The tutor

It's been three months now since the meeting in the faculty.

As a lonely girl of course I will be always on my own.

You know, I'm that typical girl with nothing attractive that is no charisma which could make me into a celebrity. You know one of those popular girls.

Anyway since then I've been focused on my research, with my tutor, we are trying to develop a serum which could nourish a plant for at least a month.

At least that's what we were trying to make at first but we ended up with a serum which could affect diseases. A new unknown chemical substance having an effect on bacteria's cells but up to which point was it possible?

So to prove it's effects, we've been working on different diseases, who knows may be we just found a new antibiotic.

Back from the laboratory, I went directly to my room, moving on to the bathroom, took a bath and went to sleep.

This year was so stressing and the worst of all Pr. Merida Cruz, won't let go off me after such a founding. She's such a workaholic, I almost regret working with her. You may ask yourself why is that? Simply because I thought I will be more free with my original theme but due to the new foundings, everything changed and as I was supposed to present it, me a newcomer. I was to be at the center of everything.

At the end of this year I will not only be giving a speech of a detailed work but also proving it to be more or less accurate. This time, I'm really playing big so there's not much time to rest.

I heard a sound at my window as I was about to drift into a long awaited sleep.

What the f*k do you want ? ( I shouted very displeased)

Is everything all right there? ( asked my father)

Sht who's that ruining my sleep? ( my thoughts)

I went to the window of my bedroom and opened it.

There I saw just two boys and a girl I know quite well.

No way! It's a no. Don't bother me ( I said to them)

Come on it will be fun ( she said)

This girl was always trying to get the better of me or should I say the worst of me.

No I said, I have to be at the Lab tomorrow morning at 7a.m there's no time for me to joke around. ( I said trying to make her back off)

Oh come on, so what? It's your last year try having some fun.

I know you wanna come but you're just wasting my time here making me suck you up. ( she added)

I went to get a dress and got changed, climbing down my window to meet with them.

I didn't know you're that type of a girl.

You may ask yourself, what's going on and who are they?

To answer simply, the girl is a friend of mine. We know each other since college. She's Brianna Hallow and those guys are... her friends or something like that. Anyway I don't care much about it.

I wasn't really in the mood of a party or so but since she insisted, most have her reasons.

As we arrived, I asked her why she was so decided to bring me along. Then she replied simply by pointing at the reason.

Looking at the direction she was pointing, girl really was a true friend of mine.

Don't get me wrong I'm not the type to fangirl at a distance. I already tried my luck with him but he seems not interested in me so I let it go. But recently he's been hanging out with a friend, I'm interested in. I had no time to go talk to him.

She shrugged

Anyway I will be going but Brianna, girl you're coming with me. ( As I said, I dragged her away from those guys before any of them could react)

Stopping midway, I took deep breath. Though I'm not the type to fangirl, it doesn't mean it's quite easy to approach your crush, mostly because you may not know what to say.

Girl you know I'm always ready to accompany you in any drama. Because I don't want to miss the fun. ( She said)

I rolled my eyes at those comments

But I like your determined side most so go for it. ( she added)

Taking my last deep breath. I looked at the guys for a second.

And here was my signal to come. Just for that second, Drek turned around laughing and his eyes met me. As he was looking at me, Yvan too wanted to see what was attracting his attention and so he layed his eyes on me too.

I fell like in a tv show but instead of turning around as if I didn't see it. Or him coming to me, I went directly to them dragging Brianna behind me.

As I reached, I looked at Yvan then at Drek and greeted him.
