Truth or Dare

Alice Pov:

I woke up late today,because of the last night.Today is sunday,so I have an advantage to wake up late.

I got freshup and went downstairs to have breakfast.I thought to check my phone after breakfast cause i didn't charged my phone last night and the battery is dead.I charged my phone and walked into the kitchen.

I observed that my father was not at home.I checked him everywhere but he was not there.

So i asked my mom" I dont see dad around,today is a sunday.where did he go?"

My mom said"Yes,he said he had a work on some project.so he is not gonna be at home for week.

"A week?okay.." I said.

Atleast,i thought it would be peaceful at home without them fighting.

I sat down on the chair and started having my breakfast.

Then my mother asked "Btw,I see that you're always hangingout with Camilla."

I was blank for a moment and I said

"..Ye.ahh.. Just.. Casuallyyyy"

"I know that you,ray and max were bestfriends but as far i observed you are not hanging out with them much and instead i'm seeing you with Camilla more." My mom said.

"Ray and max are working on a project together which i already completed.So,i'm not disturbing them." I said.

"Oh.. Okay"Said my mom

I dont know whether my mom believed my lie or not.She silently had her breakfast.I almost thought that i caught off.I literally had vibes that i was gonna die.but,luckily she didn't asked anything about me and Camilla.

By the time i completed my breakfast my phone was also charged.I got texts from my girlfriend,my friends,and from maive too.Without knowingly i opened maive text first.

She texted "sorry for not replying,i was busy with some assignments."  

"I guess you had great fun with your girlfriend:)"

Even though,last night i made my mind that may be she is fake,i still wanted to reply her.So,here i go

I replied "Thats okay,no need to be sorry for that."

"yes,i had fun."

After that i checked other texts i got.

My girlfriend asked me to comeover,but i declined to go to her house and rather stayed at my house.

My mind was on a flame thinking  whether if she is  fake or not.Instantly,i got an idea.I thought to play truth and dare with her.May be it will help me to find out whether she is fake or real.

Before i ask her to play truth or dare,i should wait for the reply to the text i sent previously.

I had someworks sent today in the school group.So i started doing my works while i wait for her reply.Its not an important work but i still started doing to not being bored by waiting for her reply.

I kept on checking my phone when i hear the notification sound but everytime i check its not from her which made me dissappoint.

After two hours,Maive texted me back.

I left my work on the table as it is and hopped onto the bed with excitement and opened her text.

(phone conversation)

Maive:Oh thats good to know.Anyways what you're doing?

Me: Nothing much just scrolling the ig.and what about you?

Maive: I just finished doing some chores.

Me: so,are you free now?

Maive:Yes,am free.Why do you ask?

Me: since you're free,why dont we play truth or dare?

Maive: That sounds good,and it will also help us to know more about each other.

(i was so happy that she agreed to play along with me.)

Me: So,i'll ask first.Choose T or D.

Maive: okay,i choose Truth.

(I waited few minutes before replying her text to think a good question.)

Me: Are you in a relationship?

Maive: No,am currently single.

(That answer from her felt relief for me.)

Me:oh,interesting.and its my turn.I choose Truth.

Maive: what is your opinion on Long Distance Relationship?

(i dont why she asked that question but i answered it.)

Me:As long as the both keep efforts equally i think it will definitely work out.And if i'm totally okay with Long distance relationship.

Maive:cool!My turn i choose Dare.

(i was so excited that she finally choosed dare.Now it will be easy for me to know her better.)

Me: oh,first one to choose dare ahha.

Ummm,send the screenshot of your cameraroll.

Maive okay.  (photo sents)

(Her camera roll was full of her pictures,food pictures,Some notes pics,screenshots from google etc.,.The face in those camera roll is same as in her account.I almost agreed that she is not fake.)

Me: lol your camera rolls looks interesting.

Maive:Haha I expected that i would be embarassed for that.But anyways its your turn choose it.

Me:Yeah,i choose dare!! Dont give me a difficult one.

Maive: Haha fine.Send me a photo of you,where you feel embarassed to show anyone that photo.And no cheatingg.

Me: (sents photo)

(I sent a photo ,which was taken 3 months back at my friends house.My hair was all clumpsy and i literally gave a the worst and weird expression.That photo was taken by my friends.That pic was grossly cute.)

Maive:So,this is the picture you feel embarassed to show.but i dont think you need to be embarassed much bc it is cute.

Me: Please stop kiddding,I look horrible in that picture.Anyways its your turn.

Maive:No i'm serious.Well i choose dare again.

Me: okay!! Wear a small doodle on your face with water sketch and send me the photo.

( I asked this question to her,so if she completed the dare i can totally agree that she is not fake.because her face will be seen)

Maive: (photo sents) I've done it.

(Yes,she is not fake.Which relieved me a lot.She wore a small doodle of a dog And she is kinda cute in that picture so i took a screenshot.)

Me:Yes,you did it.The doodle is cute.

We played this game for a long time.I came to know that she is in 1st year of college,she is majoring in arts.Her favourite color is purple,ofc there is no doubt why she had a purple color hair.I observed that There are a lot of common things in both of us.

(I saw that it was 3 PM.I had other works to complete So, i thought its better to stop the conversation now.)

Me: Anyways,that was a great game.I should be going now.chat you later.

Maive:Yes!! Okay bye:).

I left her message as seen and kept my phone aside.I was happy that she turned out to be real and she is cute too.It would be nice to be friends with her. As am thinking,my mother called me to have lunch.

I finished my lunch and came back to room.I remember that i left the work in middle so,i started doing my incomplete work.Time passed away so fast.They gave a lot of work.I took my friends help and completed it by 9Pm.

After that,i didn't had my dinner cause i was full with other snacks and directly went onto bed changing into pyjama clothes.I sent good night message to Camilla.I didn't had any reply from maive.So i left it like that only and went to sleep.
