Yoongi had been rather relaxed for the most of the month. The man wouldn’t stress over the progress of his albums as much as he used to earlier, slowly moulding each song into perfection.
Yoongi’s month had been rather productive, the man would produce songs without disturbances, and the outcome would always be outstanding!
He was excited about his album being almost complete. He would have lesser of the “unproductive” days and would always be most satisfied with his work.
Yoongi was happy with how things would turn out these days.

“Yah Tae! I’m working!!” Jimin giggled, the softest sound Yoongi had ever heard.
Yoongi slowly walked towards the counter, baby steps so as to not interrupt Jimin’s conversation with his friend.
With the boy behind the counter today, was another boy.. golden caramel locks tousled up oh his head as he tickled the pink haired boy, boxy smile stretched on his face as his freckled nose scrunched up in a playful manner.
“Jiminie!” The other boy teased him, thick voice giggling as he continued tickling the others side again, nuzzling his chin into the pink haired boys neck to make him laugh.
An pang of emotion hit Yoongi. If it was jealousy, he didn’t want to admit to it.
Yoongi awkwardly stood in front of the counter, playing with his fingers until Jimin would notice his presence.
“Oh? Hyung!” Jimin exclaimed, and hearing those words out of his mouth caused a subtle warmness to spread in Yoongi’s chest.
“What can I get for you today? The usual?...” Jimin made a sneaky face, eyebrows lifting up as he asked him about the usual.. a vanilla shake in a to-go coffee cup.
Yoongi had come to the café often after the post-it conversation they had. Both boys had got a chance to speak to each other, to know each other better.
“The usual yes...” Yoongi smiled, pulling out his card from his wallet as his eyes shifted to a confused boy. The boy looked between Yoongi and Jimin as if trying to understand or recall if Jimin has ever told him about the elder.
“Oh Tae!” Jimin looked up from the cash register, looking towards the confused boy. “Hyung, this is my best friend Taehyung!” Jimin pointed towards the boy as he bowed a little in greeting.
Yoongi bowed his head back at the boy as Jimin introduced him “and tae, this is Yoongi hyung.”
The boys eyes lit up in understanding as he exclaimed “Ah! I’ve heard so much abou-“, but before he could finish his sentence, Jimin had elbowed him in the ribs to shut him up.
“That would be 4500 won.” Jimin interrupted the boy with an awkward smile. Yoongi passed him his card, signing on the machine when Jimin told him to.
Yoongi was curious.. did Jimin talk to his friends about him? He hopes it’s all good things..
“You can have a seat if you want, hyung! I’ll get you your coffee!” Jimin beamed, passing back Yoongi’s card to him. Usually Yoongi would choose to stand by the counter while Jimin prepared his drink, maybe make small talk to him or ask him about his day. But today, Yoongi decided to go sit at the back of the café since Jimin had company.
And all thoughts were suddenly erased from the boys mind, the only thing he thought of was the beautiful smiling boy in front of him.
“T-thank you..” Yoongi stuttered, walking to the table near the window.
He spread happiness and colour into Yoongi’s dull life. And if Yoongi could choose, he would choose this colourful life. If Yoongi could choose...
The pair of best friends bickered around as Jimin worked on Yoongi’s beverage. The boy teasing Jimin about something and pink rose up to his chubby cheeks.
Yoongi smiled. The pink haired boy was cute... very cute.

Beads of sweat pooled around Yoongi’s forehead as his heart beat erratically increased.
Yoongi rapidly pressed the undo button on his mixing program but to no avail.. he frantically searched for the recycle bin but there was no sign of any.
Yoongi was doomed.. months worth of hard work down the drain just by the click of a wrong button at the wrong time.
Yoongi had- by mistake- deleted all the songs of his album. Each and every tune and note just vanished from his laptop, just by the click of a button.
“Shit...” he whispered, pressing the undo button again and again. “Shit shit!” He exclaimed. “Come on...”
“Please” he desperately whispered, looking for the recycle bin again. “No, please. Please!” He whispered again.
With no other option left, he picked up his phone from his bed side table, hastily searching for one contact.
“Hello?” The boy on the other end of the phone said in greeting. “Hyung?”
“Namjoon-ah..” He whispered, desperation and exhaustion noticeable in his raspy voice. “I need your help.”
