Chapter 4

Belle looked for the kitten but could not find it. She tried to call but did not come. Belle continues to search. Belle found the kitten curled up. It turned out that there were several wounds on the kitten's body, Belle rushed to bring the kitten. Belle took the kitten to a veterinary clinic.

After meeting with the doctor there, Belle explained what happened to the doctor. After a long discussion, the doctor immediately gave treatment to the little cat. Belle waited worriedly.

Triiing, Belle's cell phone rang. "Where" turned out to be Alpha who called and asked where she was. After that, Alpha approached her.

Shortly after Alpha came, the doctor approached them. "It's fine, the wound has been stitched up, there are several wounds that are quite deep but not dangerous," explained the doctor. The doctor advised the little cat to stay in the clinic for a few days.

After that, they left the clinic.

"Already eaten?" asked Alpha, Belle shook her head. "We eat before going home, I'm hungry," he continued. "Brenda was....." Belle's words stopped "Next time don't let her do anything at home, call me when she comes" Alpha explained. Belle nodded.

When they got home, Brenda was still waiting. "I'll warm up the food in a minute," Brenda said. "No need, we've already eaten" after listening to Alpha's words, Brenda stopped her steps towards the kitchen.

"I'll go to my room first," said Belle leaving Brenda and Alpha.

Brenda turned to Alpha. "Come with me, we have to talk".

Everyday Belle came to visit the little cat at the clinic. The doctor said that the little cat could be brought home in the near future. Belle wants to pet the little cat, but she has doubts. Arthur and Belle used to raise animals together. Arthur once told me that Alpha had bad memories of raising animals. This made Belle even more hesitant to bring the little cat home. But, Belle worked up the courage to ask Alpha.

"Are you busy?" Belle approached Alpha who was working in the dining room. With the laptop on, also the scattered paper. "I have something to ask." Alpha stopped his work and asked Belle to sit down. Alpha focused on listening to what Belle was saying. "So, how?" Belle hopes Alpha will allow her to keep the little cat. Alpha thought for a moment before making a decision.

"With terms and conditions" replied Alpha, Belle showed an expression of incomprehension with Alpha's answer. "You may keep it, as long as you can be responsible for caring for it and keeping it clean and this house. Belle was very happy with Alpha's answer. She hugged Alpha and thanked him then ran to her room. Shortly thereafter, Belle rushed away. When she was going to door, Alpha stopped Belle by asking "Where are you going?"

"Wanna go to the pet supply store," Belle replied. "What are you doing?", turning to look at Alpha, Belle said "Buy equipment for the little cat".
