INVITATION (Part 1)

“so you are an immortal" Belle asked

“obviously!"

"I knew it..."Belle said while she stares at Audrey as she sets the meals on the table

She didn't understand why this immortal was in her house and even made food for both of them.

“let's eat" Audrey gestures Belle to join her at the table

while they ate Belle said

“you cook really well"

“really"

“yes" Belle replied honestly

“thank you "

~silence~

“how about this, let's play a game" Audrey said, breaking the silence between them

She really hated idle atmosphere..

Belle paused for a while then looks at the wall clock

“sorry I have work today"

"oh alright" Audrey said disappointedly and stands up

“thanks for accommodating me in your house thanks for the meal" she says

“you are welcome"

“now is there another window cuz your kitchen window is small"

“Huh"

“I need to leave your house now and who knows those security men might still be monitoring this apartment building so I kept go through the door"

“oh right...if so then why don't you disappear after all you are an immortal" Belle suggested

“that would be stressful but then again I need to leave now.... byeeeee...." the lady waved at her then instantly disappeared into thin air

Belle let out a sigh in relief

She had to admit...she was truly afraid of the immortal

*Immortals being had always co existed with human beings, but most humans beings where very much uncomfortable with Immortals living in the same world with them and being their superior, while some human beings are not aware of the immortal beings living in the world*

Belle stubbornly dragged her feet to her bedroom I collapsed on her bed and soon enough she dozed off to sleep

Three days later

_in the morning_

Belle was still on her bed sleeping peacefully, her phone

rung for the fourth time and finally after she opens her eyes and lazily sits up on her bed....

few minutes passed and Belle was still staring at nothing in particular

her phone rings again and she grunts and picks up her call

“idiot! are you still sleeping" a lady's voice teased from the other side of the line

“Hi" Belle responded while she looked around her room and yarned

she rubs her eyes

“I have good....wait not good... the BEST News... Guess what" the Lady gleefully stated

Belle eyes lit up immediately

“just tell me!" Belle was no longer feeling drowsy

“Alright! alright"

“i received an invitation to a royal banquet that is going to be taken place is the next month and guess what I can bring a plus one"

“really!" Belle asked in astonishment

She was really not expecting it

“yes so come out let's celebrate now"

“ohh ok.. but there's really no need for me to go with you" Belle responded

“you have a go with me whether you like it or not!" Livy gleefully said

Livy is Ysabelle's friend, they knew each other for a couple of years

“ok "

“yes, so how is was your audition "

“i haven't received a feedback even when I already passed the audition " Belle responded

“ok so that means you will get the role in no time"

“i don't know yet but I really don't care about getting a role"

“so while do you always attend auditions" Livy questioned

Belle replied “for fun"

In actually fact Ysabelle did not at all have interest or passion in acting,she never did, but she always participates in auditions.

“alright"

“to celebrate the invitation, we will both go to a restaurant to eat"

“i don't have money..!"

“oh right...for a moment there I actually forgot how..how broke my friend is...even if you have money you won't admit it !"Livy blabbered

Belle chuckled for a while then asked

“where are we going to celebrate...."

“ahha! that's what I want to hear.."

walking into a restaurant was a tall slender lady and by her side was a petite lady

the waiter greeted them and directed them to their table

they both sat down and waiter stood there to take their order

After they were done ordering

Livy looked at Belle with an annoyed expression on her face

Noticing the annoyed facial expression on her face Belle asked

“what happened"

“why did you order water for yourself?" Livy quizzed

“I just don't have appetite to eat"

Ysabelle answered

the waiter returns what their orders

“thank you" Ysabelle said to the waiter and he left

Ysabelle took a sip from her glass of water

“seriously! order something already I know you haven't eaten anything since" Livy insisted

Livy very much knew Ysabelle, every time Ysabelle slept for so long and woke up after a long while she would either be extremely hungry, but when she did not have enough sleep she would have little to no appetite to eat

“am okay! ok"

“sorry for disturbing your sleep earlier " Livy apologized

Ysabelle paused for a while to recollect what happened days ago

“oh right! I came across someone" Ysabelle blurted

“ohhohhh! tell me more" Livy said with a piqued interest

“actually let me briefly tell you what happened"

“am all ears"

“days ago, in the night someone broke into my house and it turned out to be an immortal" Ysabelle briefed

“ you came across a immortal well that a normal...but did immortal almost kill you....did it threaten you"

“her name is Audrey Herrington"

“really...you know... it's been universally known that Immortals beings exist and most of the immortal beings live in the world and amongst humans....but some human beings haven't met an immortal their entire life why some are not knowledgeable about them.......I haven't met a real immortal before" Livy stated awkwardly

“and am not very knowledgeable about them, I guess" Ysabelle responded

“so tell me, did she have red eyes pale skin that is paler then yours" Livy asked curiously

“No.."

“then describe her"

“oval face, ink black hair, emerald green eyes, pixie hair cut , wore blue dress, fair skin"
