Belle slot's the letter back into the envelope, of course she knew who sent it to her but she didn't know why.

“thanks for delivering this envelope to me" Belle said shooing away her unpleasant neighbor and slamming the door close.

‘so annoying' she thought to herself

She took out a firelighter and lit up the end of the envelope

she then threw it to the floor to burn

After it had burnt to ashes

she sighs then parks the ashes and pours it into the trash bin

she goes to her bedroom to have a Little nap.

Hearing the footsteps of someone in her house Belle woke and sprung out of her bed

the footsteps were getting louder and louder and it looks like the person was pacing towards her bedroom

she checks the wall clock and it was 27minutes after eleven in the night and someone had broken into her house

Belle hurriedly takes out her hair pin in other to defend herself from the intruder in her house

she had wondered who had broke into her house at this time of the night ‘maybe it's a burglar or maybe it's kidnappers' Belle frowned at that thought

the sounds of the footsteps suddenly died down

“did you really think you can hurt me with a hairpin" a lady's voice spoke from behind

Belle screamed in shock and fear, she nervously turned back to see who was in her bedroom

“Hello" the lady said as she sat on the side of bed with her legs crossed.

“who are you " Belle asked in a panicking voice almost shouting

“dear, you look weak, did you actually think you could harm me with a pin" the lady said chuckling, she did not expect that someone will try to use a hairpin to defend their self

Belle opened her mouth to utter words but was speechless

there where many thoughts running in her mind right now

‘who was this lady'

‘why was she in her house '

‘how did she appear in her bedroom'

‘was she sent, but by who and why'

‘and why is she talking to her like they knew each other for a long time, she even referred to her as bestie...how weird'

“are you hungry cuz..... am hungry" the lady spoke up, breaking the silence in the room for a second

Seeing that the tall lady in front of her wasn't responding and was still aiming the hairpin at her, she giggled and stood up from the comfortable bed she was seated on and went to her then forced the hairpin out of her hand

“one poke from it could put your body is a critical state" Belle finally spoke up then realized she had revealed what she was not supposed to.

“you're right" the lady sarcastically replied tossing the hair pin out the window,

“why would you think a hairpin can harm a someone" the lady nonchalantly said not believing what the tall lady was saying

°Belle sighs out of relief°

Belle came back to her senses

“who are you, where are you from, why are you in my house, how did you appear in my room who sent you" Belle asked slowly walking to her door and ready to race out of her house if this intruder tries to do anything according to her anticipation

“goddess am so tired... got anything I can eat" the lady said falling backwards on the bed

“answer the question and stop trying to ignore it" Belle retorted

remembering she herself had not had something to eat since morning

“first of all let me praise you"

“praise me!!!? for what" Belle frowned at the intruder's statement

“this is the first time that someone had not freaked out that much that am in their house" the lady said, her expression relaxed and a smile on her face

“what do you mean... so you are trying to say that this is not the first time you are breaking into someone's house" Belle asked with a raised brow

“of course it's not the first time am breaking into someone's house.....I can't count how many times I broke into people's houses.."

“you need serious help"Belle said not knowing what else to say

“right!!" the lady cheerfully agreed to what she said

“so are you some kind of a...a..a ghost...a.a demon..what exactly are you..cuz I know it's not natural for someone to suddenly appear and...and" Belle stuttered out of panic she didn't know how she would react when the lady admits to being something out of the ordinary

“am a ghost"

“whatttttt.....!!!!!???" Belle screamed

“ hey...hey..hey keep it down you don't want to wake up your neighbors ha..ha...haha" the lady said laughing her head out at Belle's reaction

“you are joking... right!!"Belle asked, her face paler then her skin

“nope.."the lady briefly replied to see her reaction

“ahhhhhhhh......!!!!!??" Belle let out an ear piercing scream

“good thing I made the house sound proof" the lady said rolling herself on the bed laughing uncontrollably “Aha ha ha ha ha Ahahaa"

“wait sound proof...??" Belle stopped screaming and asked

looking at the lady laughing uncontrollably

she felt her eye switch in annoyance ‘who authorized her to lay on my comfy bed....god damnit I spent fortunes to buy that soft bed...how dare she'

“yes I made the house sound proof so no one will sense am here" the lady stopped laughing but there was still a wild smile on her face

“as I was saying before..am hungry"

“me to" Belle replied not realizing she had uttered those words

“of course not" Belle immediately replied realizing what she had said

“forget....what I said.. I thought ghosts don't eat food" Belle asked with a raised brow realizing the lady might have lied about being a ghost

“well this ghost you are seeing... does" The lady grinned

“you are not are ghost...are you now.." Belle blurted out and folded her arms

“fine you guessed it"

“then what are you!?"

“A wanderer" the lady said finally revealing the truth about herself.This was the first time she had revealed her truth to a common human

“you're an Immortal ain't you" Belle's eyes widened at the realization that the lady sitting on her bed is a supernatural being

their conversation was interrupting by loud banging on the door.

“it's them" the lady said standing up from the comfortable bed

“who" Belle asked with raised brows

she couldn't guess who was knocking on her door or why the person was knocking by this time of the night and here the lady was pacing up and down her room with, her arm akimbo

‘maybe it's another intruder' she thought to herself

“are you going to tell me who those people are or are you going to keep on pacing up and down"

“ok so the thing is I was out walking on the streets of this neighborhood and then I saw a light in one of the houses and it looked like a couple where arguing with each other so I thought....lemme go and settle their argument so I went into their house through their back door and at the sight of me they where frightened and so they immediately called the securities on me" the lady narrated in a long sentence

‘so this was the incident that led to her breaking into my house by this time of the night' Belle thought

“is that all" Belle asked

she was surprised at what she heard

“of course not" the lady said continuing her story “ I ran out of the house when I heard them on a call with the head of securities in this neighborhood then I broke into the second house where I thought I do be safe...but those people did the same thing the couple did and that is when I broke into your own house...I guess they thought I was a burglar..."

“so this is the third house you are breaking into in one night"

Belle was flabbergasted by what the strange lady was telling her

“I really appreciate you for not calling the securities on me" the lady cheerfully said

“I would have..." Belle let out a sigh

“but you didn't and am happy....now go answer the people at the door"

_Belle leaves the room answer the people at the door and the lady trails behind her_

“who is it" Belle asked in a sleepy voice to make the people at the door feel like they were disturbing her sleep

Belle opens the door and saw 8 security men standing before her door

Belle turns her back sensing that someone was standing behind her.

It was the lady,was she not afraid that the security men will arrest her for breaking into people's houses but to her surprise it didn't look like they noticed her presence was she invincible to their eyes or what why can't they noticed her presence

“ma'am we are sorry for disturbing you by this time of the morning_"

“morning!!" both the ladies looked at each other in the eye and then the security men

Belle was still thinking it was after eleven in the night

“yes.. morning it's TWO AM in the morning" one of the security man said showing Belle his wrist watch and then continued to say their aim for coming to her house by this time of the morning

“we were informed by two households that there was a break in"

“had you by chance heard strange noise from your neighbors house"

“Noh" Belle briefly replied

“who could have been the one responsible for the break in" Belle asked making it look like she didn't know anything about the break in or who was responsible for it

“the Lady in blue dress" one of the security men replied

“sorry but I haven't Seen any lady in blue dress and I also haven't heard any strange noises from my neighbor's house"

“Alright ma'am but if you do by chance see her notify us because the woman is dangerous"

“How dangerous is she" Belle asked curious to know why they said the lady in blue was dangerous

•The security men left without answering her curious question•

“RUDE" with outmost annoyance Belle said

How could they leave without answering her finally question

_She slams the door close and locks it_

she turned around and the lady was nowhere to be seen

“am in your kitchen preparing food for both of us" the lady yelled from the kitchen

Belle goes to the kitchen and saw that the lady was actually preparing food which it's aroma caught her nose instantly, making her stomach to grumble due to hunger

“am so hungry" Belle stated without thinking

“wow...me too" the lady replied

“what did you do to those security men for them not to see or even notice you" Belle asked remembering what had happened earlier

“i blinded their eyes from noticing me" the lady nonchalantly said why focusing on the vegetables she was slicing

Belle eyes widened

“Best friends..." the lady stated with a bright smile on her face

she opened her arms for a hug but Belle folded her arms and glared at her like the lady in front of her was a psychopath

“I don't even know you...all I know about you is that you are super natural" Belle said with a frown

“Well am....._"

“and let's not forget the part where you broke into my house appeared in my room, sat on my super soft bed.... goddess I spent a large amount of money buying that bed"

“and then I shooed away the security men for an intruder" Belle retorted

she couldn't believe that she was helping the strange lady in her house

“first of all am really sorry for causing you trouble" the lady stated with guilt

“apologies accepted...now what are you cooking am really hungry" Belle said, pacing forward to help the lady with what she was cooking

“by the way what's your name...I didn't get your name"

“Audrey" the lady said finally revealing her real name to Belle.
