Fresh blood with mint flavoured frozen clots recipe as per Xavier's preference

Ingredients:

Fresh blood- 200 ml

Coagulated blood- 50ml

Extracted Plasma- 100ml

Lemon- 7-8 drops

Sugar- 2 tbsp

Mint leaves

Instructions

Mint frozen clot-

1)Take the coagulated blood

2)Add mint leaves (8-10)

3)Mix briefly while maintaining its texture

4)Freeze into cubes

Take the fresh blood

Add plasma and sugar

Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Pour it in a large glass

Squeeze a lemon and mix thoroughly

Add the frozen clots and garnish with some mint leaves and lemon slice

Here you go, your fresh blood with mint flavoured clots is ready.

Tastes best for initial 4 hrs.

Caution: Humans make sure the blood group is your match or you might be hospitalized for days. Do not try if your immune system is weak.

"That punk Edward…" Carla punched the table again, some people started leaving after seeing her agitated, "He dared to roam around, flirting with little girls using Robert's name. I'll make sure he dies the moment I see him" Something wasn't right, it seemed the people we're talking about, aren't the same people.

"I think…. there's a misunderstanding here, I'm talking about ROBERT PATTINSON who played the role of a vampire named EDWARD in Twilight. And if I'm not wrong the Edward and Robert you're talking about are different people." I used my logic.

"You mean, he's an actor?" Xavier asked.

"Yes."

"Oh, so this Edward is an actor in the human world." Xavier explained Carla.

"I know, you're the clueless one here." Carla lied.

"ROBERT is the actor and EDWARD is his vampire character." I clarified.

"Huh, enough with this Robert, Edward thing. Just shut up and drink your tea." Carla shouted rolling her eyes. She's definitely not among those who admit they're wrong.

I glanced at the cup, the rustic smell spread in the atmosphere was filling my lungs. 'Should I give it a try?' I heard the sound of my inner self. 'No way' I shook my head.

I was busy staring at the cup, arguing within, when somebody picked it up. I turned to look at this person but they held my jaw really tight and shoved down the liquid in throat.

I couldn't react at all. The grip was so strong and firm that my mandible was about to break. I tried to loosen their grip but while I was still struggling, the whole liquid slid down my throat.

They finally left me and I coughed, gagged, tried my best to vomit but unfortunately couldn't. My eyes were watery, I turned around to look at that cruel, heartless person who tortured me just know.

It was woman, thin and skinny. If I hadn't gone through that overbearing grip just now, I wouldn't believe she could be so strong.

She was tall, abnormally tall. I had to bend my neck 90° up, to see her. Just like others she was dresses in black as well, but there was something different about her. She had eyes which almost popped out of her socket. Short hair with short bangs, sharp black nails that were almost 2 cm long. She liberate wickedness from every aspect.

As a natural instinct, I was about to shout at her, but her overbearing presence silenced me.

"If ya become a vampire, ya need ta drink blood. Stop acting wishy washy n behave like one af us." She extremely slow in a strange accent. Stern voice, cold gaze, my knees went numb at her mere sight.

"Looks like somebody's here to find trouble." Carla uncrossed her legs and sat straight.

"Acting all high and mighty just because you're a part of the nocturnal committee. Humph, I'll push you down your throne soon." She turned around and left.

I couldn't help but hold down my breath when she stood behind me. If I didn't, I'd definitely puke at her face. The atmosphere felt lighter after she was gone but my inside was burning. From my throat to stomach, the whole passage was heating up like I just drank acid.

"Who's she?" I rubbed my chest, and asked Carla with a horrified face.

"One of those vampires Carla defeated in the annual fight. They think they still have a chance against her." Xavier scoffed.

"Annual fight?"

"Yeah, all creatures of the mystery forest choose some of their kind as their representative and they all fight fight with eachother. And the winner wins the 'Creature of the year' trophy. And their kind act like the ruling party of the mystery forest. And if you're lucky enough to impress THE LAW, he might even teach you a thing or two."

After listening to Xavier's explanation, it seemed like there were also creatures other than vampires in this place called mystery forest. The annual fight was like election where different parties fight to gain monopoly. And this place even has a law to abide with.

I felt as if I'd vomit my organs soon. I stood up and ran pushing my way out.
