In the last chapter we saw how Atlas ship both him and Ava and the ship is sailing in the sea very well...

PRESENT

I was in my maths class as Ava has her literature class as we have opted different courses. I was listening to the professor until the bell rang indicating the lecture was over and soon professor was out of the class after giving us work. I was packing up my stuff until Ryle came towards me alone? Ryle Peterson The bully of the University, every fresher fears him. But why was he coming alone? He came and started a conversation with me

Ryle: Hey!

Atlas: umm...hey?

Ryle: You're Atlas, right?

Atlas: Yeah..need anything?

Ryle: Not actually, i saw you getting out of Jules car with Ava earlier.

Atlas: yeah..so?

I asked confused with his behaviour as he doesn't bully the senior students of the university and i was a senior

Ryle: is there something going on between you two? Ava and you?

Atlas: No...it's not like that and there's nothing that's going on between us we're just good friends.

I said making him convince with my answer to his dumb questions

Ryle: is that so? he said with the smirk visible on his face

Why was he smirking though? i thought while smiling awkwardly

Ryle: Listen up buddy, i know you like Ava and there's no chance you can hide it from me i can see that on face and I am letting you know this because I'm tired of bullying now and i don't want anybody to get beat up by my hands. you getting what i am talking about?

there i stood numb and dumbfounded cause idk what was he trying to say and top of all HOW DID HE KNOW THAT I LIKE AVA?!

He continued

Ryle: I love Ava to the core and anyone coming in between won't be good for them so I wanted kinda warn you about it. so stay away from her dude, you get that?

he finished and without letting me talk he left

wtf- atleast he should have let me talk. I need to tell her I NEED TO TELL AVA AND JULES ABOUT THIS!!

I again started packing my stuff and there comes my friends

Elijah questions me about Ryle as soon as they reach me

Elijah: what was Ryle talking about? and why with you?

Atlas: Hey to you too Elijah and Rule was warning me.

Elijah: What was he warning you about? Ava?

he asks me and i am staring at him wide eyed

how did he know that?

Atlas: how did you know that?

Elijah: i knew he liked Ava

he said acting cool

Atlas: Atleast tell me the things y'all know bruh whenever you're the that's the latest news for me but for you it's like 'it has been months and you don't know '

Elijah: i was about to tell you..

he trails of

Atlas: and when were you planning to do that Mr. Elijah Stevens

Elijah: t-today yeah i was going to tell you today

he said scratching his nape

Atlas: That was a good joke Elijah it made me laugh

i exclaimed sarcastically

Rest of all were busy laughing at our silliness until Sameul said

Sameul: okay guys that enough for today ig let's go and have something to eat i am starving real bad.

and there hus stomach goes *Sameul's stomach growled*

Michael: That could be seen

He said controlling his laugh

Francis: that could not be seen but heard

he said making us all laugh out loud

TIME SKIP TO LUNCH BREAK:

Here i am, again waiting for Ava and Jules to come as i was done with my lunch and they were using restrooms. i text Ava as they were taking so long and it literally felt like an eternity to me.

She said she'll be there in 10 i guess i need to tell boys to attend the class without me. I text them letting them know that i won't be attending the present lecture

After 10 mins, There came Ava and Jules. i was sweating cause i was going to tell her the whole truth along with my crush over her. i am so damn nervous rn. she came up with a smile and said

Ava: you wnated to talk?

Jules: yeah whatever it is..wrap it up quick!

she said making me gulp and nod

Atlas: Ava, I'm sorry i can't help myself as i started growing feelings for you and now i made up my mind to let you know my feelings towards you. I wasn't telling you before because I might loose a great friend like you and our friendship i don't want to loose that at any cost, but keeping these feelings within myself isn't helping me either.

i said it in one go and there she stood looking at my face with no emotions or expressions

Now, i am scared vary vary scared...how would she react now?
