Next day Sara woke up at 5.00 to make puranpoli as she got to know from Anand that her mother in law loves it.
She made it obviously with Anna's and Divya's help .
Anand came down for breakfast at 6.30 and tasted the dish and praised Sara.
They chatted for a while having breakfast.
This chat was seen by Maya and she was angry again and slammed the door shut.
after breakfast they both went to get ready and came downstairs then stuffed the gifts in trunk and went off.
after 40 minutes of drive they reached mr .and mrs. kulkarni residence.
They went in and greeted the couple warmly.
Sara was hugged by mrs. kulkarni and mr.kulkarni praised her for her achievements in work while Anand was left alone.
Sara saw this and said "hey Anand why dont you come here"
seeing their daughter in law calling their son intimately the couple was shocked and soon their faces were covered in gentle smile.
Anand went and sat beside Sara naturally with a smile.
" Mom ,dad ... we brought some gifts for you..." Sara said.
"Actually most of them were selected by Anand as i dont know much about your taste ........ " Sara said again.
Anand asked servants to bring the bags from trunk .
Sara gave bags to respective people and asked them to open it ....
"mom this one was selected by Anand what do you think ... she pointed her finger towards the paithani .
" did he really select all these?" Mrs. kulkani asked a little doubtful
" yes mom ... we went to shop on friday .... he even introduced me to Ram and Vivek"
"really he went to shop and .... you even met his friends " mrs.kulkarni asked
Sara nudged Anand ," yes,mom i introduced her to Ram and Vivek .... and we ate at Subway" Anand said with a smile.
" mom do you like it ...." Anand asked.
" yes i like it ..... i love it...thank you son " mrs.kulkani said emotionally
Sara than pointed towards a tie and said," dad this is Anand's choice ....' it goes well with your personality'... Anand said while we were buying it"
"son did you really select this....." mr.kulkarni asked
"yes dad ....do you like it " Anand asked
" i.... i love it .... thank you for the gift "
" mom ,dad why dont you open the box together "Sara said pointing towards the box which almost fell from her hands .
"ok ... but whats in it "
" its a surprise we prepared for you " Sara said with a smile.
Mr. and Mrs. kulkani walked towards the box
Sara and Anand followed behind and stood opposite to the box .While Sara and Anand were standing Sara whispered in Anand's ear," hey you should behave a little in love you know .... place your hand on my shoulder "
Anand heard it and looked at Sara who was already looking at Anand with a smile and seeing her smile Anand smiled as well.
This conversation was all seen by Mr.and Mrs. kulkarni and thy were happy to see their son and daughter in law happy with each other.
They opened the box and saw a statue of laughing buddha.
" may you always keep smiling mom and dad " Sara said.
"may you always love each other and keep smiling mom , dad "Anand said .
After this whole family gathered at dinning table for lunch.
while lunch Sara and Anand had some chat among themselves and they were even serving each other like couple in love and this satisdied mr. and mrs.kulkarni.
after lunch mrs.kulkarni and Sara went on walk while Anand sat with his dad .
after a while the family gathered together to chat again....mrs. kulkarni chatted with Anand and said to eat a lot coz he got thinner and said to take care of Sara.Mr kulkarni asked Sara about her work and to take care of herself and their son.
And it was time for Anand and Sara to leave ............... but they were not able to leave....
