Viona's hand.

Viona responded by tightly holding Bernard's hand as well, trying to strengthen his heart, which was hurt by being kicked out by his own father.

Bernard hurriedly took Viona out of the kitchen, pulling her hand up to their room.

In their room, Bernard began packing their clothes and belongings into a suitcase.

"Pack only what is necessary!" Bernard said, putting Viona's clothes into the suitcase.

"Alright, my husband!" Viona obediently nodded.

Downstairs, William and his wife Lisa, along with the others, were waiting for Bernard to come down from his room.

Before long, Bernard came down with Viona, dragging two suitcases.

"Good!" William said, satisfied with Bernard leaving his house.

William threw a folder onto the table.

"This is a written letter stating that you and I no longer have any relationship, from now on we are no longer Father and Child with blood ties!" William said confidently, without any sympathy.

With calmness, Bernard reached out for the folder thrown by his father from the table. Opening it, he read what was written there.

A cold smile appeared at the corner of his lips as he read the words. Suddenly, his face looked even colder and more intimidating.

William, his wife, and the other family members were shocked by the change of expression on Bernard's face. He looked like a completely different person, dominating and powerful.

"Mister..Mister William..there are many black cars entering the Mansion's courtyard, and the people getting out of those cars look very intimidating!!"

Suddenly, the Mansion's security rushed into the living room, sweat dripping from his forehead, looking very scared.

Bernard put the folder he had just read into the suitcase, then closed it and held Viona's hand.

"Goodbye, Father..from now on, we are nothing more than strangers, don't blame me if I don't care about you when we meet in the future!" Bernard said coldly, his face looking flat.
