Next Day

At Party

"Hey Mr Lee! How are you?" dad asked, offering his hand for a hand shake. "I'm well. What about you?" Mr Lee asked back. "I'm good too!" Dad replied, plastering a smile on his face.

Mr Lee's brows drew together as he landed his gaze on me, "You are?" "Taehyung....Mr Kim Taehyung, my son," dad introduced me.

A wide smile appeared on his face after hearing my dad, "Ohh! So you are Taehyung!"

"Yeah!" I replied with a smile. "You have a handsome son Mr Kim " I looked next to Mr Lee as I heard someone's voice. "Oh Mrs Lee!" my mom hugged her. "Yes, yes My Son is the most handsome man yk!" My mom exclaimed after breaking the hug.

I gave a nervous smile at them and looked at my surroundings until my eyes stopped at a figure, "That girl!" My lips spreaded ear to ear revealing a huge smile after I saw her. I had never thought I would meet her again! Finally I found her!! I scrunch my eyebrows in confusion as I saw Mr Lee approaching her and saying something which made her look in our direction. She came towards us with Mr Lee and stood in front of us. Wait!? Why did she come here and stood with us!?

"Taehyung, meet my daughter, Lee Y/n." My eyes widened as Mr Lee introduced me to the girl. What!?

She is Y/n, the girl with whom I fell in love at first sight and the girl whom I am going to marry!? Are you serious!? I've never been this much happy in my life!

"Hi" I passed a smile at her. "Hello" she replied.

"Ohh my pretty girl! How are you?" Mom asked walking towards Y/n. "I'm well aunty. What About you?" she asked back. "I feel good after seeing you," my mom replied while smiling.

"Oh Taehyung, the couples are dancing there., You and Y/n should also go and dance. Go go" my dad offered winking at me.

Nervousness crawled up my body as I lifted my hand forward and I asked her, "Shall we?" Her lips spreaded in a thin line revealing a small smile before placing her hand on mine. We made our way to the dance floor and started dancing with the rhythm of the song.I was feeling so nervous to talk with her. But still gathering my courage I spoke, "So how are you?" She looked up after hearing me, "Well.. You?" I smiled, "I'm good too," No actually more than good that I wanna jump right now. "You are looking beautiful," I added. She smiled after hearing me,

"Thanks."

At night

Laying on the bed I was smiling like crazy. I still couldn't believe I'm going to marry her. I was happy, so happy.

I was pulled out of my thoughts as I heard my Phone ringing. Taking the phone I saw it was dad. "Dad, I'm ready to marry her." | declared after picking up the call... Some seconds of silence passed

"Well I called you to ask if you reached home safely. But I didn't expect my son to make the decision so fast! I knew it you will like her!" Dad said happily. "You made the best decision son!" | heard my mom's voice on the call.

"We will talk to Mr Lee tomorrow to know what Y/n's decision is. And I'm sure she will never reject my handsome son!" A shy smile appeared on my face after hearing them.

End of Taehyung POV

Your POV

At your home

I was sitting on my bed, looking outside of the window, enjoying the night sky with a slight smile on my face. I twisted my head behind as the door opening sound took my attention. "Hey YIn" my mom said, closing the door behind her after she entered my room.

"How was Taehyung? Didn't I tell you, he was handsome. Did you like him? Do you agree with this marriage? " She asked, placing herself next to me on the bed. A sigh escaped my mouth before tilting my head downward, "I don't know"

"He is Handsome, rich, well mannered. You will surely stay happy with him after marriage" my mom assured

I let out a sad chuckle before placing my gaze to her,

"Dad is good looking, rich, well mannered too.

But could you stay happy with him? You both act like a happy couple in front of others. But inside you are not happy. Are you mom? Tell me are you happy? Is dad happy? No right... Mom, a relationship doesn't build on good looks, money...it builds on understanding, trust, love towards each other. Marriage is a huge important part in life. I want to make the best decision on it.

I don't wanna regret it. I wanna stay happy with my partner, I wanna enjoy my life with him."

Disappointment took over her face as she sighed after hearing me, "Do what you feel right. But I want you to stay happy."

Next day

At morning

Opened my eyes as the morning rays of sun hit my eyes. "Aunt?" I got up and sat on the bed as I saw my aunt sitting in front of me. "How are you my girl?" she asked, giving me a tender smile. "I'm fine aunt. What about you?"

She smiled, "I'm fine too after hearing my Y/n is doing good". Wrapping my arms around her, hugged her tightly.

"Y/n, do you trust me?"

Hearing this sudden question from her, I held her hand softly, "Ofc I do trust you Aunty! Ever since my childhood, whenever my parents fought, you were the one who stayed with me. You used to take me out, to the amusement park or shopping to lighten my mood. How can I not trust you! I trust you and I love you a lottt!"

Her lips curved into a wide smile after hearing me, "I love you too my girl. Actually. Y/n...About Taehyung...... I know you have trust issues. You are afraid to take the decision but trust me Taehyung is such a good boy. I know him from his childhood. He will keep you happy. You will not regret marrying him."

At night

1 laid on the bed and thought about what my aunt said. I thought about this marriage, about Taehyung.

At the party he really talked with me sweetly, he was gentle, caring towards me. Maybe he will be good for me…... Maybe... I was still confused with my decision but a part of me wanted to know him, a part of me wanted to agree on this marriage,

Next day

I went to my Mom and sat next to her, "Umm Mom"

"Yes Y/n?" she asked with questioned eyes. "I'm ready to marry Taehyung," I announced.

Hearing me her eyes lit up in happiness, "Omg! You made a great decision y/n! I'm really happy!!".

"Hello! Taehyung! My son! " Taehyung's Mom said after he took the call. "Yes Mom? What happened?" he asked. "YIn's Mom just called some time ago and guess whatl? YIn agreed to this marriage!

You both are going to marry soon!" she exclaimed

"Really!" Taehyung shouted with a wide smile. He was really happy to hear that finally he is going to marry you.

After 3 week

You dropped your tired body on your bed as today was your engagement ceremony with Taehyung. You looked at the ring on your ring finger and a sigh slipped your mouth. "Now I'm engaged with him.

And after 1 week I'm going to marry him. I'll start a new life with him. But I'm scared, what If I can't love him? What if I can't stay happy? Taehyung has been so caring, sweet since we met. Will I be able to fall in love with him?
